They are so very nice and made me feel comfortable as I needed information I knew nothing about. Piece of cake for them. They took care of my problem and I was a happy camper. Also my great grandsons class ring was delivered to them without my knowledge but no problem. They called me instead of just holding my package and sending it back without contacting me. I had no idea the package was delivered there so they went above and beyond and I thank them so very much. I would recommend them any time plus they are really nice!!!! 👍👍

I came across across this place a few years ago when I lived in Maumelle. Their staff is phenomenal! They are super friendly and helpful. I no longer live in Maumelle but I make sure I go out of my way to give them business whenever I need to send something. I know I will be treated a lot better here than if I went to the normal post office.

I manage an online auction website and we have been using The Maumelle Mailroom to ship our fragile and hard to ship items for months now. They have been incredibly helpful. They are always friendly. And have been quick to respond when there are any issues.

The mom and family that work there were really helpful and friendly. Thats where I go to have things printed off my phone and make copies.

Ive used them for years and they have always come through. There has never been a time they couldnt help me figure out what I needed. I appreciate their service very much and am thankful to have them in Maumelle!

I have been a customer for 5 years. I used Maumelle Mailroom for all my work and personal shipping needs. Today was the last day I will use them. They did a good job for a while but they have really gone down hill the past 10 months. One employee raised there voice at me aggressively because I didnt request the correct form for UPS collect. Then they insisted that they would be unable to secure that form to the box I was shipping. Basically they wouldnt guarantee that the label would stay on the package preventing it from getting lost. I called the employee out on their bad attitude and the manager or owner didnt care that a loyal customer was upset. There was no apology and no pride in providing adequate customer service.I highly recommend UPS on Pleasant Ridge in Little Rock they are friendly and will guarantee a secure label. Not to mention they are more affordable.

I must preface this review with the fact that the individual I dealt with in the store was very friendly and kind. The reason for this low review is the prices. I had ship a item to California. I wanted to get the best deal. So, I called around to stores like FedEx, UPS, and looked online at USPS to see who offered the best deal. UPS had the better deal when I gave the dimensions of the box and weight-- $37 WITH a new box for extra protection . That seemed reasonable to me. So, I went to the Mailroom thinking I would save time and gas, since its in town. The gentleman was very nice, but he quoted me $65 for UPS, $70-75 for FedEx, and $40 USPS WITHOUT a new box. I told the gentleman I felt that was odd that the prices doubled for the UPS specifically. He said that he didnt know where UPS was getting this information, but there was no way he could match that price. (Let me emphasize again that he was friendly about it) So, I decided to take chances and my package to a UPS in Little Rock to see if I could get the price. I go to the UPS store on Rod. Parham because I was running errands over there, and the price for everything was a total of $30.37. I dont know if the up charge was due to the convenience of the location, the fact its not a UPS store, or the fact that maybe he input the information wrong?....I dont know.

In over 25 years in business where I ship on a regular basis with different companies I have NEVER dealt with a business that is so DISMISSIVE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and COMFORTABLE LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will make the drive to Little Rock or North Little Rock before I ever step foot in this business again. Especially when I am told THE PERSON TREATING ME LIKE TRASH AND LYING IS THE OWNER!!! THIS IS NOT JUST ONE TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST.

Change the packaging that I brought in to packaging they sale which didnt hold up at all...said it shouldnt have been shipped in that package...the sales person picked it...basically said not our problem...if a place says there shipping experts you should back your sales people and what they do wrong...
