The team at Christian Brothers was very responsive and communicated very well on the status of my vehicle. They provided text message updates as well as an online report of the issues and estimate for repair. After we discussed the report on the phone I was able to go in and accept the work I wanted performed and denied the work I wanted to wait on. They offer a shuttle service to or from your house and online payment for work completed. I would definitely use Christian Brothers again.

I made an appointment for 9:00am. My car was there for 5 hours. No oil change. No tire rotation. They ran out of time I guess so I took it somewhere else and it was done in 30 minutes.

I used Christian Brothers out of convenience since I work nearby and could drop it off for the day. I knew I needed brakes, but they claimed to find another $3000 worth of work they said it needed. I declined and took it to another shop. The new shop found nothing wrong with the vehicle and says its in great shape. Over priced and slow in addition to trying to rip me off. So yeah, go somewhere else.

SO disappointed! My truck died-6/25 (no clutch fluid) after $400 for OIL CHANGE & DIAGNOSTIC on 4/14/21. My mechanic checked fluids-ALL OUT/EMPTY & Air Filter clogged. I’m walking in this heat now. These guys were very nice and friendly both times I have visited, but I brought my vehicle in for a quote and did my research before I came in. The projected price was nearly triple the cost of what I could do it for myself very easily. I’m not a mechanic, so I would like to support the business by letting someone do their job. If I’m getting overcharged for something so simple, I’ll just do it myself.

This was my first time using this establishment, and I took my 2004 Volvo in for some work on my wheel hubs and bearings. Repairs are so far holding up. They were absolutely slammed with customers when we dropped off, so they were as efficient as their workload allowed and got our Volvo back on the road as soon as they were able. Over all, great business, solid work.

They did a good job on my vehicle, I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance. It took them 4 days to get my vehicle fixed and I feel that was too long for what was done.

Car dealership estimated $2300, CBA did it for $1400 and found things, then sent pictures of other things that I needed work on, they are a life and moneysaver.

I was in need of an oil change and tire rotation right before a big trip. These guys worked us in quickly and did an outstanding job. We explained the purpose of our trip and they thoroughly checked everything on our car. We really appreciated them.

I was informed that the wheel baring hub and master cylinder for the brakes needed to be repaired; however, after further once I took the vehicle for repairs the mechanic realized the wheel hub baring did not need to be replaced. This saved me about $600. Due to the honesty of this company they gained a customer for life.

Very friendly, they can get you in when it is convenient for you, prices are good, and they can get you in and out pretty quickly. Its the only place I will go to get something done to my truck. Thanks Guys

It was a nice experience from beginning to end. We had to have our vehicle towed there from out of town and it didn’t get there until almost closing. They got on it first thing the next morning and we’re able to diagnosis it without us having to even show up. Nice and courteous service in the whole process. Vehicle runs great, highly recommend!

I would not recommend this place. I had a appointment for a basic oil change that was scheduled for 10am. I dropped off my vehicle and didn’t get it back until 3pm. I couldn’t understand how a basic oil change could take 5 hours.

When I walked in the office I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. Secondly, a was greeted by Clutch and that made me feel comfortable and right at hand. Third, I was amazed Dustin remembered me from calling the day before which made me feel at home and apart of the CB family. They gave me an estimate the day before however found the root of my front end problems which will save hundreds of dollars in the future. I was treated with respect that my dollars mattered. When I called back regarding issue they didnt fault me. They were genuine about me making it back to the store safely. I loved the shuttle service to and from home. They made this entire experience wonderful. Ill be back.

My f350 was getting hot. Instantly pulled it over. Had it towed to these guys.No coolant leaking, no coolant in oil. I figure it was a thermostat.They get it checked out and said the head is cracked along with the block. And then said it was hydrolocked.I had it running and starting perfect when it left my house to go to their shop.Now the truck won’t start. Smells like it’s burnt up inside the cab.Would not recommend.

Does anybody really like having to take their car for repairs? Well this place makes it about as painless as possible. As far as necessary evils go this place hits all the key elements......reliable, honest, fair, and doing what they say they are going to do. Was visiting and had a friend of mine take my vehicle here when it was having problems, so I was truly at the mercy of their recommendation. I was well pleased.

I had been taking my Mercedes-Benz to dealer for maintenance n they would keep it weeks n not always find answers for more minor problems. Took it to CBA n had maintenance done plus a few extra repairs n had it back next day . Also really liked how they communicated so well via text. MB would not answer phone r return messages so CBA made repairs 100% better. Plus location is more convenient.

Overpriced. I had to get brake lines replaced. I noticed other reviews cited the same complaint. One of them also having brake lines replaced. Must be their standard operating procedure to increase prices through labor costs. They wanted to do other work on my truck. I told them to pump the brakes, and didnt allow them to work on other items so I can drive elsewhere. The dealership is actually cheaper!First time at Christian Brothers and my overall experience is unsatisfactory. I would not recommend to a friend or family member.

Christian Brothers were super easy to work with, friendly, and efficient! They kept me informed during the day about what they were doing to try to find what was going on with my vehicle if anything. It turned out removing the spark plugs and putting them back corrected whatever was going on so I wasn’t charged a fee. I will certainly go back to Christian Brothers when my car is having problems. I had my tires changed here on my car. There was a mix up with the order, but the customer service advisor at the front desk got the correct order put in for the right tire and did the exchange at no cost whatsoever. Awesome experience. I was very pleasantly surprised and they have certainly earned a new repeat customer.

My experience with Christian Brothers in Maumelle was outstanding! Phillip and the team are straight pros and very easy to work with. They were very competitive in their pricing, their customer service was spot on (I asked last minute if they could replace my windshield and they were johnny on the spot) and throughout the process, I felt as though they were being transparent, honest and forthcoming. There was no whining or griping during shuttle service (unfortunately, I cant say the same for other establishments) I have zero complaints. I walked out with four new tires, brake pads and rotors, an oil change, wipers, a new windshield and I never once felt like I was being brought through the wringer. Awesome job guys, Ill definitely be back.

The Christian Brothers Automotive group at our Maumelle location has a very good response time... I’m the type of guy that doesn’t like to rush any mechanic when my vehicle is in service. I just want it returned in good working condition and before I need to arrive to work.I have been very impressed by every visit. My mom even speaks highly of them and she can sometimes be the worst when it comes to vehicle maintenance and fair price.If you bring your vehicle to them with an issue or normal service inspection they will listen, as well as suggest any manufacturer upkeep or concerns.They have become so convenient that I hardly ever have to drive outside of my community or to the dealership for service...

Sid and his team went over the top for me recently! I was traveling through Arkansas from Texas for a funeral, and I had a blowout which also damaged my wheel. I called these guys and they were able to find a new tire to match my others and a near perfect match used wheel for me in less than a day. Time was of the essence as I had to head back to Texas the following day. Prompt, great service at a fair price! Very pleased.

What amazing service! Not only was the diagnostic testing AND oil change for my car preformed insanely fast, I felt that it was incredibly comprehensive. Granted my strong suits may make me a computer geek, mechanics - beyond the basic physics understanding of how pistons fire in an engine that I learned in 9th Grade 😂 - are not something I’ve ever been educated in. When Dustin, the Service Manager, called (immediately after I received the e-version of their assessment btw) he went over the results with me in a way that I completely understood, I asked if he would go over all of the info again with my auto-savvy fiancé. It was honestly bc I was sure that I would have misunderstood or not picked up important info.... Nope! Dustin had an awesome way of communicating what the issues were to a lay-person like me. Even better than that, his primary goal was to explain not why the battery replacement they proposed installing was more expensive - but to explain why my vehicle NEEDED this battery specifically, regardless of where I purchased it from, my the car to operate correctly. Once our stimulus check comes in, I will absolutely be making an appointment to use Christian Brothers on all the recommended items on the vehicle assessment.Oh... and most affordable oil change I have gotten in YEARS!

I grew up in a family of mechanics, and can still do a lot of things myself. When I do run into issues I cant resolve, and family isnt available, I get recommendations from friends. A few of them have gone to Christian Brothers in Maumelle and were somewhat pleased, but thats because of the price of parts. I just kept in mind, You drive an import and your parts will cost more. They never complained about service.I scheduled an appointment on line two evenings ago, and received a call the next morning to schedule for today. In by 8:00, all 3 jobs completed by 12:50. My vehicle is performing much better, and there is no comparison to their service quality, and friendly staff. Simply put, THEY DO BUSINESS RIGHT.I feel so confident in their performance, Ive decided I will have them take care of my automotive repair needs permanently.Give them a chance, I think you will be very well pleased.

I have ALWAYS had great service at Christian Brothers. I have been going to them for several years and trust them completely. When they give an estimate for services, it is always right on the money, no surprises. I love being able to schedule any work and I never have to wait. They get me in and the job done quickly. If the job is going to take a while, they bring me home and come get me when the work is finished. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service, quick but pricey.

Clean and professional. When I went in to have my car looked over, I was treated with professionalism and respect (which, as I am a woman, is a refreshing change of pace.) They looked over my car as I requested, and gave me practical advice on what I should and should not do to repair it. They couldve tried to sell me on a lot of questionable repairs, but they were honest about what was a good value to have done, and what wasnt. I intend to use their services again, and recommend them without reservations.

Excellent One Day Service

I was going to purchase a car from dealer in Maumelle. Being a good consumer, I wanted to take it to a mechanic in Maumelle. At first, I took the car to the Exxon Station mechanic in Maumelle, and was told it had no major issues. Since this review is about Christian Brothers Automotive, I won’t go into details about what happened, but I left Exxon with a very uncomfortable feeling that the Exxon station was somehow connected with the dealers. I had a nagging feeling I was being lied too by the Exxon Station (see their review if you want to know the whole story). Since Exxon didn’t offer me any kind of report, or even a receipt, I decided to immediately drive to Christian Brothers to have them check out the car.Christian Brothers did charge me more, but they gave me a proper report on the car and were far more professional in their behavior. In the end, the car had over $4000 worth of major repairs needed. Leaking/damaged transmission, leaking head gaskets, etc. So Christian Brothers saved me several thousands of dollars buying a junk car.The only complaint I have is how they charge for inspections. They charge you for the first inspection, then let you bring back other cars to have free inspections (if I remember right it was up to two more, but I’m not sure). While I this sounds like a nice thing, since there fee was significantly higher (prices seems to be a common complaint among the poor review) then the other two places I used in North Little Rock (prior to this), I was left with the feeling that I was actually being force to pay for three inspections, instead of one. However, they were upfront about their pricing, so I cannot fault them for it, I’m just saying that I would have preferred to pay a lower charge, and not had the option of bringing a different car in for another inspection.However, ultimately Christian Brothers saved me from buy a junk car, so I’m glad I listened to that nagging feeling I had and went to Christian Brothers Automotive.

The Team at Christian Brothers in Maumelle is top notch. Very friendly when I arrived (even offered me coffee!). The waiting room is extremely comfortable, and their staff actually listens to what I have to say. They give a thorough analysis and dont pressure you to get something fixed. Its a nice difference based on my previous experience with some other places Ive been to over the years.

OVERPRICED. OK... Im sure theyre nice and adept and all, but... $80 for an oil change?? Seriously? $150 for a cooling system flush?? And $159 alone for the diagnosis?? Im certain these services can be had elsewhere for less. In fact, Ive been to places (Firestone, I think?) where the diagnosis cost comes out of the final repair cost. Im sure CB would do more business and have happier customers if theyd enact a similar business practice, but... well... profit margin and the almighty dollar are more important.

When we first moved to maumelle, I would get a second opinion prior to committing but they would always have the best prices and warranty. Since then, We have only ever take our vehicles there. I’m going to be sad when we move!

I took my Terrain to see about getting my tire plugged it looked like thats all it needed when I saw it. The man up front was nice as could be, and so helpful. The tech that looked at my tire came back in 5 minutes later and said it couldnt be fixed it hit the inside wall of the tire I would need a new one. I knew my husband wasnt going to be able to replace the tire right away so I asked if they could put my spare on. The tech acted like he didnt want to, but the man who originally took my keys said he woulld. He got me a price on 1 tire it was $220 which was too high. So I called around and found someone else who found the same tire cheaper. I took it to them, and come to find out the tire was able to be fixed! It wouldnt have bothered me so much if they hadnt lied to me. My husbands grandmother was staying with us and hurt her back getting in my husbands truck because they told me my tire wasnt fixable when it was.... I will never go back there, and I wont be recommending them either

Christian Brothers auto have a great crew working for them. I took my truck in there a while back because it was making a ticking sound. The mechanic was very friendly and patient . He drove with me to pinpoint the problem and quickly came to a solution. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were driving cross country from California moving to Maumelle, and our check engine light came on in our Dodge Caliber ... as soon as we got moved in, I found Christian Brothers and went by to have my car checked, I was treated courteously and professionally from the moment I walked in the door, they diagnosed the problem quickly, had me a quote, and gave me a ride home. My car was repaired ahead of the promised time, and they kept me updated as to the progress regularly, and they came and picked me up again from my house when the car was completed. I was very satisfied with the job they all did, the price was fair for the work that was done, and the quality was top notch. I am very satisfied and glad that I trusted Christian Brothers with my car repair ... as need arises, I will not hesitate to go back again.

When they say the vehicle is fixed, it is fixed, I have never once had to take it back in for the same issue. We regularly take our fleet of trucks, cars, and vans there for most service, tires, oil, check-ups, etc. They have always been very friendly, thorough, and we dont have issues present themselves again. We could go to cheaper places, but the parts, service, and customer care would not be the same. We intend to keep coming back and would recommend.
