JGI is a premiere investigative organization. Ive used them for over a decade with fantastic results. If you have what you believe to be an innocent client, it is virtually malpractice to proceed without them, and they should be hired at the earliest possible moment. Over and over, theyve been instrumental in saving innocent lives and preventing gross miscarriages of justice.If you have a difficult case or a case with very serious consequences, and the evidence points towards guilt, you should also hire them. The evidence they uncover can help you persuade your client against going down a disastrous route to trial, or... on the other hand, the evidence collected may surprise you and what you THOUGHT was a case of overwhelming evidence of guilt might not be that at all... the evidence uncovered might keep you from committing the ultimate malpractice of throwing an innocent client under the bus, based upon your own faulty reliance on a prosecutions half-baked discovery packet...All in all, JGI provides invaluable service to the criminal practitioner.

Horrible experience. Didnt get anything i was promised. Jim is too busy catering to the cases he gets from the courts to care about the little guy. Investigator on my case quit and Jim never notified me. I called investigator to find out if they had surveillance on a certain instance and thats when i found out . Jim dodged my calls . Would give negative stars if i could.

The woman who answers the phone and is there answering service is completely rude, would not recommend.
