New here and so far loving it! Steve is very nice and knowledgeable! I am definitely starting from a beginner to boxing, so I appreciate the dedication to stance and safety. I feel comfortable working our here, and boy is it a workout!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing a quick, but effective workout! Perfect for busy schedules. Happy I found this place.

The trainers are great, the facility is great, and the workouts are great! This place feels like a family rather than just a gym. Everyone is friendly and helps you when needed. Every time I go here I’m laughing during the painful workout. It makes the time go by fast. I enjoy coming here because it’s always something new and the trainer is always there to show you what’s next. If you’re contemplating on joining here is your sign now to do it!

My first class here was great but what I liked even more was my experience with the owner. Hes very professional and upbeat while pushing you through the workouts. I cant wait to come back.
