They were very helpful. And they have a really great selection of thread colors and fonts for monogramming. We are getting my sons first baby blanket monogrammed here and I cannot wait to pick it up ❤ great price too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Had a great experience here recently, I came in needing to have a couple of Christmas stockings embroidered, they were able to find the font that matched my others at home, wasn’t sure if it would be ready for Christmas but I got a call within a few days that my order was ready!! The work done was amazing and would definitely recommend them if you need anything embroidered or possibly looking for a great gift for home or tailgating you must check this little gem in Mauldin out!

I very rarely take the time to sit down and review businesses; however, in this case I felt I needed to do so. I had a very large number of shirts - both dress and casual - for my company onto which I needed to have my logo embroidered. The wonderful folks at Moonstruck was able to take a graphic from my business card, convert it somehow into a readable file for their machines and get it on my shirts. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I cannot express into words my gratitude and delight. Ladies, you are my supplier forever. I owe each one of you there a debt of gratitude that I shall be paying with my business.

I love this shop. I have shopped there since they opened, many years ago. Always receive great service. The products are good quality. The prices are reasonable and they have gift wrapping as a courtesy. The parking can be quite challenging sometimes, but it is what it is.

Small chic store; bags and items that could be monogrammed. Small selection of jewelry. Way over priced. Was never acknowledged while browsing but could here a ladys conversation in the back room about houses. Didnt care for that at all. Probably wont return.

Do business with Moonstruck and Monograms in Mauldin at your own peril. I have never encounter such absolute dishonesty. I had purchased two bags from the original owner and paid for monogramming. It was a gift and I took the bags knowing I would return them later to monogram.When I did return, the store had been sold to the monogramming person. I was told I would be required to pay again for the monogram. I did. I went to pick them up Saturday and they had monogrammed on the top and flap of the cooler, furthermore, the color monogram they suggested did not even show on the other bag. I walked out very disappointed and by the time I got to my car, I decided I could not accept this work. I went back inside and the owner, who had been standing there with another customer during the previous exchange, turns around and agrees the work was subpar and she would not want anyone to associate her store with it. She would either find the same bags and fix them or I could pick out new ones. They would call me on Monday to let me know which would be the case. Today, “I” finally called and was informed they had found the cooler but would not replace the one that the monogram doesn’t show. First , she allowed me to walk out of her store with poor craftsmanship, only agreed to do something about it when I complained in front of another customer and now she isn’t even honoring her offer. I guess the new ownership is not for the best! So so very disappointed. I hate putting negative vibes out there but I don’t want anyone else to fall prey to the deception. These type services/businesses need to stand by their goods. This place is not one of those.

A very neat little store with a variety of different gifty types of items. We visit about twice a year when in the area and always find something. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, very friendly - the owners are around often and take pride in their store. Not overpriced, mostly for girls/women, but a man is sure to find a nice gift for his wife, mistress or girlfriend with no problem. Highly recommended!

Every time I am in SC I stop to see what new, fun items they have. The store is huge and there is a large selection of monogram items as well as gift items.

Treated my friend poorly. They messed up her 2 bags and let her walk out of the store with 2 monograms on one bag..who does that??? When she came back in to ask about it the manager told her they would fix them but she only fixed one. I wouldn’t go there, they seem like dishonest people.
