Had an oil change, marked they checked my lights and they were good when I knew I had a headlight out. Also wrote up a contract to buy a new car before I even agreed to buy one, kept me there 3 hours.

It was great, overall experience. They at my scheduled appointment pulled up when I walked in the door, knew I was there for an oil change. Changed my battery in my key fob (because it was 3 years old) at no charge and no hassle. Showed me where the waiting room was, told me to help myself to any coffee, pop, etc... Very quickly changed my oil, came to the waiting room and got me when my vehicle was done, had already applied the coupon and directed me to the pay window. They made the whole experience easy and were extremely courteous. I like easy!!

Go to KC Summers Nissan Mazda. Service is amazing here. My cars tire had a slow leak, so I called and asked for Stan, who was recommended to me by a friend. They told me when he would be available (within the hour!) and informed me that I do not need an appointment. When I got there I was informed that this particular service is generally free of charge, unless the problem is more complicated than it appears. I was shown to a seat, and probably no more than 15 minutes later, my tire was good as new. There had been a screw in it. I was on my way with a much more stable ride and no less money in my bank account. Thank you Stan! Youre the best!

I was on the hunt for a red Mazda Miata. Sounds easy but there are very few used ones for sale. Came across one on cars.com that was located just over 2 hours from me at KC Summers. Decided to take a shot and gave them a call. The salesman that answered all my questions was Quentin. He was incredibly easy to work with. I decided to take a road trip the next day and purchase the car. Quentin was waiting for me when I arrived. I took the car for a quick test drive. I was quite impressed with the car but had a few questions about some small paint chips and scrapes on the rims of the car. This dealership is a breath of fresh air. They offered to touch up the chips, buff the car and take care of the rims. On top of that they delivered it to me which was over 2 hours away. That car is now in my garage and looks fantastic. Everything exactly as promised and a full tank of gas. Couldnt be happier. Thank you to everyone at KC Summers!

Very impressed with the salesperson and staff who helped us with our latest purchase at KC Summers Nissan. Jessica was very helpful and friendly. Their service department is un ethical! Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and balance. Brought in my vehicle. When they were finished, i was told that they didnt have time to do the tires! I live almost an hour away! I was upset to say the least! The next time my vehicle needed service, I made an appointment asking for the oil change and rotation/balance. When they are finished i am charged for the tire rotation/balance. When I get home I discover that they didnt even touch the tires because there was a streak of paint on one of my tires. The marked tire was in the same place as before. They charged me for a service that was not done! Stupid me, go back a third time for service asking for the tires to be done. When they finish they tell me that my tires dont need to be rotated! It has been a year since I purchased the vehicle and the tires do need service! They think that I wouldnt know about the tires. They lied to me and cheated me! I will never go back there!

Easily the best service Ive received from a dealership. I dealt with Quentin and Pat buying a car in a different state. Their responses were immediate, and every step was simple. After Id had the car for a little while, I had a small issue that turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part, and they bent over backwards to help me. Not only would I buy from here again, I will intentionally try to. Buying a car online from them was easier than buying one locally.

I just bought my second car here. As always, K C Summers strives to earn your business. 7 years ago, my son totaled my car. I have to have a car for work as I drive, sometimes, 200 miles per day. I looked for a week for a car, which is not easy to do without a car. The next Monday, Pat at K C Summers had a car driven down 30 miles to me and said use it for work and dont worry about it.
