Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful! Incredibly professional, efficient, and informed. He was able to swipe clean a virus that my IT company could not fix. John saved my laptop from the metal salvage. Very easy to work with by meeting weekends after hours.Highly recommend.

Wow! Great service AND unbeatable price. John really IS a Tech Hero. He had my desktop running smoothly in a few hours. MTH went above and beyond to make sure I had the right amount of memory, answered all my questions about internet safety for my kids, and got rid of a nasty virus that had me blocked from doing anything on my computer. Super easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Matthews Tech Hero for anything and everything computer.
