Been here before and have decent experiences unloading. Receiving is good for the early am deliveries around 0700. Any other time is a coin toss. Follow instructions/listen and youll be in and out in an hour or two. It may be a 24 hr facility but appears shipping and receiving people are here around 0700. FYI. Parking on hill on premises behind buildings only 12 hours before appt. Make sure security takes down your phone number or youll be sitting longer.

Once at the guard gate i remembered Ive been here before shortly after it started up 10 years ago. Dont remember the experience then so will update after this delivery. Update....nearly 6 hours from check in to check out. Most of which was waiting for a door. Could be faster but tolerable

Live delivery. Appointment was for 11am. Arrived at 8am. Was in a door at 8:15 am and unloaded in less than an hour. Nice place. Nice workers.

AS A NEW HIRE, I WAS ELATED OF THE OPPORTUNITY AND ALL THAT FRESH MARK HAS TO OFFER SINCE I, FOR ONE, HAVE NEVER WORKED IN A FACTORY. MY CAREER INVOLVED MEDICAL AND SECURITY. MY FIRST DAY WAS A DISASTER. I WORKED IN THE MICROWAVE DEPARTMENT SORTING THROUGH RAW BACON. I VIOLATED A HEALTH CODE. REGARDLESS OF WHAT WAS TAUGHT IN ORIENTATION AND EMPHASIS ON CROSS CONTAMINATION AND SAFETY HAZARDS, MY OBSERVATIONS ARE OF EXISTING HAZARDS THROUGHOUT THE PLANT ITSELF. #1: SLIPPERY FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PLANT INSTEAD OF THOSE ISOLATED AREAS. THAT IS A MAJOR LIABILITY FOR VISITORS, POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES, STAFF. IF SOMEONE SHOULD SLIP AND FALL SERIOUSLY INJURE THEMSELVES, SUFFER FROM MINOR TO SEVERE HEAD INJURIES OR WORSE, DEATH. WHY WOULD YOU SET YOURSELVES UP FOR POTENTIAL LAWSUITS? AT LEAST THE CANTON AND SALEM FACILITIES ARE CAUTIOUS AND HAZARD FREE, SMART. #2: IMPROPER VENTILATION AREA WITH CONTINUOUS SMOKE. I, FOR ONE, VALUE MY PULMONARY HEALTH. I DID NOT ENJOY INJESTING/ INHALING SMOKE WITHOUT PROPER PPE TO PROTECT MYSELF. I DEVELOPED A CONSTANT MIGRAINE, FELT NAUSEATED, DIZZY AND SOMEWHAT DISORIENTED. #3 HAND CARRYING A HEAVY BUCKET FILLED WITH DUSTY MATERIAL TRANSPORTING OVER A CONVEYOR BELT OF RAW BACON WHILE SORTING TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE REGARDLESS THE COLOR VIA RED OR YELLOW. WHAT IF THAT BUCKET FELL OR DUMPED OVER ONTO THE RAW BACON. I GUARANTEE NEITHER OF THOSE COLORED BUCKETS ARE STERILE. IF THAT BUCKET SHOULD FALL ONTO THE CONVEYOR BELT THAT IS CROSS CONTAMINATION. I VIEWED ONE OF THE LEADERS THAT PASSED THAT BUCKET THROUGH THE BACON. NO ONE SHUTDOWN THE LINE. IT KEPT GOING. #4: CONFINED AND LIMITED SPACE TO WALK, ANY MOVEMENT OR HANDLE ANYTHING APPROPRIATELY OR SAFELY. NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO WALK UNDERNEATH EQUIPMENT. THAT IS A SAFETY HAZARD. WHAT IF THAT EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONS AND FALLS ON TOP OF YOU. #5: THE WATER BUCKETS FOR DIPPING YOUR GLOVES EVERY 30 MINUTES IS CONTAMINATED. COMBINATION OF GREASE FROM THE BACON AND DUSTY MATERIAL THAT WAS HANDLED IN BETWEEN EACH DIP. NEED I CARRY ON? YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF MANY CODES. It was a great experience checking in at the guard sha9at 15:00 but was a horrible experience checking out at 17:30. The woman was so snotty and rude that it was unbelievable. She should be replaced immediately! There is no reason for her to treat drivers the way she treated me. I will never go back there again just because of her and will tell every driver I know not to go to this facility. It is so sad that one persons experience with a guard who should not be working with the public should be allowed to be able to get away with her actions.

Pulling into the lot at 01:00, i was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the guard station. Next, in the check-in office, two ladies were hard at work doing what they probably do every morning, one looking at a computer and getting me checked in, while the other stared off into space. Then its time to sit and wait until the warehouse is ready for a delivery....... fast forward 7 hours to the end of a good nap, when a phone call becomes the alarm clock. A man from receiving calls me to the warehouse, again, very friendly. Warehouse check-in was quick and painless with another young lady. So here I sit. Dont know how long it will take to unload, but what else is there to do but watch the beautiful snow storm and enjoy the atmosphere? If you get the opportunity to deliver here, I wouldnt pass it up if I were you... if for no other reason, youd be in Ohio, the friendliest place East of the West!

I love working here. People are friendly and its good pay. You work 6 days a week though. But you get time and a half for any over time in a day or week. If you work on Sunday plus the other days you get paid double.

Most of the employees are great. However, the 3 crew leaders in my department are creapy, and never even acknowledge most of us when we call for them when the machines arent running properly. They are only conserned about how much bacon they can slice. They could care less as to whether its actually usable for shipping the products. It makes no sense to me, because what is the point of slicing all of that bacon if it cant be used to send to the customer? I feel like Im working in a sweat house. Those crew leaders are very rude, and make everyone uncomfortable, other than the women that they are dating. They need knocked down a bit. Especially Carlos who thinks its hilarious to make Pele cry. Second shift Vac bacon at Massillon....

Very slow loading, more than once. Did not pay detention or layover to me or my company. I could not make my unloading appointment/s because I did not get loaded on time and had to pay for the extra fuel for the refrigeration unit on my own. I lost at least one more day because of them. If you are a truck/trailer owner operator and you get a load out of a load board and you come here to load, this might happen to you.

As soonest I came in the gate.. The security guard was rude and unprofessional.. Then I finally made it to a dock to get loaded... I waited 8 hours to get loaded.. This place is not friendly and employees hate theyre jobs.. Im never comming her again.. next time dispatch wants to come here... Im going to refuse the load.... Drivers please stay away!!!!

I load there 2 or 3 times a month and most times its a minimum of 3 hours loading time and 5 or 6 hours is not unusual and thats if you are on time for your appt. If you are late you might want to have your mail forwarded there

Most poorly managed place ever. Everyone there is miserable all the time because of the crazy amount of hours you work. Employees are underpaid for the slave work that has to be done. Also the ratio of Guatamalens to Americans is probably 9:1. Overall a just terrible place to be a part of, Sad I wasted 2 years of my life there.

Its alright I curently work her making $9.35 a hour for what I do working press and freezing my butt off I think the pay should be a little more then what its especially for pulling 40 plus hours a week and there is a lot of Hispanic there and barly any of them speak English

I thought this place was very unprofessional as Im waiting for an hour on my interview there are people in the HR office cussing and talking about drugs and as Im sitting there before the other person that was there to be interviewed the lady came out looked at me looked at them and called them back and I feel that it was because they was Mexican and will work for a lower rate I did not continue with the interview and will not go back
