This review is in response to the 1 star review. 1st you have never the order any window or door with us. 2nd when you first called us for door purchase and installation service, we have told you we will provide you with the contract and on the contract it will indicate the deposit we will take prior to the start the job which will serve as receipt, yet you rudely dismissed our sales associate and claimed he doesnt know job which he was professional trained to do. As such we decided not to proceed with any further engagement. Please prove facts if you want to slam a business on google review, show us the order form as you claimed you have ordered the door with us.

Stay away from this company. All 5 star review here are fake! I ordered a door from them. They asked me to pay $1100 cash in advance without providing a receipt! It is illegal to take customer cash without providing a receipt! When I requested a receipt, then they disappeared and no one answered phone or message! Terrible experience!!!

We needed to replace our dinning rooms windows recently. We reached out a few window companies and decided to go with Sparkling Windows & Doors. The sales lady came to our house to discuss the options of the windows and gave a reasonable quote. It took about two weeks for our windows ready from the manufacture. On the installation day, two installers were very professional and courteous. It took them around two hours for the whole processing, including putting back our window blinds, cleaning up all mess. The new windows are perfect and can tell that will be saving some energy bill this winter. Highly recommend Sparkling Windows & Doors!

This company has the patience of the saint!!My office building has so many rules and regulations that almost made this job impossible to do but Grace and Mr. Forti were so good and made it happen. Besides being patient, understanding and good sports - they do excellent work. Money for value, best choice! Even beyond that, I’d give them 6 stars if possible! We wanted to make an opening on a picture wall to brighten up our family room, they gave us excellent advices and the quote was reasonable. Both sales we met, Grace and Xu Zhuan, were very pleasant to deal with and lots of fun to talk to! And the technicians, were so experienced and diligent, just showcased what a real craftsmanship should be! At the end of day, we went through a good journey, got the gorgeous bow window and lovely sunlight, just what we wished for!
