They never showed up on scheduled day for trimming my tree. Wasted my time with them!

Very impressed with this crew. They were reasonably priced and finished in a little more than an hour. Huge tree cut down, stump grinding and pruning other trees. They have a very systematic approach that’s very interesting to watch. Very neat. I would absolutely recommend again.

They were punctual, reasonably priced, professional down to the last man. They cut down my giant silver maple that had become a liability and between power lines and they did it safely and efficiently and cleaned up after as well. Would recommend them 10x over to anyone looking.

I just had a cord of wood delivered. They dumped it all the way up my driveway and after I did my stacking the count was right on the money. This was my 2nd delivery from them, and will order again after I burn this dank wood down!

Dank did it all even thought the day started with snow they were on time when sun came out in afternoon.3 medium sizes trees down, 1 stump gruonded, heavy pruning of 2 large trees. Capped off with a perfect cleanup equals a 5 stare performance. thank You Dank

Disappointed with the workers sent to our home to do the work. Workers unprofessional and disrespectful of property. Workers took cans of lemonade left in a carton without asking. After drinking left empty carton and cans to blow around yard. Even left one can in a flower pot on opposite side of the house from work being performed. Front office was professional you take a chance on the workers being sent to your home.

Called Dank to have a large tree removed from my property after another local tree service I had called,came to house and couldnt do the job. Dank should have been my first and only call. Rob came by less than an hour after I called, gave a great price and was able to do the job 3 days later. His team was professional , courteous and did an excellent clean up . My wife and I couldnt be more pleased with the job they did.

I had called a few companies to give me an estimate. All companies estimate were similar. No other company can grind the stump of the bushes because the machine could not come through the gate. But DANK could. How can I not pick Dank Tree.Today Dank crew came. The Estimator/Supervisor was here for the process from the beginning to the end. I need to applaud Nehemia and his crew. They were diligent,careful and fast. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I strongly recommend Dank Tree. Awesome service!!!!

Right from the get-go these guys have been very professional. We wanted trees and land clearing prior to having a fence install. Brian estimated our project and explained what would be done. They came on the day scheduled, arrived on time. We were amazed how quickly and neat they were. We had one stump that was an issue due to the current chain link fence was embedded in a large stump. Rob listened to our problem. He arranged to come back once most of the chain link was cut away so they could finish grinding the stump and fence could be installed seamlessly. Dont want to be amiss to mention Lisa, who works in the office. She was patient, friendly and informative! If you are getting estimates for any work to be done, be sure to call Dank!!

I received multiple estimates, 6 total, for my tree service. Needed 14 Hemlocks removed to include 13 + oaks, pruned, elevated, and all dead wood removed. Three were in the same price range , the other three were just ridiculously overpriced. We narrowed it down to two companies, Dank being one of them.Brian from Dank walked the entire property for the estimate, clearly understood what we needed.We chose Dank to do the work, they matched the competitors price without debate.They did an outstanding job on all the tree work, they were very mindful of all the gardens on the property, especially at this time of year with our rose gardens beginning to bud and bulbs starting. Very professional team, the climbers took care of ensuring limbs didnt just drop hap-hazardly to the ground, and worked safely.All work was complete in one day, they cleaned my entire yard of all tree debris, and made sure my neighbors yard, that was affected was also cleaned.I will surely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks for tree service.

Quality work at a reasonable price. We had several trees that needed to come down along with the stumps removed. The men worked quickly and efficiently. It was a tremendous job and they did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dank came yesterday and took down 2 very large trees. They brought a crew of 6 with a wood chipper, and later a different crew of 3 with heavy machinery to remove the wood and stumps. All the employees were professional and clearly knew their job. Very knowledgeable when i asked for advice about another tree issue. They were very efficient and very neat. Cleaned up everything when they were done. Definitely use this company!

I would highly discourage anyone from using them as they are not responsive and unprofessional. I arranged with Brian well in advance to have tree debris removed, rest of a tree cut down and stump ground down from a tree being partly taken down by PSEG. I told him they would be ready in about 5 weeks and he told me as soon as I get the exact date he would have his crew there in 24-48 hrs. When the time came, I called several times before tree was to come down to tell them of date and to get back to me to make sure they were coming. When I finally got thru to someone, she told me she would give Rob who arranges this the message. When I still didn’t hear back on day of tree removal, I called Dank and was told by secretary that Rob said that they could not come for 3 weeks. Mind you this is not what Brian told me and they knew way ahead of time the time frame PSEG was coming. I told them that I needed a date ASAP as I could not wait that long as there was debris all over my backyard and this posed a serious danger to my child who is special needs and to please have Rob call me. After no response from Rob, I had to hire another company emergently just to remove the tree debris to make the area safe. Unfortunately, the rest of tree is still there. This company is not truthful and caused me considerable grief and wasted my time.We were in middle of coronavirus outbreak already when Brian gave his estimate of time frame your men would come to perform work and you are using this pandemic as an excuse for your poor performance.

Every year I purchase and burn a cord and 1/2 of wood. Purchased wood from here because they stack it. Claimed it was seasoned wood. Even when I called to increase my order they claimed they couldnt because they only had a limited amount of seasoned wood. Wood that was delivered is soaking wet and barely burnable. Many pieces are huge and not able to put in fireplace. Also very dirty wood. Covered in muddy dirt. I would not recommend buying wood from this company. Customer service is also the worst. Never return calls and when I questioned something they got very rude and nasty. Worst wood I have ever purchased

Firewood, 90.00 two scoops with the skid loader good deal.. now if your going to count the pieces each time and bi#$%ch about the difference in the amount you get each time then go get yourself a chain saw and log splitter and go do it yourself..

I’ve bought wood from here in the past and was very satisfied. I called recently to get some trees cleared that were already cut and the stumps grinded. They apparently won’t come to your house if their not the ones who. It the trees down in the first place. I think you need to change your website to clearly state what you DONT do. “No job is too small” well clearly grinding 17 stumps is too small...

If there were 6 stars I would have given them all 6. The crew that did my work was excellent, FAIR price,(very competitive) on time and fast. Their clean-up was such that you didnt know any tree service was done. I would use them again and again (if I had the need). 6 tall Hemlock trees removed and a very tall Oak leaning over our pool (from my neighbors) topped in half; all in 2 hours - WOW great work Dank!!

Superb from start to finish. Tree climbing was involved; hedge trimming; young tree removal; and some saplings throughout my garden. Dean provided estimate and said the company can do it all. I was thrilled and the work was completed as discussed. My backyard looks terrific and I am so pleased. The crew cleaned up all debris and were very professional. I would recommend this company. I know I will call them back.

Dank Tree Experts are a very reliable and professional company. Their pricing was right in the middle which is where I like to choose. The crew was very prompt and courteous. I had 2 trees removed and some trimming of several trees. They were very respectful of my property. They did not leave until I was totally satisfied and my property cleaned as if they were not there. Incredible service. I started using another tree guy who wasnt capable of finishing the job in a reasonable time, he needed 3 full days to do the job and was about a third through. I called Dank they finished what the other guy needed 2 full more days to finish Dank did in less than 3 hours! Everything they said they would do was done and cleaned up everything. On top of that very fair pricing.

I needed two trees removed on my property prior to having a fence installed. My fence company highly recommend Dank Tree Experts to remove them and have the roots grinded. I totally understand why now... Dank gave me the best estimate including grinding the roots which another tree company wanted to charge me much more and not even touch the roots . .. and Dank service was phenomenal.The man that came and did the estimate came earlier than expected and was very warm , friendly and pleasant it was like I knew him. He also pointed out another tree close to the old fence that was overlooked and said the roots may ruin your new fence. Im so happy he cared enough to let me know. He even asked it I wanted my wood when the trees came down which I didnt want.However, all three trees were removed today within the time slot they advised me of in advance and the guys cleaned up perfectly.I highly recommend Dank Tree Experts to anyone looking to have any size tree removed.Im now ready to have my fence installed with no possible damage done by leaning trees and their roots.Thanks Dank for your excellent service !!!

Though I described exactly where wood was to go on the phone the delivery person didn’t want to walk the length of the house. I asked to either have it left on the driveway and stacking fee waived or to charge extra to walk the length of the house. He left saying he’d call back after speaking with owner. 5 subsequent calls went unanswered and no wood was ever delivered. Needed tree week as well so really disappointed.In reply - your response is inaccurate. As mentioned above, Id have happily had you dump the wood and waive the stacking fee etc. The real reason for the one star review is the many, many, many attempts that I have made to reach you after we agreed Friday night to speak the next day. If youd bothered to call back we could easily have reached agreement. Note the multiple other reviews that say the exact same thing.

We have used Dank Tree Experts for a number of jobs (small and large) over the years and they have proved to be reliable, reasonably/fairly priced and importantly, professional.They also have shown to be responsible by timely returning telephone calls and showing up for appointments, etc.Rob, one of their estimators, showed up on time and has been available for telephone calls to answer questions and/or address any concerns/issues that may have arisen.We have even recommended Dank to our friends and relatives.Check out other companies (that may end up giving you a lower price) but remember that you usually get what you pay for.Play it smart and go with Dank from start to finish.

The men were skilled, polite and courteous and did a great job. They did exactly what the estimator Dean laid out in the quote and left my property clean to the point it was hard to tell that I had trees taken down. I would definitely recommend them, great work at a great price.

Terrible delivery of wood- extremely dirty and wet. Price was not exactly cheap and I was forced to buy Kiln dried wood somewhere else in order to sprinkle in their wet logs. Disappointed because I live in town and prefer to support a local business.

Initially I had wrote a not so flattering review without giving them an opportunity to address my issue. That was on me. Once posted I received a phone call from the owner who has since taken care of my concerns with the professionalism one expects when making a purchase. In making that call the owner proved to me he cared about his clients and had the decency to rectify the problem. Nothing says more about dealing with a company than that. Dank came and gave me a quote ..I called another company to compare..dank was way under. I went with Dank, they showed up on time with a crew of 7-8 guys, very professional the whole time..did great work and cleaned up very well. Lost one star because there stump grinder machine scratched my pvc fence a bit but no big deal. Overall great service 100% would recommend.

Do not use this company! I hired (and paid in full) this company to cut down and remove a tree including the stump from my backyard. When I spoke with Dean initially we agreed on a price and explained what I needed done. No problem he said. They came, cut down the tree. But left the stump (which is why I hired someone. I needed it done the most) Ive called several times, was told by the secretary that someone would call me back, but no one has. Its very frustrating when you pay a lot of money to have something done and the job isnt completed. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where. These guys dont deserve it.

This is the second time I hired Dank and the last. First was a good experience but not this time. The man in charge gave me a hard time about how I wanted my trees shaped and his orders were specific...top and shape. Cut a limb off my tree and just let it drop...did not lower. Not careful with my property. Never again!

They gave me a good cord but the wood was not seasoned and extremely wet. Make sure you do your research before buying . Looks like this cord wont be ready to burn until next season. Wont buy from them ever.

I did not even hire these people the neighbor hire them and they left a disaster in front of my house I called them several times they said they would come and clean it up they did not they were rude told me that I have to wait weeks for it to wear away no I did not hire them and they left a complete mass my house looks derelict my streets were just redone and now I have to deal with the mess that they left dont hire them theyre rude they leave messes in front of yours and your neighbors houses! DO MOT HIRE AWFUL

Terrible service. Never showed up to give an estimate 2x. Two weeks later when I received no estimate I gave them a second chance and called up the office at which point I had to give all my info again. The estimator called me back and said hed come by in the next 2 days and I discussed what I wanted done, where the house and tree was, etc... He then texted two days later early morning to ask where I lived again and when I gave him the address, he pretended someone spelt it wrong in the system. Now today, 6 days later, I texted to ask if he ever showed up and what is the estimate and he said, he knows my address was XYZ (since it was in the text message) but wasnt sure what town it was in. I spoke to him on the phone and discussed this with him already, discussed it with the office, and I live in the same town they are based. Complete Joke!

Dank provided us with professional, efficient removal and clean up of two tree and an extra area of overgrown branches. They even went into the neighbors yard to tidy up any excess debris that had fallen.

This was my first (and final) experience with Dank and I have to say Im not impressed. Had a large tree removed from my backyard. On their recommendation I covered my inground pool to prevent debris from getting in the pool. I used pavers to hold the cover down. The crew accidentally dropped a paver in the pool and tore my liner in 2 places. Even though we agreed that it was accidental upon inspection they refused to pay for the damages or even half of the damages. Never received phone calls back about getting reimbursed for the repair and their idea of taking care of it was providing the number of a cheap pool repair person and I was told see I saved you $. Not sure why they have insurance for accidental damage. They trampled gardens that were 60 feet away from the work area in order to find a faster pathway to their shredder and pulled up a fig tree sapling which I had been growing for almost a year. Beware!

Absolutely the worst lumber i have ever had delivered to my home!!!!! This lumber was short, wet, and completely non-burnable!!!!!! To be honest it ruined my winter thus far, i dont even want to attempt to make a fire with this crap!!!!! i would never recommend this company EVER!!!!!! COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED

3rd time I tried firewood from them. Never seasoned. Its as though they just cut it down. Dont by from them unless you can let it dry. Giving them one star too many.

Dirty wood like it was rolled around in the mud.burned ok for me.fireplace burned around 300 to 350 .I did split the wood down again had a hard time burning the bigger logs.delivered all oak. Might give them another shot.
