I am VERY happy with the service I received from this company. I live in another state and had to get my ex husband served in Nassau County NY. I did not have a current address but I believed I knew where he worked. Luckily the process server was able to find him in the building next to where I thought he worked and served him court papers. The fact that the process server called me directly when he arrived at the building where my ex husband worked and discussed what to do next was such excellent customer service. I was truly impressed. He asked if I wanted him to go inside the building and talk to someone. I said sure, lete see what happens. Thank goodness this process server was so helpful because now I can go back court. I had paid another company before Long Island Process Server to help me but they just took my money. They did nothing to find my ex husband. Long Island Process Servers did help me and I am forever grateful!!!
