I never thought I would look forward to my appointments but Debbie made that possible she is top notch and a true professional. Front desk staff are extremely friendly and give a warm welcome. NP katie is the best at what she does she is also top notch and I developed an amazing relationship with them both. I highly recommend them. They are a great team that offer a family feel.

If you have any other option, go there instead. Only reason I am here is because my therapist works with them for medications, but even my therapist is working on getting their own prescribers because patients have had so many bad experiences here. I have been trying to get in for a new patient appointment for medication that I am trying to start ASAP and it has been almost a week since I completed the required steps and still nothing. I was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours but I never heard anything until 4 days after I submitted my paperwork and requested an appointment and it was only because I ended up calling them. All I was told on the phone was that someone would call me to set up the appointment…I finally got a call on Saturday while I was at work and was able to call back an hour or two later but they were already gone. I called again twice today and left a voicemail the first time, and the second time was told that they couldn’t schedule me for an appointment since they don’t know which doctor I am seeing, but I was literally not given an option to chose since the form required me to select all the doctors. So I was told AGAIN that someone would call me back to set up the appointment. Also their website only has 2 doctor bios so even if I was able to chose which doctor I wanted to see on the form, I wouldn’t even know anything about the rest of them or which one would be the right fit for me. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to.

I wanted to register as a new patient, but see on their website that they say “We do not accept patients with chronic pain, or patients who are taking pain medications.” This is literally ableism. How does a supposed healthcare center refuse care to a patient because they have chronic pain? So if I have constant pain due to an injury out of my control, or a cancer patient wants psychiatric help, we can’t receive care? I find this disgusting and am shocked to see it on the website of a few providers in Long Island, but especially a clinic.

Dr.B and Tatyana make a great team. They are extremely helpful, caring, and interactive. Secretary and staff wonderful. Had a billing problem and the office manager came to the front. It lead to an argument that he just walked away from. I guess you can’t accept anything to be perfect. Definitely give them a shot.

Awesome place, really glad this office was recommended to me. The doctors and staff are always super helpful, and friendly. The office is very clean. It also has a really pretty pier in the back you can sit at and wait for your appointment.

This is based strictly on the office staff. They need to replace the front office staff with new and professional personnel. They give misleading information; they basically fight with patients and call them liars! Upon walking in the office and not being greeted by any office staff, except another patient that said “hello” to me. I had to speak to the office manager on multiple occasions prior to my visit whom assured me that this type of behavior would not happen again. However, on appointment day, it only got worse with the mistreatment by the office staff. It is hard to recommend this doctor because his office staff is absolutely horrible and they handle everything outside of the exam room, with little to no assistance. However, Dr. B is very warm and caring.

We have been waiting weeks for an appointment. The day finally came and while waiting virtually for the appointment get told that she didn’t get her paperwork done and that we were supposed to fill it out. Well we were never sent paperwork nor do we live near where the appointment would be so someone in the office messed up. Meanwhile my child needs medicine changed and it cannot be done so she is suffering and we cannot get help anywhere.Now we have received the paperwork to be filled out and now again have to wait weeks for an appointment. When she has been in the hospital 2 times in the last month.

This office is absolutely horrible. 5 separate times they were supposed to text me a link so I could see my psychiatrist in a zoom call. I need to see my psychiatrist to get my medicine for the following month. This time AGAIN it was not sent to me. I have called 8 times and got a voicemail every time meanwhile my appointment is in a half an hour. Theyre lazy and dont do their job. I have no idea what the women at the front desk are getting paid for.

Dr. B is the best doctor. He’s very approachable, office is very organized. He accepts insurance.

Excellent physician who also engages in some talk therapy... willing to listen to patient concerns re:medication side effects/effectiveness. Willing to embrace complimentary therapies, excellent talk therapists available in the practice.The most convenient communication can be done by text message !!

Giving 5 stars to Tatyana, she is awesome! Only reason why I took off a star is due to the displeasure and nastiness from one of the employees, John, who I talked on the phone with. He was very rude and nasty and thought he knew it all. Sorry John, just the truth.

The office is very clean and they are all very nice.

Absolutely awful. I went there for my anxiety and depression, paid $250 for 45 minutes and was in and out in 15 minutes. Tatyana, prescribed me medication for high blood pressure to be taken 3 times a day. My blood pressure is always normal. I started the medicine and after a week felt very weak, tired and experienced more panic than ever before. My blood pressure got so low on day while I was driving, I almost passed out behind the wheel of my car and could have caused a horrific accident. She barely spoke to me. Barely made eye contact with me, and all she did was type on her laptop. Zero bedside manner or compassion. I urge anyone to please steer clear of this place. The only good thing is the lovely receptionist who was very accommodating and caring.

Tatyana is the most caring person i have ever encountered she goes above and beyond every time she continues to amaze me between the empathy in her voice and her actions of reaching out when no one else would even think about it I was truly blessed to cross paths with her and Im proud to say shes my Dr!!!!!

Tatyana is one of the best practitioners Ive had the pleasure of working with. She paces medication and really listens to see how they may impact you. I have no intentions of changing doctors and I hope others get lucky and can have her as theres as well. Thank you Tatyana!!

I originally was referred to Dr.Tatyana for a second opinion. I went to my first appointment and I’m so happy I followed through! once you’re inside the atmosphere is very calming! The staff was very kind and patient as well. Dr. Tatyana is amazing! she made me feel comfortable and actually listened to my symptoms and issues . She gave great feedback and thorough explanations of medications and effects. It was so refreshing to have things explained instead of just prescribe . I am so glad I found her. I finally feel more comfortable receiving treatment for my mental health. 100% recommending to go see her. We need more mental health providers like her!

I’m literally in the waiting room now waiting 55 mins for my apt that was already rescheduled because my last Provider no longer works there. No one can give me an explanation as to why I’m waiting so long and people coming in after me are leaving with their appointment done. Horrible service, very unorganized, poor time management and no respect or consideration for patient. And they’re giving away $10 gift cards for positive reviews

This has been the best psychiatry place Ive ever been to. Ariana is an incredible therapist who has given me great coping mechanisms and a great safe space to air anything I need to say. Sara is also an incredible receptionist, always pleasant and smiling when I come in for an appointment. Ive been to a lot of therapists, and this has honestly been the best place for therapy and mental health.

Amazing physician and great staff. I recommend him unconditionally. He has helped me unimaginably over the last five years. I cannot thank him enough. I’m not sure what the complaints are about. I’m sure dealing with people with mental/emotional issues must have its challenges. All I know is that he helped me through the most difficult time in my life. I am truly grateful for him and all of the efforts of his staff.

Unprofessional medical practice, excellent business

I took my 14 year old daughter there to be treated for anxiety. She was seen by NP Tatyana who was unprofessional, insensitive, rude and had horrible bedside manners. Waste of time, money and no help.

I recommend this office highly. My son and I see Janet and she is wonderful. My other son sees Dr. Chacko who is also outstanding . If you are looking for help, please research this group and I am sure you will be happy.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I get we are in a pandemic but it is completely unacceptable for a place of business dealing w mental health after leaving multiple messages and texts cannot get a response. They have NO one fielding calls or texts from home?! I’ve probably left five messages and texts since the beginning of March through April. I was there at the end of February and the dr screwed something up w my meds. I had to teledoc w my OB to get my proper refills today so that’s another bill I’ll have to pay. This office is a HUGE failure.

Waste of my time! Saw the nurse practitioner to review the meds I was prescribed by another doctor because I was having trouble. She was incredibly insensitive and rude. At one point asked me if I was joking and if I was kidding around with her. Just what some with mental health problems wants to hear when you are asking for help. Walked out in a near panic attack and will never go back. Shame on you.

My kids have been seeing Dr. B for over 5 years. I called and texted for the kids scripts to find out we were released from the practice since September. Not aware of any previous issues, other than the receptionist claiming that I owed money for services that I never received and for the scripts to take days to go through the pharmacy, I am not aware of anything else. If I didnt request a new script I would have have no idea we were terminated. It is beyond cruel since the kids have serious ADHD and finding a new doctor before 30 days is almost impossible. So of course I am taking this further because that is just not ok!! My texts for an explanation about termination have still not been answered.

I am very happy and feel fortunate that I came across dr Baspaji and his team. I have struggled with moderate depression that turned to major depression for a large part of my life. After trying many antidepressants that did not work well, I figured I had nothing to loose if I tried TMS. I committed to the treatment, Lea my clinician was very patient and kind.I am happy to say that TMS treatment gave me my life back!! I no longer sleep all day, I no longer feel depressed at all and I am back to enjoying life.I wish more people knew about this treatment, my insurance covered it and it’s better than any medicine I have tried. Thank you dr Baspaji and Lea for all your help and understanding.

DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously if you want to save yourself time, money, and A LOT of stress do not go here. There staff is a mess & not helpful at all. I would rate this place negative stars if I could. They made me appointments without telling me when they were and then charged me when I didn’t show up. They also refuse treatment at their discretion. This place is a complete nightmare. It shouldn’t be MORE stressful to see a thearpist. They wasted my time and took my money but gave me no help. This is extremely frustrating.

Dr. Bajpayi,is the best doctor I ever came across, he have a very practical approach to the patients problem.

These people decided to terminate me for no reason. They told me I missed appointments which is not true. I missed one but I called. Texts. Left messages and still charged me with a 150 bill. Also one of the councilers is pregnant and smoke cigarettes like they’re going out of styler. The people are very disrespectful and they’ll give u no reason as to why your terminated. They even told me they’re no longer taking “United health care” WHICH I DONT HAVE and then they gave me another reason and hit me with a bill. This place is very unprofessional and I will be going to try to shut this place down.

Everyone in this office including the office manager, NPs, LCSWs, and MD is truly devoted to meeting your needs and ensuring positive outcomes. It is rare nowadays to find a doctor who cares so deeply, listens, invests the time, and partners with you through every phase of treatment.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bajpayi and staff- They are sensitive to their patients needs and offer services, such as the TMS macine, that no ther psychiatrist has. For patients that don’t want to come to the office can see the doctor by Skype.
