Frank at Balloon’s N More was truly a pleasure to do business with. He was incredibly patient and extremely accommodating on a balloon bouquet I ordered over the phone from California being delivered to a recipient in NY, for her 90th birthday. I could only go by what I saw online on the website but was told by the recipient that the arrangement was even more beautiful in person! When I originally placed the order, I needed to call back a few times with changes. Frank was super sweet and understanding about it all. I told him that if the balloon bouquet was anywhere near as good as the service I received from him, then it was sure to be a hit and it was! Thank you, so much. I would definitely do business with again! Recipient said she HIGHLY recommends, as well!Just wanted to add a note that when I spoke with the recipient 3 days after the balloons were delivered she said they were all still up and flying high! I was pleasantly surprised to hear this because I know mylar balloons stay up for a very long time but my experience with latex balloons, in the past, from other places I’ve ordered from, has been that they start to droop after only a day or two. The arrangement I ordered from Balloon’s N’ More had a combination of both, and all stayed up high! So A+ to Balloons N’ More! Thanks again! WOW , I went into this store for the 1st time because I was having a triple surprise party at Palmers ...who recommended me to come here... and Frank helped me ... I got the most amazing multi colored extra large crazy balloons with fun designs on them and huge numbers at the top , so the 3 birthdays 🎉 were in the 6 table centerpieces ...5 0 ... 1 6 ... 3 4 ...each set of numbers in 3 different colors ... I wish I could add a picture to show you how great these came out and made the room look amazing and fun! The balloons were at the restaurant set up before I arrived and so many people commented on the great balloons 🎈 next time I have a party ,,,Ill be back!!!!

Frank made balloon centerpieces for our 30th high school reunion party, in our class colors. They were beautiful! He initially took the order from a classmate out of state who was making some of the arrangements, and then took the payment from me because I was local and handling the money. Completely cheerful and flexible -- very professional. Delivered the centerpieces and set them up on tables well in advance of the start of the party. I was not surprised when the catering manager of the restaurant mentioned that she regularly recommends Balloons N More. Very pleased!

Frank was absolutely wonderful with helping me create my gender reveal on Easter!! He was open minded to the idea of filling a balloon with paint, something he admitted to never having done before, but was more than willing to try. He was ever so careful and thoughtful to make sure that mine and my husbands surprise of what our little bundle of joy was would not be spoiled. He carefully tied up the black balloon in extra wrapping, checked and wiped off any excess paint that might be visible, and even went as far as to make sure the blue and pink paint bottles I gave him had the same amount of paint left over so we could not tell which one had been used! I am ever so grateful that we had Frank to help us make this memory so special and exactly how we pictured it. Thank you Frank!!

The owner of this business does not take responsibility for a bad product delivered. I am an event planner and used Frank for the ballon art centerpieces I designed, for a communion. The balloons were dropped off at 12 noon and the party started at 1:30pm. When the balloons were dropped off they looked great! But...at 2:40pm I got a message from my client that the centerpieces were all deflating and sinking down to the table. I immediately called Frank, he told me it was not his fault. He tried to tell me that once the balloons leave his place he has done his job. The balloons did not even make it an hour into the event, and he took ZERO responsibility for this mess! On his website it claims that they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy...I brought that up to him, he said when they were delivered they were fine. Now I am reimbursing my client out of my hard earned money to make sure she feels a sense of retribution. Frank does not care about customer service, please do not make the mistake of paying for a product that will not last!

Frank and his staff created the balloon centerpieces for my daughters sweet 16. It was held at the Watermill on July 27, 2013. The centerpieces were beyond our wildest expectations. They were just spectacular. The room came alive. They were stunning - people are still talking about them. Frank also created the candelabra which matched the elegance of the balloon centerpieces. I also purchased a custom sign in book and a mailbox. Every detail was absolute perfection. Frank and his staff are the most accommodating, courteous and professional people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His ideas and designs are brilliant. He stands behind everything he creates and sells. He is a full service party planner.. My only regret is not finding him sooner or he would have handled every aspect of this event. He has a customer for life with us. I will not hesitate for even a second to recommend Balloons N More to all my friends and family. Frank is an angel. His staff is incredible. I didnt think people with his integrity and business ethics existed anymore. They do -- Frank is proof of that. There was a post stating Franks centerpieces didnt last an hour. I find that absolutely impossible! Today is Wednesday, July 31 - I was able to take home two centerpieces (they were enormous) and they are still as gorgeous and inflated as they were almost four days ago. I never write reviews. Frank is an absolute lifesaver! BNM provided all of the balloons for my daughters Christening this summer. They delivered while we were in the church! He also gave us an additional military discount, and when he heard we were scrambling to put the party together, actually made some calls to get us pricing on tents, tables, chairs, etc.! Overall it was a completely stress-free day in large part due to BNM... and for not much more $ than buying the balloons and helium tank and attempting this ourselves! A+ on quality & service!

I have been fortunate enough to live in Farmingdale and have been using Balloons n more for about 15 years, using Frank for each year of my 2 sons birthday celebrations, 40th, 50th Bday celebrations, communions, christenings etc... I have always experienced nothing short off top of line service and product from Frank and his staff. My 50th bday party Nov. 3, was cancelled last min due to hurr. sandy, Frank remade my centerpeices for my resched. June 22 celebration, the centerpiece not only looked fabulous, it lasted over a month!! I would never consider going anywhere else for my party favors, balloons, etc.... Thank you Frank!!
