I contacted Bed Bug Solutions because I was petrified I had bed bugs in my upstairs office. I knew something was off about my experience though. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!

I just want to say how impressed I am with this place. We needed someone to come out and stopped by the shop and within 1/2 hr Jen was at our house. If we ever have any other things that need addressed we will be calling them back. There pricing is so much more reasonable than so many other vendors.

I found bugs in my house and was having a breakdown since every other pest control company told me 3 weeks to get in to do an inspection!! i didnt want to have no sleep for that long luckily i called them and they were in my home within 4 days and got rid of them! i also found another live bug later and they were happy to come look and inspect again to make sure i was good.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail and thorough work they went into this service. Ive had treatments from other companies and no one can compare. I saw these techs pull mattress covers off to spray the mattresses even though they were also spraying the covered mattresses too. They looked under and around things. I mean WOW. Bed bugs - yikes!! I had called a well known exterminator in a panic since we were scheduled to move soon. They grudgingly came to my house and told me to cancel our moving date and it was going to cost thousands of dollars for a heat treatment and their first opening was more than a month out. Bed Bug Solutions is a fantastic business for bed bug removal. A relatives home had to have almost everything thrown away due to bed bugs. We moved the relative out of the house and their health starting improving within two days. They are very thoughtful while going thru possessions to try and treat to salvage as much personal property as possible. They handle every item and save as much possible while creating a clean, safe home for the resident.They responded very quickly to our needs and performed exactly like a caring family member would in a time of need. They removed five dumpsters of damaged items and left the home ahead of schedule, very clean and organized. The items that were treated and kept were placed in large storage tubs for us to go thru at a later date.They have a schedule to come back in a few weeks and that inspection is included in the contract price. Fought the buggy bas***ds on my own for 5 years. Quotes from other companies for heat treatments that dont work and no guarantees for thousands of dollars. Finally found BedBug Solutions. 1/3 the cost with a guarantee. Owners Mark and Jen great to work with. Quick response to communications. Especially nice that they show up in unmarked vehicles so the neighbors dont know whats happening. Initial treatment very thorough, Took a couple return treatments (at no extra cost) but finally got them. Five months later and havent seen a single bug. You have no idea what a relief it is until you have experienced it yourself. Recommendation 10 stars. Thorough, honest and great to work with. Dont even bother calling other companies. Waste of time. This company is absolutely outstanding. This company is professional, honest, and so compassionate. I thought that I had brought bed bugs into my home after an out of town visit. I was very upset because I had a terrible reaction to what had bitten me, while out of town. Jen was very understanding about the situation and scheduled us as soon as possible (the next day). Mark and his daughter arrived in an unmarked vehicle (very discreet). Both thoroughly inspected my home and luggage. This company is capable of handling Sleep Number beds. They examined my video and the tiny insect that we thought to be bed bugs and it turned out to be very small carpet beetles. I had a previous inspection from Orkin, which costed $100.00 and it was not near as thorough. This company did not charge us anything for the inspection. Mark and his daughter educated us about bed bugs and where to look for them during out of town stays. The company’s estimated pricing for the bed bug extermination was beyond reasonable, compared to other companies (Orkin and Terminix). This company guarantees their work, unlike most others. I even inquired about a preventive treatment for bed bugs, but Mark did not advise us to do that. Orkin had suggested a preventive heat treatment ($2,000), but we would never agree to heating our house, because the risk of damage to the home and it is not as effective. I did sign up for their quarterly insect / pest control treatments because their price is unbeatable.  This company saved me $50.00 per treatment, compared to my former exterminator. We highly recommend this company for bed bugs and insect / pest control.

Do yourself a favor and head over to the Better Business Bureaus website (which I would consider just reputable as Google, if not more so) and see what people are saying.
