I cant say enough about MVD services and our serviceman Cary. I had broken my leg and came back to work in July and called to have my phone moved on a temporary basis. He came right out and took care of that for me. Then when I was able to move back to the second floor, I called for Cary to come back and he was there to move my phone back to my office right away. He is the nicest man and so happy to always accommodate our needs here at Equity. We couldnt ask for better service than we get with Cary. Thanks so much for all you do when we need it.

Scheduled a technician to assist with installing new cabling, adding/deleting a few users, and making some call routing changes for us. The technician was not only on time he was early. Another phone company was at my office to fix a problem. He left bare wires at the panel, left a jack hanging out of the wall, took a splitter and didnt fix the problem.Jason was in my office for a short period of time and got everything working correctly. Another good experience working with MVD Communications. They were able to make the necessary changes that I needed for our business in a timely manner. Tom, our service rep is always a big help and is very good at communicating any programming changes that he makes. Excellent overall experience.

Im going to have to separate my experience into 2 parts: preparation and execution. Bottom line, the preparation leading up to the day when MVD was helping transfer my service from my previous office to my new office was lacking. There wasnt enough communication between MVD and my service provider, which led to mistakes and delays. Once that was resolved, on the actual day of transfer, the transition was flawless. I am pleased with the end result but displeased with what transpired leading up to it.

MVD has gone above and beyond everytime weve contacted them for assistance. They are prompt on their replies and they perform their job to the highest levels. I would highly recommend contacting MVD if you need any help with your phone system or with running cables. Thanks for doing a great job.

Our voice mail was having issues and it was important that we have this up and running over the weekend. Eric solved the problem quickly and effectively so we were able to receive messages from our patient and address their concerns first thing Monday morning. The lady that answers the phone never has answers for any question you ask her she always says we will have to call you back.I liked the service tech that came out. He is friendly he check his own work to make sure the problem was fixed before he told me the issue was fixed. He called me to let me know when he would be onsite.

MVD Communications has always been a reliable phone vendor for our company. We have used them for many years. Most recently issues with our fax machine not working properly. They fixed it within an hour of arrival and had us back up and running once again.
