Its not a fast process. Youll be in for an hour so be prepared. Have you license out and health insurance card if needed. They use a express check-in which is convenient but then its hurry up and wait.

Ive been coming here for blood draws for the last year and a half. Diane is a very nice lady and I like her.The wait is ridiculously long. There are sometimes Im waiting for almost 2 hours. Ive waited for almost 45 minutes and there was only 2 people in the waiting room.If the wait wasnt so long, I would definitely give it more stars.

They dont care if you have an appointment. Take walkins first

It would be wonderful to be able to speak with someone on the phone; however, calling in is incredibly painful because if one does choose the magical option to get through the circular phone tree, it goes straight to voicemail.Just awful.

Front desk worker was very rude. I was running a little late for my appointment, waited an hour, then asked how long the wait would be. Was super unprofessional and rude. Be sure youre 20 minutes early for your appointment to ensure you dont wait forever!

I could find no place to make an appointment online. I could not make an appointment by phone as it was just a recording. I went to the Mason location and was greeted by a kiosk that had me enter my info. NO associates in sight. After half an hour I went looking for a person and answers. Turns out there is a special website for making an appointment which was not on the locations website. They do take walk ins but only if someone has canceled. They can not make appointments at the Mason location. The phone number I was given for appointments is a robo type call, no people involved. Im looking elsewhere!

If I could give zero stars I would. Only had interaction with one staff member who was completely rude and i professional. I decided to leave and reschedule my appointment elsewhere. Just to be called not once but twice by the same staff member.If you can AVOID at all cost, and go to a different location.

Awful service. Recently had lab work done and tests were lost so we had to go get lab tests redone at the hospital instead.

Wow! I will never use LabCorp again and will avoid doctors who use them. Few in the waiting room wore masks (despite coughing) and there was no social distancing at all, contrary to what their web page says. At the height of a pandemic, I would expect a pseudo-medical facility to do better. I felt like I was putting myself and my family at risk just by using the office. Terrible.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got my blood drawn today and the lady didn’t even look at both arms to see which one had the better veins. She first did my left and she dug the needle around, at this point I started crying and breathing heavily because I was panicking. All she said was “it’s hard to breath in this masks, isn’t it” she completely ignored the fact that I was upset and in pain. Then she went to my right which perfectly took blood. She unnecessarily hurt me without looking at both arms first. If you’re getting your blood drawn I recommend going to a different place. It’s been almost a week and my doctor hasn’t gotten the results yet, this place is definitely a major disappointment.

Place is good and maintenance is perfect, the staff is taking good Covid 19 Measures.

This was the worst place I have ever been. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They kicked me out of a room to put someone else before me when they lost my paperwork. Super unprofessional and rude. Do not go here.

The bathroom used to provide urine sample was disgusting. Dried and fresh urine was all over the seat. It is not a clean facility which is concerning given the specimens they are dealing with. I recommend using a different facility.

I am a black young man 18 years old I went to take a drug screening and everything went well l forgot my coat, one of the staff called and asked if I was high. That in no way is professional or right.

Went in twice over the last two weeks , both times I have went in Diane has helped me. She is professional , caring and helpful. I have been impressed both times , and highly recommend this office for your lab needs.Jamie R Brown MSPAS PA-C

Made apt on their website for time specific tests. They made me wait so long I could not monger get the rest today. And lady was rude about it like it was my fault because I got here 15 min early. Bad bad bad. Thanks for taking up my morning.

Front desk lab technician was very friendly and professional.

This place was dirty, there were dust piles around a mini fridge and drops of blood on the floor.I should have got up and walked out.Never again, never.

This is a very well managed and staffed facility. It is clean and efficient. There was actually a paramedic drawing my blood. She was phenomenal at it. She was so friendly I could have spoke with her all day. She definitely likes her job and people she cares for. I was even seen early. I highly recommend getting your lab work here. Thanks!

People are friendly but there is always a wait at the check in machine. You really need more than one or be out there to help people that are not tech savvy. Each time I have been there I have had to wait a long time behind people that don’t know how to do the machine. Totally defeats the purpose of saving time by signing in on line. Maybe have another quick scan machine available for those that signed in on line would help. Frustrating ton be on time and always have to wait.

I was very unhappy with the experience I had this morning at LabCorp.I had an order to get my blood work done from Dr. Ross, LabCorp has sure changed and not for the good of things.I signed in then I was ask to load my info in the computer, I mention I didnt have my glasses on me, the person acted like she didnt hear me, then I said, again, I left my glasses in the car, can you help me.Her response, go get your glasses out of the car. That it a nerve. What happen to our service to help others. I went to get my glasses out of the car, I said, I dont know how to do this, she said, follow instructions what the computer ask. Which I had done.Then sit down. Then, she had ask me for my insurance card and I told her scanned it, she said, it didnt take. So, I reply and gave her my insurance card. She ask me how I wanted to pay, debit card or credit card, I said, I had a check , she reply, we dont take checks. (which you had in the past). she said, we only accept debit card or credit card, and you will be a bill showing on your statement how much was charged, so to say at the least I dont know who much I paid for this Lab Work and The Lab Corp has my card info. Ive never head such.This wasnt good thing for me on my behalf. In the future I am going to ask my doctor to send me to the Hospital. and give them a check. This wasnt a good experience. What happen to caring, and nice service?

Friendly staff, relatively clean, no wait time at all, and was over with quickly. My only issue was the seat where they took the blood sample was broken but that doesnt affect my rating for them.

They NEVER EVER ANSWER PHONE! ITS RIDICULOUS. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GOING HERE! THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK EITHER. MY DOCTORS OFFICE TRIED TO CALL THEM 3 DAYS IN A ROW FROM OPENING TO CLOSING AND NEVER AN ANSWER.

Went in for blood draw 8 days ago people were nice and did a good job drawing the blood. Dr.s office didnt get results. Called and got a 6 min. recording with no way to leave a message and this was during business hours. Insurance site shows they will be paid along with the amount I owe, and still no results. Apparently they dont seem to care too much since there is no way to talk with them. If I have medical issues that need addressing and theyre standards are this lax, shouldnt they be held accountable?

Extremely slow. Bathroom was quite dirty. Exposed wires in patient care areas.

Gets the job done. Hospitable people. Not much of a wait. Being open at 7:30 AM was good for me to take the test and return to attend office.

Went here 2x in the last 2 days. 1st time we didnt have an appt and had to wait. 2nd time we went right back at our appt time. Staff was very professional and very helpful. Diane did a good job at taking blood from my daughter who is difficult to draw from. Made sure her doctor received the results at our request. Thanks!

I have completed the lab 5 days back, so far no update to doctor office and I am unable to reach the office no also..Its actually very slow process at this location.

Have to go here for work drug tests. Its always so quick.
