This business provided very helpful information that allowed me to understand the course of action that would be taking place for the fee I paid. This business is very responsive with phone calls, they actually answer the phone every time I called (and I called several times). The service I received was well worth the fee. I recommend this business!!

I used Rolands services to serve some legal documents for a small claims case. Service was completed promptly and the charges for service were clear so I could claim those costs from the defendant. Highly recommended!

I could not be happier with the help I got from Roland Brown.About a month ago I had a mix up with the final date to send my paperwork for court. Long story short I needed to have paperwork delivered within a couple of hours to someone I was taking to court. One company made me drive 45 minutes just to tell me it was too late and that they couldn’t do it. I called a few other places. They all gave me the run around. Finally I tried Roland. He got on the phone and found someone who could deliver the paperwork all of the way in Vancouver I live in Seattle. He was fast with his responses, got the paperwork delivered just in time by some miracle and was very responsive when I called back a nervous wreck to confirm that it was delivered.My court day came fast and I needed the declaration of service right away. I called Roland and he had the paperwork emailed to me within an hour. I can’t believe he was able to pull it all off. I can’t thank him enough. I would highly recommend going to him instead of bothering with anyone else.

I used Roland’s service but never received the “declaration of service” documents back showing proof of service. That’s the whole point of using his service. So I was never able to provide legal proof that the documents I paid him to serve were done as he promised. Thus creating more legal hardship on my part. Of course he had no problems cashing the $85 check for this service. Very unreliable service and I’m my opinion dishonest.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Roland does not return calls or emails. Hired him twice but should have learned my lesson the first time! I ended up having to spend more money and time to get the serving completed elsewhere. I would NOT recommend using his services.

I hired Roland Brown Legal Services to serve a restraining order on the 1st of February and two weeks later I have still not received proof of service from him. Seeing as that is needed to prove service to the court I am beyond disappointed and unsatisfied with Roland Brown Legal Services and would not recommend using them for your legal needs.

Never provided Proof of Service for a dissolution he served so I had to hire another server and pay a second time. Arrogant. Beware. Be suspicious of this guy.
