Dex was rude and has severe memory issues (called me 5 times before knocking on my door and rudely saying he didn’t have time for the job because I didn’t hang up with my lawyer whom I had been waiting to hear from for days). I’m disabled but understandable since vocal cords removed for cancer. He refused to try to understand me and huffed off.Far too old and rude. Don’t patronize!
