Asking simple questions in regards to the service, not at all cooperative. Actually VERY defensive for no reason at all. I was being polite as always to another human and not drilling the guy, just simple questions. I have never spoken to another person on the phone who was as rude as this guy. And I have to speak to mortgagors who are losing their home all the time!! He took FOREVER to get the affidavit of service and that was another issue for him for whatever reason. I was baffled at how nasty this guy was, completely unwarranted. 👎👎
ZERO STARSI will never use the company again. Requested routine service on a business 10/9, no problem, served. We requested routine service again on same person at same address on 11/20. On 11/26, 12/2 & 12/4 asked for status. Finally on 12/4 I received a response that this was served on 11/22 and mailed back 11/25. Never received. On 12/4 I requested that they email us a copy of return, even after we instructed them that we would provide an affidavit for them to sign. So they emailed us a return on 12/6. The problem is, the return they sent was from our first service request in October. I requested he send us the correct return on 12/6. Now on 12/6 I receive a call from my client letting me know that they received the return and invoice regarding our requested service. So again 12/6 I ask them if they sent the invoice and return to my client. On 12/9 I send another email that we are really frustrated that we can not get an answer after all of these emails. So they respond immediately with they mailed it to our office on 10/9 and they dont have the plaintiff info for them to send it to. AGAIN, I tell them that this was the first service, where is my affidavit for the second request. The response, I apologize. It was mailed ti the Attorney’s Office by mistake. Now I can not bill my client. On 12/9 I requested a refund and a copy of the return that he mailed to my client. 12/16 I email them because I still have not received a response. They write back saying they sent it to my office. He said he looked into it and it was mailed to us. I asked why my client received the info. They respond by saying the attorneys name on the document and they ordered the service. I have all the emails sent and no way did my client request service from this company. On 12/30 I ask again to send the affidavit and my refund ASAP. That brings us to 1/8, I still have not received a copy of the return or a response about the refund.As a (NAPPS) National Association of Process Servers Member. The Constables Network was not supposed to contact my client in anyway without my permission or send info about their company AT ANYTIME. I will be filing a formal complaint for the first time with NAPPS, after the worst customer service, communication & ethics I ever had to deal with in my 27 years as a process server.This was supposed to be an easy corporate service, that they had already served. As you can see from all of my attempts to reach them and get a straight answer they made this a headache. Be warned.
