I have been using Rivell for several years. The technical support team is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Rivell has covered everything from helpdesk to networking and security. They are proactive in maintaining my network and constantly improving our capabilities. During the Covid -19 Pandemic we were able to quickly transition a large office staff to remote, with full capabilities. My experience with the entire Rivell team has been exceptional.

Rivell recently installed cameras at my home and I felt compelled to write this review regarding the professionalism my wife and I experienced. I have been using the phone system provided by Rivell for about 2 years now, the service has always been great , and having the mobile app version of it is a huge bonus. Ryan, the owner, is always a pleasure to work with, and his employees are very polite, helpful, and hardworking.
