Great service. I came to them with a picture of dirty green pool and bottle of sample water. They turned it blue in one visit. It looks like I can enjoy the pool this summer. Staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. When I told them I am a new pool owner, they are extra patient with me and wrote down step by step instruction for me to follow and also they use language that I can understand. I love my pool but without these guys I would be very sorry I have a pool. Thank you!

Best pool store in Markham. Wonderful customer service. I use them for my pool and hot tub. They are wonderful every season but went above and beyond this season when we were fighting a very difficult algae. Shona and her staff are so helpful and knowledgeable.

Was referred to Summertime Pools by a friend. First time using them was this year (2020).We used them to put in a new liner which looks amazing and used them again to close the pool and install a winter safety cover.Great work, tidy, and very thorough. They did what they said they would do and showed up on time for every visit.I have recommended Summertime to other friends for a liner and winter cover and they are also very happy with Vern and his Team. I think the cost of the closing is comparable to other pool companies, but the cost of the liner could not be beat.I would gladly recommend. Great job Summertime!

Dealt with Shona when she was the owner of Mayfair pools. So why open a new business dealing with the same service? And why would Shona actually rate her own business 5 stars as the owner. Surely that is conflict of interest. That alone should be something to worry about.
