Garbage LTL company or maybe it’s just the Markham terminal. Unfortunately most big box home improvement stores in my area use this service. Always expect your arrival date to get pushed back 5 times minimum. Frustrating to say the least!

The company never seems to answer their phones or willing to help out customers! They gave me 17 different excuses as to why my freight could not be picked up and we had to keep pushing and pushing it back. When i asked To speak with someone because my job was under question for this they were very rude and unhelpful. When speaking with other businesses it seems like a common issue estes has. Would not recommend using them

They damaged my freight and wouldn’t take accountability. I will never use them again, they’re unprofessional. Poor management and no respect for others.

They keep lying about delivery. I called them 3 times and they gave me different times and I still didnt receive my order. I wouldnt recommend this company.

From I-80 take Kedzie ave and take right on 167th st, then left to US Express. Estes and US Express are on the same yard.

I appreciate the hard work by Estes. They do a good job and when there is an issue, We are able to get it resolved quickly.

I have worked here for over 3 1/2 and i love it. Good work environment. Office really feels like a family most of the time.

Even when the weather had myself, and my coworkers worried, Estes showed up!! Our customers depend on us for operationally purposes and Estes was there to make sure that our products were delivered even with inclement weather. Go Estes!!

Driver was not able to deliver merchandise into garage due to substandard equipment, and lack of 2 person job, which only 1 driver without proper hauling equipment came to my home. Merchandise had to be taken back to Markham location. Customer still waiting for delivery of ordered Merchandise.Home Depot notified of Very disappointing situation.
