BOBTAIL PARKING. Always clean. Never had any problems with machines. I’m a truck driver and this is my my favorite spot to wash clothes when I come to Markham.

The laundry mat is clean and big but the employees should care about there customers more. My basket was TAKEN from here so I asked them to give me a plastic bag and they couldn’t even do that, after I just spend $20+ IM LIKE SO IM JUST SUPPOSE TO CARRY A WHOLE LOAD OF CLOTHES TO THE CAR AND HAVE THEM ALL OVER THE SEAT. IT SHOULDNT OF BEEN A PROBLEM WITH ASSISTING ME WITH A BAG. There was no bags to by in the vending machine either. I was very disappointed

Well i went on a monday so different days may bring a totally different experience but they had ample parking, the place overall was clean with plenty of washers and dryers with dryers that actually dry within 15 minutes maybe more if your just putting in towels and etc but yes monday this place was pleasant.

This is my first time here! I almost hate to give such a great review because everyone will probably start coming here to wash!😀 it is absolutely well- kept and clean. The machines really do have hot water! Yes, I highly recommend coming to this place to do laundry.

This place is very clean and modern. Be prepared to use their laundry card to load money on. No quarters needed. 😊The machines are new so they wash your clothes really well and the dryers are huge and work great. Ill be back again and again. Thanks for such a pleasant laundry experience.

Worst place to wash clothes! Do NOT waste your time and money here. My first time here was my last. I thought the prices were decent, but the washers and dryers here are dont work. No attendant to assist you when machines are not running properly, so your money is wasted. People were constantly changing dryers, attempting to find one that works. The dryers arent free so that sucks. I took my clothes home wet. Well good thing the clothes didnt get dry because they still had dirt on them! It is very frustrating to waste this much time so I contacted the manager (Katrina). She was rude. She does not want to issue a refund because I told her I would report to the BBB. Im disappointed that I had to carry wet clothes to another laundromat and do it all over again.

Ive coming here about 1 year now , always clean staff is always helpful. And most importantly the machine are always very clean, I seen a broke down machine since been coming. That very important to me, and the atmosphere is always quiet and safe

Dont ever go there all of my laundry was stolen!!!! And the worker had no clue who stole it i ran to the gas station across the street by the time i got back my stuff was gone ill never go there again and have to buy all new clothes!

I love this place I drive from Lansing Illinois to this laundromat clean always only two things that is the down fall to cause me to give only three stars. Number one I want to feel safe and they allow homeless ppl to walk in off the streets and pretty much hang around , they go into the bathroom one time I watch this homeless person act as if he was at home and these ppl are not washing so its very uncomfortable for a customer who is paying for service. Second is the machine that loads the money on the card is never working smoothly I have to insert my card 10 times and switch to the next one for it to repeat the same thing your card cant be read properly. They get that together they will be 5 star number one and only laundromat in the south suburbs Ill go to. Actually they already are.

It is very clean but the night attendant is horrible she literally starts shutting down at 8pm and tried to rush you to finish. I paid my money I will take my time and fold my close dont rush me. Ive never gone during the day so I dont know how it is

Very clean . However dryers dont get hot. Its like they are using air dryers instead of heat. And the young attendant was too busy talking on the phone to answer my questions

Pissed. First time going but wont be going back. Laundry mat uses card machine which I didnt mind because this is the technology cant be mad at that. I had $2.00 in cash to my name and $20.00 in quarters. I placed the $2.00 in cash on the card to get me started to purchase a card then I used my debit card to add funds to the card. The machine allowed only $38.00 dollars to be placed on laundry card. Laundry worker barley spoke English wasted 30 minutes of my time. I had to purchase a card that has $2.00 on it that I will never use. Yes Im going to their corporate office and get my $2.00 back and tell them about their machines that dont work.

Las chismosas del barrio.The establishment as a whole was tidy.The laundromat was not very busy.The worker on the AM shift should have been doing her job and not gossiping with every Mexican woman that entered.The rules posted are not enforced!Screaming, whining kids were chasing each other all over the laundromat while the worker gossiped with the parent.I went to do my laundry, not babysit or provide discipline.Thank God MY machine is back up.Next time... I will return to Washland when the need arises or staff changes.The laundromat should have been in pristine condition with the lack of business that morning.SMH

Some of the washing machines are slow loading water and wash cycle is not so strong..my clothes didnt come out to clean. And dryers are to expensive .49 for 15 minutes so u end up spending a dollar or more to dry a load

I use to love it!This older attendant wouldnt let me in at 8:47pm saying the doors are gonna lock. Thanks to a nice lady that was there,she let me in. Then, she told me half of the laundry mat was closed,only after, she sat and watched me load 4 dryers! Saying: you need to take your clothes out. Im sorry but, I swiped my card,and pressed start!Then, she wouldnt let a lady run to her car for drysheets. But the whole time, she have her son, mother, and 2 kids sitting there with her, (Im assuming her whole shift? ) very nasty attitude! As soon as I walked in, she cut the tvs off,smh! Never again with her working.NO NUMBER TO CALL ABOUT A COMPLAINT! true, the young girls be on they phone,but they clean,and dont bother nobody!Its 10:03 right now, and she telling me she leaving at 11. My clothes will only take 30 mins,smh!
