Every time Ive come here, the women who work here have been SO helpful! They always go out of their way to answer any questions and are very patient with me. They also always try to save me the most money! Theyre just all around friendly and create a great atmosphere.

Worker was very rude and sarcastic. Rather than actually help the customer make informed decisions , was trying to railroad her to spend a lot more money than she needed to . When it was my turn , was ridiculed and told that i should try the usps for having a FedEx lable made. I would never go there again and would let my friends and aquaintaces know about the tatics employed there.

Never in my life have I met a more rude sales associate. Not sure if it was the owner or just an employee. Didnt take the time to ask. I brought in 2 packages to get an estimate on delivery. The first quote was $75 for an item probably 2 x 2 x 1 weighing about 3 pounds. Needless to say I was a bit shocked at that and visibly displayed my surprise. As I asked for the second item also clearly ridiculous in price before I could utter a word she blurted out oh are you going to complain about that too. For a repeat customer I was shocked.
