Replaced a window where the seal had broken. Realized that the first piece of glass was not right. Ordered a second glass piece that came in quickly. Caulked the new window thoroughly.Careful in moving ladders and furniture. Saved quite a substantial amount of money only having to replace glass.

Great information and excellent service! I can see through my sliding glass doors! They replaced my windows in 3 sliding glass doors and the pricing was great! Excellent alternative to replacing the entire door! Dont doubt yourself...just call them! I will definitely refer my friends and family...and use them again in the future!

I was skeptical at first because during Covid all window contractors were telling me it would be minimum of 12 weeks. Window makeovers told me for just five weeks AND they did not try to upsell me on windows. I had four windows that I was ready to replace and I was told I only needed to replace two, the other two were salvageable with repairs. They were very prompt. They came when they said they would and the price was the same the entire process. There were no hidden prices. In the end, my windows were delivered in four weeks, were replaced and repaired in one day AND a considerable savings compared to every other estimate that I got.Will definitely be using them on future windows/project

Their website says Need Expert Restoration for Your Historical Windows and Doors? The website then goes on to explain about their 5000 square foot shop dedicated to milling windows. However when I called to ask about a quote, they told me that they do not repair historic windows. Great.

The work was great. The people that installed the windows were professional and knowledgeable. But the beginning experience of scheduling was horrible. The first visit to my house by a rep to evaluate the needed repair was great at the start. Then when the rep was done, another person visited to confirm the repair. Then the biggest failure to communicate started after the visit. No follow up for a schedule for a few weeks. I sat here wondering if it was going to be scheduled anytime soon. Finally after many calls and no return callback I decided to put a bad review and called the company and left a message of complaints about their failure to communicate. That is when things started moving forward. Theres my story. I think the company needs to be more responsive to clients.

Prompt follow up to my original inquiry. They came out and gave me an estimate for replacement of one window and glass replacement for another. It was a fair price. The work was completed as promised and Im very satisfied with the results. I would hire these folks again...

Craig + his team have replaced windows at both my fathers home in Marietta and my home in Woodstock. He replaced both glass, parts, and locking mechanisms between both projects. The price we got was the cheapest out of 3 quotes and hes been very thorough in finishing all the work. One of my glass panels accidently cracked and he immediately ordered a new panel at no cost to fix without any pushback. Excellent customer service, even better price, and all my windows work perfectly in preparation for selling our home. I got more than I paid for all the work he did so very thankful there are still honest contractors out there!

Window Makeover in Marietta, Georgia did a complete rebuild of a rotting picture window frame and the replacement of five double-hung windows that had lost their seal and had become smoked. The companys cost-effective solution was much better than the replacement alternatives. Their representative Mason and their installer Craig were very accommodating, and both went out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I am thoroughly pleased and would recommend their services to a friend.

I had a few windows that had rotted frames, others that needed window sill replacements, and several that just needed some adjusting and replacement parts. They showed up when they were supposed to, did quality work and cleaned up when they were done for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

Edit: I had two technicians come out and complete the repair. It did take awhile to get the job scheduled. WM did apologize and explained they had an issue with an employee which is understandable. The repair solved my issue and for the time the job took the price seemed very reasonable as it included all parts, tax etc. I would say 5 stars apart from the communication issue on the front end.I cant comment on the quality of repair because the sales rep stopped responding to my inquiries. It took awhile to receive an initial phone call from the sales rep. He also missed the first appointment (no call, no show). He came two days later and told us it appears we need new window jambliners which is an easy repair. I expressed interest in a quote, was given a quote, and asked for the sales rep to proceed with scheduling the repair. It took awhile for him to send someone out to measure the job. I am not sure if anyone ever came, as I did not have to be home (technician measured from the exterior). I have followed up twice with the sales rep over the last two weeks. No response. I understand this may not be a huge job for them, but this is not a good way to conduct business. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience so far. Im not sure if this is an issue with their employee or if its an issue with their business practices. Either way, they are not winning customers by using these business practices.

DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THIS COMPANY!A repairman Craig was to meet at the property for which we scheduled an appointment and been waiting from 12pm. He called this morning and said will be there bet 12 & 1pm. When i called to check where he is, he said he is at Marietta and it will take time to come to our property or schedule some other time. When i said he was supposed to show up for his appt in time, he gave a casual attitude and said HE WAS DOING A FAVOR TO ME!What the heck!! Favor to me? Lol, as if he is the only soul! So stupid. Somethings wrong with this guy. Not worth wasting our time.
