They offered a fair price which surprised me for the complicated job. They took care of the large oak without hurting our yard and safely took down 3 other very large trees that were dead, but still standing. All of the workers were nice and knowledgeable. They did all the work promised and every thing looks great. We will only use them for future jobs.

I had these guys come out to remove a large pine that had fallen as well as three other trees. George at Tree Job was fantastic, he came on a Tuesday to quote us and gave a very fair price. He was back on Thursday to get the job done. I live in Atlanta, my yard is small and the branches I wanted removed hung over other peoples fences, I was worried that branches might damage other peoples property but that was not the case. George roped everything off and got these massive branches down safely, he cleaned all the debris up afterwards and moved the large branches to the road. His men were here in a timely manner to haul the branches away. George made this all a stress-free experience, I will be using him again.

I’ve used TreeJob several times now for both small and large jobs. They were knowledgeable in helping me decide which trees to take down, which to trim, and which to leave. I had a large limb hanging over my house when I large storm hit. The limb broke halfway through with the strong winds. Justin personally made sure we had the best crew to come out in between storms in the middle of the night and remove the limb. They did it carefully and quickly. The house was untouched! I couldnt have been more impressed!

The Saturday before Easter Sunday I found myself in an emergency situation in which the tree removal provider recommended by my home insurance did not come through, and there were huge, heavy trees on my house. And the rain was coming. I called Justin because his company came up when I googled tree extraction Atlanta. I called him, left a message, and 3 minutes later was on the phone with Justin. Within an hour Justin was at my house. Within 2 hours his crew was there getting the trees off my house. Justins crew was extremely polite and conscientious. They even helped me place trash cans and buckets to try to catch the water falls coming through the open ceiling. Justin touched based with me at every juncture, texting me letting me know where everyone was and what to expect next. Justin communicated with me every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future because I know that I can rely on Justin and his crew to do what they say they will do.

I have seen Treejob working in my neighborhood in Atlanta several times over the past few years. My neighbors have all seemed to be pretty pleased with their work. Recently, I had a large tree die and one of the Treejob guys knocked on my door when they were back in the area working for my neighbor. Knowing that I needed to get the tree done, I got an estimate from him. The price seemed pretty fair for the amount of work and they said that they would take care of the permit with the city for the removal as well which was an added bonus. After about a week, I got a call that the permit had been approved. The work was not actually able to get done for a few more weeks because of all the rain and holidays in December. After a few dry days, the crew showed up as promised and removed the tree with precision. I have to say, Im a fan. I will certainly be using them the next time I need anything done. We had the pleasure of working with Justin Hitt since early 2014, on several tree and stump removal projects. Over 40 years we have hired dozens of companies for home projects, and Justin simply is the best. You know these two things are true: (1) the cost is soon forgotten after the job is well done, whether it be applied to having your car fixed, or for an appliance that runs for decades, or removing trees, and (2) when someone says they will do something, they do it, OR if they can’t do it they say as much, OR even if they say they can and something changes to cause them to back out, they let you know right away. Unfortunately, too few operators live by those simple ideas, but Justin does – his word is golden, the prices for my projects and even giving us his advice and information for some of our non-tree-related projects simply gave very high value all around.

One of the big trees in my backyard fell on my rental property last Friday while I am living in CA. Since I was pretty worried the weight of the tree may bring the house down I needed someone to go over the house right away. The first tree company I contacted tried hard to take advantage of the situation and quoted me pretty high while being rude and pushy. Then I called TreeJob (it was already closing time Friday afternoon) and Justin went to the property right away. Justin was very pleasant and gave me a quote at much lower price than the first company. After I decided to go with him, I started getting worried that he may take advantage and not do the job right with me not being there. After I texted him with my concerns, he called me right away at around 10:30pm his time to assure me. The next morning, Justin delivered on his promise and take care of the tree and cleaned up the area nicely. Due to the weekend, they hauled the wood early Monday morning. He also called my tenants to make sure they are happy and if they have any questions. I am very satisfied with Justin and the fact he did take of the work as he promised.

We called TreeJob to remove a large dead pine tree near our front door and to cut away some oak tree branches hanging over our roof. Justin came out to give us an estimate, and in the process identified a large dead branch over our driveway and a dead dogwood tree in the back, both of which he offered to remove at no additional charge. He called me as soon as he received the Arborists permit, and his men were on the job the next day. The stump grinder was out the day after to finish up. A few days after they had finished, our neighbors across the street told me, unsolicited, how quickly and efficiently the TreeJob crew had worked, and how well they had cleaned up when they were finished. This is the third time we have called on TreeJob for service, and we have been pleased every time. We would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again if the need arises.

Crew threw branches/other debris into my yard while working in the neighbors. My porch and roof are covered in sawdust in addition to my yard being littered with branches, pine cones, bark, and limbs. “More than a business, our family’s legacy?” This is not only a lie, that’s an insult to your family. My personal tree job was precisely quoted one day of work and a morning of clean up. Today is now day 13. The job was extended, but there was never any indication that would take longer, he precisely stated to me it would take more men. He knew to bring more men, so did he? Apparently not. Also what is apparent is that Justin never took customer service classes during his college education, nor read the basic standards on how to run a business by treating your customer with respect and kindness. This goes a long way, especially in the South. I am not very hard to get along with, and even I had an unpleasant taste in my mouth from the first phone conversation by how tense the tone in his voice was and how unwilling he is to let the customer speak and complete their sentence before he feels it is time for HIM to speak and time for HIM to lead the conversation where HE wants it to go. He was unfriendly with me and as the days grew, his lack of sensitivity worsened, so therefore, as did mine. His company significantly broke my fence, in two places. This broken fence I speak of is still waiting to be fixed. His fence man is just as rude as himself. This individual’s favorite line is “I’m running a little behind”. Running a little behind at 12:00pm equates to I need to come the very next day. I’ll be there in the am equates to arriving around 5:00pm at best the next day. When he does arrive, I was already told he will need my husband to help him do the work in order for it to get completed. None of the individuals I have met through Tree Job or associated with this company, none have impressed me, none have been hard working, none are individuals I would hire, and none are polite nor are examples I would like my child to grow up to emulate. For these reasons, I shall never hire this company again in the future. I am employed by a Fortune 100 Company. My colleague has a $45,000 tree cutting job in Carrolton. I spoke of this job to Justin to which his precise reply was, “I won’t drive far away for one tree.” Well don’t worry Justin; you won’t be getting the $45,000 job. Nevertheless, you won’t be receiving any jobs based upon myself since I will never recommend you; I will do quite the opposite. I am certainly not an advocate, I am on the opposing team due to the circumstances and the way you treated me. You quoted me a 2 day project that has turned into 13 and is still going. You instantly put your sign in my yard and an invoice in my hand, but the work is yet to be complete. The logs were left all over the cul-de-sac which I fully believe you would’ve left had I not begged to have been moved. Additionally, upon removal, you felt and showed no remorse what so ever. You always had yourself and your company in mind and not your customer in mind. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly, which then makes the customer act on the defensive. Thank the Lord for kind hearted people, such as the new company I’ve already hired to come behind to prepare for our future pool. Never again will I hire nor work with TreeJob. Please complete your work and let us complete this job which has taken 6.5 times the amount quoted. TreeJob will never be recommended and I will voice my opinion freely of how they treated my family. I pleaded and fully went to bat for this company, to get their extra $2,000 of work and they still incredibly did me wrong. I am very disappointed.

I came across these guys while they were doing some emergency tree removal from my neighbors house. I had a tree I had been considering taking down and needed a few others cleaned up to get the limbs off my house. So, I spoke with one of the crew members and their foreman stopped by before they left that evening to give me a quote. A few weeks later, when I was ready to have the work done, a manager stopped by to again go over all the work I needed done. He also made a few suggestions but did not pressure me to have any work done I didnt want to have done. The following week a crew showed up and knocked the work out by lunch. The trees, limbs, and debris were removed the next day, along with one stump. Unfortunately, one of my solar yard lights was destroyed, but after bringing it to the managers attention he promptly replaced it. Ill certainly call them again next time I need my trees cleaned up or removed.
