Southeast Tree just removed a huge pine that threatened our home and personal safety. They were professional, quick and best of all handled it all very safely. There was no damage to my lawn or property. They cleaned up and removed all debris. Great experience. Highly recommend.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. These men were very professional, they worked quickly and efficiently. I felt they had the difficult situations well under control with the large trees over the house. They did more than I expected in terms of clean up. They left a very nice work area behind. I will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend.

I hired Colin, and his team, because I thought I was receiving a fair price, and he appeared to be very professional. Turns out it was a mistake. I paid him $1,700 in full before I saw the work (admittedly this was my mistake). They left huge craters in my lawn (over 7 feet in length) from dropping sections of tree. My lawn was completely destroyed, even though he told me they would put down boards to protect the grass. I also now have a stump with green spray paint on top of it because his stump grinder never removed a stump that I paid him to remove.After I sent Colin the pictures of my lawn he told me that it was unacceptable and he would do everything he could to make sure it was repaired properly. For over a month he was responsive to calls, but came up with one excuse after another on why it was not repaired yet. Finally after two months, he does not respond at all. When I call the office, the receptionist tells me “the owner is looking into it”.Please do yourself a favor and hire a different company.

Great price and quick turnaround time from when I requested they come (24 hours). The crew that worked at the house did great work and communicated with me throughout to ensure that they were meeting my expectations. Trees look great and they did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. Not the first time Ive used these guys and certainly wont be the last. Great work at a great price.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Colin and his crew. We just moved into our new home which was in desperate need of tree removal and trimming. Colin came out on a Thursday to walk the property and give us a quote. By Friday the next day at 1pm the work was done. 4 trees removed and entire property heavily trimmed. The crew was amazing. Definitely knew what they were doing and very professional. The cleanup was pristine as well. I highly recommend Southeast Tree and will certainly use them again in the future A++

Our condo association has used Southeast Tree several times. Their service is first rate. They are on time, reasonably priced and professional. When we had a major emergency with a collapsed wall that required tree removal, they were quick and knew what they were doing for a complex job. We love these guys!

A plus! Called Collin on Thursday. He and the crew arrived Friday morning. Removed 2 monster trees and major pruning all pver my property. 3 hours later my property looks prestine and manicured. BTW I never review Google but felt this was necessary. TOP Notch. Thanks Guys!

This is the best tree company out there!!! Form the free estimate, I knew they were a cut above the rest. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable, and had customer service at the forefront of everything. On the day of the job I was told that it would start at 8 (They were there setting up by 7:45am) that alone gives them a A+, but the professionalism didnt stop there. The owner was on site along with 6 to 8 men. All were extremely nice and very experienced. They stuck to the timeline that was provided (1.5 days). They removed 15 large trees in total and left my yard in excellent condition. They protected the grass, put the fence back up, and raked up and debris that was down. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had their service about 2 months ago, and I got tired of waiting. At first, they said everything would be put back to normal and make it look like nothing ever happened. They assured us that they would use plywood to minimize the damage to the yard due to the loader, promised to clean up everything, including all the small branches, but these obligations were broken.After the tree removal, I was very disappointed. The yard was ruined due to using loader without plywood, fallen branches left everywhere, and big holes in the ground. They also had to remove the fence to have easier access to the tree, which was fine; however, while they were putting it back, they did not install it back properly and lost a lot of dirt around the fence.I tried reaching out to the owner, Colin, but after couple of texts and a visit, he never responded. With the visit, Colin suggested getting some lawn seeds for the yard, which I agreed to, but never happened. He also promised to fix a light that was damaged during the tree removal, yet he took the broken bulb and never came back.Overall, I would give 0 stars if I could and would recommend looking for different companies.

Fair price. Showed up when expected and overall good communication. Trucks in yard left tire ruts and left yard needing fair amount of work. Setting out a little plywood to run truck tires over would have left yard in good shape but instead we were left with good amount of yard repair to do. :(

The guys at Southeast Tree really worked with me when my neighbor changed their mind about letting us use their driveway to put equipment. It was really amazing to watch these guys work. Without the platform of my neighbors driveway, the guys had to haul the branches up a steep hill but they were quick, they were amazingly efficient, they were skillful, very friendly and they cleaned up well. The price was good and Im so glad I worked with Southeast Tree.

Thanks for doing such a great job getting rid of my dead tree. The real value though was finding and taking down some very menacing dead limbs way high up and out of my sight. Those could have done as much if not more damage---and I never saw them. Your crew was great. They did the job quickly and cleaned up the area perfectly. Southeast Tree gave me a price that was HALF of what a competitor quoted. Five strapping men arrived THE SAME DAY and removed four huge trees. It was a choreographed show to watch. All five men knew exactly what to do and no one stood around watching. They took down trees without damaging the house, fence, pool, etc -- it was definitely a challenging location. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

I guess if there was a zero I would have selected it. I have been waiting since September and it is now Thanksgiving and Southeast trees has still not come to clean up illegal dumping on my property. I have a police report against them and contacting the BBC. As well I have to go and disrupt my life to hire a lawyer and take them to court. Dont bother with more stress. Pick a different company.

I recently hired Southeast Tree to remove four trees from a densely wooded garden area. The quote from Colin, including proof of insurance and references, was very competitive. The crew was friendly, professional, hard-working and took extra care not to damage adjacent trees and shrubs. This was the second time using Southeast Tree and I was very satisfied on both occasions.

I called Southeast Tree and asked if they could remove a very large branch from a tree. David Hall came by to give us an estimate. The price was so fair, that we hired him on the spot. They did the job in a timely fashion and left no remains of what they had done. Our lawn was left spotless. The entire experience was truly pleasurable right from speaking with Alex Allen (she is delightful) at the office to speaking with the crew manager, Mike. Southeast Tree will be the only company that my husband and I will ever recommend. We have had many trees cut down in the past, but this company is a real find.Trust us on this one-- You wont be disappointed!

They did a lot of work quickly and efficiently, with minimal damage to surrounding shrubs. They asked for me to check the work as they were doing it. The large logs that couldnt go through the chipper were promptly removed from the curb (other companies have left them for 24 hours). The stumps were ground on the same day.

I recommend this place to a friend of mine because I got work done a few months ago but the whole company changed! Messy and rudee employees those men dont know what their doing! I would never again recommend this company TRASH

Southeast Tree Service cut down a huge Beech tree in my rear yard. It was hundreds of years old and was massive. They did a very professional job at a very reasonable price. They came prepared with all the right equipment and left my yard clean and free of debris.Mike T

I haven’t used this company but why would anyone want to work with a business that litters the public roadways with those inane signs that say “Free Wood Chips” delivered? I know it isn’t legal to just plop down signs anywhere you want to and these guys are the worst nuisance around. If i wanted free wood chips I’d probably just google it - there’s no need to detract from a neighborhoods appearance by dropping these ridiculous signs all over the place.

I would not recommend this company at all. Why not? Well, they seem to think it’s just fine to advertise their company by dropping these small signs into the ground that say “Free Wood Chips Delivered” all over a neighborhood I presume after they finish their work. It is nothing more than trash and unsightly debris along the side of the road and against Cobb County ordinances which they think is fine to just ignore. I probably pick up and discard 3-4 signs of theirs every month. It is really annoying and they should obey ordinances and stop littering other peoples property.

They were the most reasonable and did a good job. They limbed out all the trees next to my house and did not drop any branches on my house. A competitor wanted to use a crane and the price showed it. I would recommend them.
