Great service. In and out in no time and with no delays. Staff was very pleasant.
Im sharing based off my second experience with this location. I had an appointment at 1045, and Im already back in my car writing this review less than 10 minutes later. I had blood drawn. Tisha was smooth with the needle, an exceptional professional in her field. I greatly appreciate everything you are all doing, thank you for offering a safe environment for necessary testing.
Had scheduled time yet they took multiple people who arrived much later than my appointment time ahead of me. Then when it came time for my turn they stated lab order had expired and I had to get a new one. After waiting one hour with an appointment this is absolutely unacceptable. Really? You couldn’t verify lab order when I checked in? There was no expiration on paperwork so I question whether this is true or just a reason to turn someone away because it was evident the front desk person was having a bad day or maybe she’s just nasty all the time.
No enough staff. Infact, only one person was present and doing all the admission and drawing of blood. Was very hectic for there were a lot of people waiting. He was overwhelmed and couldnt handle the pressure from the people right. I was served after 3 and a half hours of waiting.
I came at a Wednesday at 11:45. Got in by 12:10 and out by 12:20 the lady that helped me was amazing and helped me get in and get out quick. There was a lady who showed up at 12:20 who wasn’t let in though because they “close doors for lunch at 12:15” so they can start their lunch at 12:30. Other than that it was good service
Waited over an hour to be helped. There were too many people for the small wait room. They need a better system.
Awful. Here with my 82 yr old mom. Been waiting over and hour and a half. People standing for over an hour. People sitting in the floor. Unacceptable! Front desk person was very short and rude.
I am starting medical school in the fall and needed antibody titers before I started in by a certain date. I went here after my doctor had ordered it with some routine bloodwork. Before I got my blood drawn, I even asked to confirm the antibody tests were going to be done because I didnt see the codes on the forms. The phlebotomist and front desk both confirmed. Now two weeks later I have to go back because they didnt do it and claim it wasnt on the order form. My doctor had to reorder these tests and I have to request an extension from my med school because of this incompetent lab. Thanks a lot guys! I also had to wait an hour to do a urine drug screen I had made an appointment for here! Worst lab ever.
I was able to get out of the office in a good amount of time and getting my lab work done didnt take too long. The front desk lady who took my blood work was very very nice and friendly.
If you can possibly avoid Lab Corp, especially this location, I would. I’ve been forced to on more than one occasion and without fail, it’s the worst experience bar none.
Definitely not the friendliest front desk lady I have encountered but she was nice. I was seen shortly after checking in. The phlebotomy tech was the absolute best. Very jovial and personable.
Labcorp has worst service.None of there location never pickup the phone call.On the website, it says open till 5PM but when I arrived here at 4:20PM they say we stop taking sample at 4Pm.Their receptionist was very rude and said on our door it is posted that we stop at 4 Pm and when I show her that website shows you work till 5PM, she said I don’t care. Why don’t their website update correct information, and why they don’t pickup the call.
No personnel working- unfathomably SLOW.What few people are working move at a paid hourly pace and no sence of purpose with a packed lobby.
Really nice jolly ladies. All of them polite and very helpful. Went on a Saturday. Did not have an appointment. They took my daughter. Was prompt.
Went in today Feb. 9 2021 for a drug screening for hireright was in 830 and out 850. Fast an nice staff. They are taking proper covid measures
My experience was similar to what others stated. Dont do it.
Desk staff not the friendliest. And I’m a skinny person with large veins yet the phlebotomist still managed to bruise my arm very badly. At least he was somewhat personable though.
I had a hard time finding this location but after I finally did arrive the staff was very friendly and I was in and out in short order.
Worst customer service. They do not provide appointments force you to wait 3 to 4 hours to serve you. Do not waste your time here. Make sure you took day off before you came here.
Was super difficult to find - the address on google is deceptive. The waiting room was crowded and not adequately using social distancing. A lady was coughing her head off next to me and I had to move to another chair. I had electronic orders on my phone, and they couldn’t deal with that, nor would they print them off. I left without my labs drawn, despite having an appointment. Complete waste of time. I went downstairs to Quest Diagnostics. They weren’t equipped to accept electronic orders either but at least they helped me, figured it out and were able to draw my labs there, even tho I didn’t have an appointment. Quest also had appropriate social distancing measures implemented in their waiting room. There’s just not a good thing I can say about my experience at Labcorp.
Long wait times. Stay away. I have been waiting for an hour and my name has not been called yet. They should put the information on website that they are closed for lunch until 1:30. When I got here at 1:20, there was a line of 6 people waiting for the staff to get back from lunch. If I would have know their lunch times, I would have come later.
790 Church St #500, Marietta, GA 30060so i had an appointment and a young woman was doing it and she could not find my vein 2 times. Then dr.paul found it at first shot so if you cant do your job dont do itI do not recommend this young woman, she does not know how to draw blood, while she pretends to be smart.
Terrible customer service. I came for a drug screen test. I called ahead of time a day before to make sure the place is open and can perform a drug test. They said there services are open until 5 pm. I come to the place at 430pm, driving about 1.5 hrs to get here. When I show up, nobody is at the desk. The check in wouldnt let me check in. I knocked multiple times. I can hear employees laughing and conversing behind the door. Finally at 450 pm a lady pops her head in and says you will have to come tomorrow and they only test until 4 pm. Even though their websites, and phone both say 5pm. The lady even rudely closed the glass door on me while Im still conversing (I had my mask on, she did not). So displeased with this place and wouldnt use it personally.
The rudest experience of my life. The lady at the desk needs to work with animals. She’s rude, and doesn’t know how to talk to humans. I would never say this, but I hope she loses her job!!
#1 go-to when you need quick lab work done at a trustworthy location.
Horrible front desk receptionist. Obnoxious wait times. Good luck with a walk in. Literally go ANYWHERE but this location. 🙃
Great service, friendly staff. Went in at 430 on a Thursday and I was out by 5. Best blood draw I’ve ever gotten, my veins are hard to find but she found them and the process was super quick and painless. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful, patient and personable. She helped me work out some account issues and never once did anyone there seem annoyed by having walk-in patients come in so close to closing time. Most people I saw come in and leave within 15 mins, that was only not the case for me because of my account problems. Will definitely be using this location for any future lab work.
Easy and quick experience. They have a kiosk to check in at that makes the process go by much faster. Tisha drew my blood and she was fantastic. Very professional and personable. She made what would usually be an uncomfortable experience for me painless and relaxing . Thank you Tisha !
I went in to get a test done that I was referred to get by my physician. When I checked in I told the lady at the desk that the computer didnt show a wait time. She said nope then I asked her if there was an estimated wait time and she said, uh-uh. At that point I left went downstairs to Quest Diagnostics and actually received excellent customer service. Ill never go back to LabCorp again. Quest diagnostics for the win!
Omg 11 people in line and my waiting time was 3hrs
I had blood drawn - they had no record of that nor did they have results of labs on blood, of course. I had to reschedule a major surgery. My doc office said this frequently happens with labcorp. So, I have to get labs drawn AGAIN (from Quest this time, of course). Huge inconvenience. Labcorp actually acted a bit annoyed at ME, while not addressing the issue with any level of urgency, even when they learned I had to reschedule my surgery - next available was 5 weeks later (prolonging tremendous pain - I broke down in tears knowing I’d have to deal w pain for another month). Labcorp . Is. Awful.
In and out! Very good experience
I care in during the afternoon for a blood test. There were quiet a few people in there. I waited about 30 mins. The wait wasn’t too bad. Maybe they have they’re busy days that make the wait unbearable. But I have no complaints
I don’t understand all of these negative reviews. This isn’t the type of place anyone should expect to always have a short wait time. This isn’t McDonald’s, people.Everyone was friendly and professional. Checking in was super easy.Elaine and Paul were great!10/10! Would recommend!
Don’t bother making an appointment because it will not be honored. Waited over an hour to be seen.
They had an employee that did not show up. 1 hr and 40 min wait for a drug screen and I was there before they opened and there were only 7 people in front of me. The lady that did my drug screen has terrible people skills. She told me “you don’t listen” when I got confused because her instructions were terrible. Worst experience.
Upon walking into this facility nobody greeted me. Check in no estimation of wait time. Nobody was sitting at desk for me to ask question. It took me call phone just for someone come to desk because of course no bell at the counter to assist you. I ask how long was wait could not provide estimation. I feel if the company itself is going to use kiosk need to estimation time pop on kiosk after checking in. There was no tv in waiting room, no magazine. I think what I really was upset with is quality of customer service as well as long wait on drug screen testing. Minimum should at least be 15 minutes. Y’all should have one person doing drug testing another on patients
Had blood work done and was told Id have results within 24-48 hours. I have been waiting on results for a week. Ive emailed three times and called and have gotten NO response.
Way better than the austell location. Clean and friendly. Nice views out of the windows while getting blood drawn.
We did not have an appointment and just showed up. We were there for less than 10 minutes and the staff was courteous and professional. We needed lab work for my 10 month old and Denise was FABULOUS. I was nervous, but she was so gentle my baby didnt even flinch.
I had to fast for my blood tests I had taken at this location. After sitting in their waiting room for over an hour I was finally taken. 4 individuals who arrived after me were taken before me. After almost passing out from not having eaten I was finally called back. Go to a different location, this one is not worth it by any means.
I have been to multiple labcorp. I always make an appointment, upon checking in a wait no more than 5 minutes. Almost an hour wait. 45 minutes after my appointment time. Will not be coming back.
I would give them no rating at all because thats how horrible and pathetic the services is. They have the nerve to close on time for a lunch break from 1pm to 2pm, but even after they return from lunch they waited an additional 30mins before they ever called the first person to the back. They operate like a FREE GOVERNMENT OFFICE. I am so aggravated. One person working the front counter and one person taking the urine samples. What the heck is this. Every company needs to stop using their services and try Quest Diagnostic where they take pride in their services and the job before them. On top of all the shenanigans you have to pay for parking that goes up every 30mins. They have no consideration for your time. What ever happened to having pride? I never knew it was something in style today and gone tomorrow.
VERY, VERY, VERY UNHAPPY!!!! I am suppose to take a drug screen for a new job, and I have paperwork and everything and the nurse, being that I was the one who made it through before the cut off didnt want to continue with the test, due to the fact that she alleges that it was showing that I took the test somewhere else, and all their systems are linked as if I didnt know that because I am in the medical field as well, so due to her not wanting to look further my begin date moved further due to her not wanting to do her job, so I called the job that the test was for and she informed me that six people had taken that test for that company prior to me and she didnt understand why they wouldnt let me take it. Very unprofessional and I am thoroughly disgusted.
Shamika did my blood work she was very professional. Everyone was polite. Good experience. Will be back.
Their phone is always busy. Cant get through. It would be helpful to get someone on the phone to provide the answers that are not on their website. Im going to my drs office and pay a copay for an office visit. Based on the reviews and my own experience, it would be much easier for me.
Good review items first.. The manager Paul Osie was understanding and apologetic. My phlebotomist was skillful and patient. Short wait time. Free parking.Hard to find the property. If its your first visit, plan ahead. When your ID card wont read, the kiosks force you to manually input everything. You have to enter your address repeatedly since the suggested addresses are too small to accurately select. Here is why they get 2 stars..Extremely rude people at the front desk. First refused to take my orders when I already had an appointment in the system. So after entering in all the same things to to the kiosk I had given when setting up the appointment, they call me to the desk saying mr. firstname, not mr. lastname. Tonisha became confused, and then became argumentive when I asked to be addressed as either firstname or mr. lastname.Walking away, she started chortling and laughing. I said when you wonder whats wrong in the world go look in the mirror to see someone who cant address someone properly without creating disrespecting and ridiculing someone. She replied you need to look in the mirror too. Good one.
Long wait times. Isnt obvious that the lab draw demand would be high around lunchtime and this is when staff goes down by one? Hire somebody to come in and drive lab work from 10 to 2 when the demand is highest.
I arrived at 10:15 on time for my scheduled appointment. Check in was easy and fast and I was out the door and in my car by 10:30. Staff was courteous and Myra, who did my bloodwork, was very gentle.
In and out in 30 minutes, no appt. Every step handled professionally from the check in to having the blood drawn! These ladies were quick, friendly and professional!
Front desk was very polite and efficient and the woman who worked on my 8 year old was amazing-- kind and patient!
Stay clear of this location. Very unprofessional and inefficient. The elevator in the building does not work. Go to a location further north.
After seeing so many negative comments about waiting time and rude staff, I was hesitant to go. I needed my lab work done so, I went to see for myself. One of the ladies offered me and others help to get signed in at the kiosk. Angie at front desk was very kind. The phlebotomist, Nyree, was great too. I was in and out within 30 min. I would recommend going to this location.
I was scared to go to this location because of the bad reviews online. They are open on Saturday, which is very convenient. My daughter and I went in with no appointment, and were in and out within an hour. Yani did our blood work and it was painless. Everyone was friendly. Had a good experience.
I had to complete a drug test for my new job here. I had a walk-in appointment around 10am and there were like 3 people waiting. Wait time for me was about 5 minutes and the instructions were clear. The place was clean and everything went smoothly for me.
One of my worst experiences ever anywhere. After I waited for an hour to get one blood test done for a STAT order, they told me it was not called in as a STAT so after calling my doctor and getting very upset with them, the front desk finally talked to my doctor and she told her to look in her fax work and them poof there it was. The front desk lady is the rudest person Ive ever met in my life.
I had a morning appointment and forgot my insurance card. Went home and got it and was promptly put back in the cue. Friendly people and I did not think at all they were rude. Do make an appointment.
Very friendly staff and such quick service. Im usually out with my lab work within the first 10-15 minutes. Much better than other Labcorp locations Ive been to.
I havent even been here and its been awful. Their line is always busy or they put me on hold and hang up within a couple of minutes. On Nov. 21st, they were closed, but did not tell the neighboring clinics (who told us they were open!!). They even scheduled another patient on the day they were closed! She and I were not happy. Hoping to get through soon.
Been to a few Lab Corps. This is the best one by far. Had an appointment and they had me in and out within 15 minutes.
After having terrible experience at another LabCorp, we drove to this one. The staff were friendly and I have only positive things to say about this location
I found this to be the most efficient labcorp Ive ever visited
Website needs alot of work as far as what tests are done at what locations. When calling for pricing of tests just in case certain tests arent covered under insurance the Rep cannot give prices unless I have a test codes that only doctors would have. Like Labcorp you gotta do better. Scheduled an Appointment only to be told you do not do that test at that location, (wasted time/gas) than claim you never received the order from my doctor when it was sent twice and called to verify 2 weeks prior to my appointment that you received it via of Fax and it was emailed to me. SMDH. Not Professional at All.
Front staff slow and extremely unhelpful. Electronic quick check in was broken and TV was not working in waiting room. It took almost 90 minutes to do a simple blood draw. I wont be back.
Horrible experience staff were very rude at this location. I live in Woodstock and the only reason I went to this location is because this was the only labcorp open on the weekends. Next time I’ll wait until the Woodstock location is open during a regular business day. I will never recommend for any one to come here.
I was very impressed with the facility and Monica, who drew my blood. She was very friendly. She also did not hurt me when she stuck the needle in my arm. I did not have to wait long either. I could recommend this facility.
Wasnt really expecting much, but this service was terrible. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Didnt have a choice but to come to LabCorp because my employer picked them. Wont be using this company when Im able to choose.Update: it took me a full two hours to be seen. I checked in around 1:30 for a pre-employment drug screen...definitely wasnt expecting to be there for so long. Be prepared to wait a while and deal with front desk staff who dont know what theyre doing. The lab technicians were super nice though! Theyre the only reason I would give this location more than one star.
DO NOT USE THIS MAP for directions!!! Google maps is sending everyone to a private residence! 790 Church street is an office park by the hospital.
Monique was AWESOME with my 10 year old son, who has much anxiety!! She was compassionate, thorough, listened to our woes (lol) , and got blood first stick, which is tough on my son... !! Very blessed we found her...I will always use this place for all bloodwork for our kiddos, and myself.;-)
Wish i could write zero stars... don’t waste your time!! Been here for 2 hours!!
Nice location clean and friendly staff, waited about 15 to 20 minutes for testing. It was a busy Saturday only reason why I didnt drink 5 stars is because location is kind of tough to find actually located 901 Church Street its behind the Rite Aid.
This has nothing to do with their service and I dont know which branch this lady works for, but there was an older blonde lady driving a labcorp SUV today coming out of Paulding Wellstar in Hiram around 3:15pm today, was acting crazy making some weird and rude faces to me as I drove by because she couldnt judge the on coming traffic to get out. Totally uncalled for and almost turned around to get her plates. Like really?
When I walked in there were 23 people in the waiting room, nobody at the desk just a sign saying, sign in and have a seat. Was there on a one time visit prior to out patient procedure. If my regular doctor used this place verses in office lab I would tell him I am getting another doctor. I am sure not all those people were in the waiting room for their drug testing but it had that feel about it.
Rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. I hope she finds happiness.
Dont even bother making an appointment, they will still see ppl that walk in before you, horrible place
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.
Prepare to wait a VERY long time.
I made my appointment online. I was late to the appointment by 5 mins. They had no complaint. I waited 3 minutes and the tech performed the procedure and I was done. They were kind and courteous. Nice job labcorp marietta
Slow is not even the word. have been waiting for OVER an hour for a drug screening. no one is being called, the lobby is full, the workers don’t care 😐 if you gotta drive an extra distance so you don’t have to come here, do that 🙃
Horrible experience! To start with, the wait time here was more than an hour. Then, we were on a tight Dr. schedule for some lab tests and had to go to this location only for the reason that it was open on a Saturday. We gave the test request form given by our Dr. to the front office associate and she confirmed the name and everything she needed. When the test results came after 4 days the results were for a test that was not even requested by the Dr. in the request form. Dr. requested 5 different tests and this LabCorp location messed it up completely and did all together different test - which was not even close to even one of the five tests that the Dr. asked for doing. I had to go give my blood again after 5 days for the same tests in a different LabCorp location. Such a waste of a weeks time as the results will take 4 more days again. Treat this location as your last choice.
When I got there the locked me out.
Very hard to find, find Walgreens and look for the tall building behind it
Make sure you book an appointment and if you do come in an hour early and expect a wait still. The offices are clean, the processing just seems very inefficient.
Lunch hours werent posted so I wasted time.
The staff couldn’t be more friendly. The first time I came and brought my son the nurse gave him lots of stickers even though I was the one getting blood drawn. Making appointments and checking in via express tablets is a breeze.
Lady behind the desk was very rude & not helpful at all. I left with no information or answers, didnt even get to be seen by the dr and was yelled at while filling out the online paperwork.
Horrible wait time. Bad customer service. For drawing blood it takes 2 minutes but they make you wait for more than an hour. What’s the point of taking an appointment? Avoid this place!!
Been waiting for almost an hour because apparently they start drug screens at 9??? Uhh thanks alot, now I know wish i knew before.
Im approaching 40 mins. The lady next to me 1 hour. This place is soooooo slow. Go to Austell or Woodstock. Worst service ever.
My process was smooth as butter.
Long wait! But friendly staff and clean office
Closes at 5pm but wont do a drug screen after 4pm but doesnt post it anywhere on their website.
Please dont ever go to this location unless forced. Plan on spending 3 or 4 hours to get a blood draw. My worst experience at a lab ever.
Unsanitary waiting room. HOUR AND A HAlF WAIT FOR NO GOOD REASON. terrible smell.
Arrived for my appointment to find a waiting room with nearly 20 people and no one at the front desk, had to wait forever, they dont care about appointment times
Very slow. I scheduled an appointment and still was not seen for over 45 mins while the majority of the list were walk - ins.
Extremely slow !! Came in at 11am and didnt leave until almost 2pm !! There were only about 10 people there waiting to have a test done. Staff wasnt very friendly either.
Got to site located at 790 Church Street in Marietta at 11:15am..its now an hour later and I am still waiting...ended up having to go to the restroom...so now I have to drink water and continue to wait. They only have two people administering tests! REALLY SUCKS!
