Wayne has been taking care if our families computer needs for over 10 years. He intruded us to WiFi, set up a network, keeps our systems updated & running smoothly. These guys are the absolute truth. I tried to replace the battery in my MacBook Pro myself and completely butchered several things on it. They managed to fix it somehow, when anybody else would’ve told me to replace the motherboard. Definitely won’t be trusting anyone else with computer repair in the foreseeable future ☺️

I call and ask if its Integrity computer, they say no its not, so i google the number, sure enough its integrity computer, so i call back, guess what the voicemail says...integrity computer, so i leave a voicemail, then they call me to say im harassing them. these guys are jacka$$es and dishonest, cant even get a straight answer to whether its the actual business or not, what a joke

My son needed his computer fixed so that we could do his school work during COVID. While a lot of other business were closed, I was referred to Integrity Computer. I thought the computer was completely done to the point I was getting ready to through it out the window - The computer wouldnt turn on, no matter what I did, the last time it turned on I had gotten the blue screen of death! Although I am not quite computer savvy, I can say that the work that was done on the computer was nothing short of a miracle! The computer works like NEW!!!My son was so happy to have his computer back so he could get all his work done on his own time and not rely on using mine.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Mr. Wayne - You are a God Sent!!!

This morning took my computer to integrity Computer with a ticking hard drive, four hours later I got it back, new hard drive and windows 10 loading. I am back in business again. Service was quick and very reasonable price.Thanks Integrity Computer

Integrity computer really stepped up for me. After I took my computer to another repair computer shop and no resolution after a week from that shop, which told me it was a motherboard problem and it would be $339.00 to repair, I saw integrity computer AD and called them about my PC and took it there. I explain to the owner my situation and he waived the diagnostic fee of $59.00 and believe it or not they call me back within one hour to tell me that it was the video card. The charge me $129.00 for a new video card and labor and also tuned up my computer for me. Now I need to get back my diagnostic fee of $69.00 from from the other shop. Thanks Integrity.

Brought fried windows machine in at 10:30 am and picked it up at 7 pm. Had to back up drive, research my drive to see if it was viable (it was not), put in new drive and reload all my stuff. Pretty good timing in my book. Highly recommend.

I have known Wayne Simpson since April 2007 when he set up shop near us. Even now, I have to pinch myself that someone with 30 years of experience with computers and IT has established himself less than a mile from my house! Itd be like the former White House chief butler setting up an event planning company in your neighborhood. I have bought 5-6 computers and supporting paraphernalia from Wayne over the years. With all the thousands of names you could call yourself, why on earth would you choose the name Integrity Computer if you didnt intend to operate your business with at least a modicum of integrity? Wayne would sooner drink poison than cheat anyone or treat them unfairly. If he were to make a mistake, he would rectify it immediately. However, one thing you cannot do is blame YOUR mistakes on him. If you come in with a crashed hard drive, you cannot blame HIM for breaking it, just because hes not able to recover your data. Wayne is a great guy and for repairing computers and handling IT issues, I doubt seriously there is anyone better in 30066.

One day about two years ago I took my computer to integrity and this is what i experienced. I received a call telling me that my computer was ready it needed a new operating system. It took me an hour to get there and when I got there he was still working on it. I waited for what seemed like an hour for him to finish. He charged me $200 and when I got home I later discovered that my Microsoft office programs had not been put back on and I do bookkeeping. Furthermore, I was supposed to be able to download and burn Cds and that s not happening either. I called him back and was told to bring it back. I had no transportation so things pretty much have to stay as they are. I would not recommend these people at all.

My computer turned off and wouldnt restart one day. I dropped it off at lunch, got a call 1 hour later that they determined it was the power supply. They installed a new one, I picked it up the same day, and now Im writing a review on the fixed PC.Total cost $125 for diagnostic and new power supply.

About a year ago, I took my computer in because it was having network problems. A few days later and $200 gone, issue was not fix. Because he wiped my computer, I lost some very expensive software. In the end, it turn out to be a bad network card which I replaced myself. Beware, my sense is this is just a side hustle. After reading the other reviews it seems if the problem is outside his knowledge, he just wipe your computer and hope it fix the problem, while still charging whether it fix or not.

Turned up with an urgent laptop problem and these guys really stepped up and got the problem resolved the same afternoon. Great service! Integrity Computer had it fixed before The Geek Squad even returned my call./mbh

BE AWARE - DONT GO HERE. TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED. TOOK COMPUTER AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 1-2 DAYS, AND THEN WENT ON VACATION WITH NO COMMUNICATION. THEN JUST WIPED COMPUTER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER

Took my computer to Integrity and the owner said he wasnt feeling well do to bee stings.He did take a quick look and when I say quick I mean less than 60 seconds and told me I had a virus on my computer that had taken over my WIFI access and needed to bring it back in a few days when he was feeling better.He told me I would likely need a new operating system and things would continued to get worse. This was clearly part of his con.Then he put his hand out and said that will be 30.00 bucks but if you bring it back later I will only charge you the difference of 49.00 more dollars. (79.00 total)Needless to say I was immedietely taken back but I was really blown away when I took my computer to a friend 2 days later and he indicated there was nothing wrong with my computer at all. I later found out that my router had gone bad in the house and a simple replacement fixed the problem.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS GUY UNLESS OF COURSE YOU DONT MIND PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING.

Be careful , can play with your hardware and overcharge, shop is totally mess and do not look professionally, shop close in after noon and you may have to wait out side the shop

I Took A HP Laptop There Because The screen Went Black - Nothing - Less than 6 Months Prior To The Visit - I Bought A Double Battery From Batteries Plus - They Told Me It Was The Motherboard And Video Something - I Got It Back & The Original Size Battery Was In It - Not The $100 Double Battery That Was In It When I Left It With Them - I Went Back After I Sent Them An Email To Confront Them About It & They Denied It. Now There Is NO AUDIO - The Owner Claims To Be A Preacher ?
