They came into my home and examined all the damage that I had and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. They worked with me to make my life easier and told me exactly what they were going to do. They were very kind polite and caring of what was going on. So Sean Brewer who is the boss also came out to look at the situation and he was awesome polite and caring so he sent two of his techs out who were both amazing Bailey Brigham and Bailey Acree They moved all the heavy things that needed to be moved before they could start drying out everything walls and flooring. They were very polite kind and respectful and this company listens to your needs they go by what you want. They really treat you with respect. This was my first water damage experience. We had no idea we had any issues until about 10 am when we noticed our living room ceiling started a slow drip. Sean came out an hour and a half later and took care of us ever since. He and his team are super communicative, professional, and even helped us navigate insurance. I hope we never have water damage issues again, but if we do, I know exactly who I’m going to.

Sean is super quick to respond and come right on time. He is very honest with us and referred us to the right contractor to do our job. He changed zero dollar for coming and gave us many suggestions. Will definitely hire him again if we have water issues.

Bailey and Sean were alot of help with the insurance process and what needed to be done for the dry out and repair of our kitchen. Bailey setup dryers/ blowers to dry the crawl space and walls. Bailey tested for moisture in the drywall and sub-floor. Would use South Sound Water Recovery again for sure, thanks guys.

We had a major water leak in our kitchen and Sean was able to come out right away (with a mask on). I was hesitant at first because I was uncertain how the insurance would handle things, but given the amount of water and the fact it happened during the weekend, I knew I needed to get the ball rolling. Sean was extremely patient and spent a considerable amount of time with me answering my many questions before I turned him loose to do his thing. I was so glad I decided to work with Sean instead of a big chain shop as he really did a great job -- start to finish. He was thorough, he took excellent care of my home, and most importantly, he genuinely earned my trust which made the process feel much more manageable.
