Jim has assisted me several times in the last year. The cost is always reasonable and he provided me additional tips on how to improve my computers performance. He always makes himself available for any questions. In the future I feel better about contacting him instead of a large company where I dont know who will assist me.

Dr Tech didnt actually do any work for me. The important thing to know is that he was honest in telling me that adding more memory to the computer was not going to fix the problem of slow performance. He could have done the work and taken payment, but instead, he recommended getting a computer with a more powerful processor. Integrity is very important in my book.

Dr. Tech was responsive when I called and accommodated my schedule. We dropped our computer off where he worked on our issue and then out to our home to make sure we had all the right equipment to make sure our system is running well! He answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. We will consider Jim at Dr. Tech our go-to for all our computer needs!

I called Dr. Tech this morning at 9:00am because my computer wasn’t functioning properly. I was able to bring my computer in at 10:00am and he had it fixed by 11:15am. In total in cost me $81. He was very efficient and communicative. I highly recommend Dr. Tech for any computer repairs.

What a great experience! Dr Tech came to my home, gave me an estimate, took my computer and brought it back a few days later. He is very professional and kind.

The work was done well and professionally. We requested an estimate before any work was done and understood it may not be exact. When we received our final bill it was about 3 times the original amount. This was very distressful as we were not planning on the additional charges. Our original quote was about $2500.00 and the final bill was over $6,00.00. At no point did he ever say it was going to be over or explain there were additional costs until after work was completed. This is not acceptable! Work is good, but dont ever trust their estimate!

Jim came to my home and quickly resolved my issues, but also assured me I could call after he left with any other questions or confusions I had. Jim appeared to know his subject very well and left me with the reassurance that I can get good service from him any time I need it. His charge for services was more than fair, and his communications were prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

Together we will compile a book consisting of his photos and a description of each piece, its measurements, notes on the artist, when the piece was acquired, and the place the piece was constructed.
