Extremely happy with how my knives turned out after Jason took care of them. His quick turn around time of a day really helped out vs having to mail my knives in and wait to get them back from somewhere else. They are much more enjoyable to use again and will definitely be returning when they need to be resharpened. Jason was extremely personable and I enjoyed being able to learn about the process he went through to get them back in shape.

I brought two, very dull Wüsthoff knives to Jason for sharpening. He cleaned both of them up beautifully and sharpened the edges to perfection. Even my daughter, who is a chef, was impressed with the new edges. I highly recommend Jason and Chef KnifeWorks for any of your sharpening needs.

Jason replaced the wood handle (scales) and trued up and sharpened the blade on my cooking knife and it turned out really nice!
