I was more than pleased to find out I could have the crown I broke replaced in ONE appointment. It was AMAZING. The technology was superb. They created a new crown that completely fit like the old one and feels absolutely natural in my mouth. Plus, the staff was wonderful and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I discovered Grove Health Dental after an accident I had over the weekend over a year ago. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning and had everything looking good as new. I have been going back ever since and have been very impressed with their staff and facility. Highly recommend.

Lets be real, its still going to the dentist. But if you do go to the dentist, Grove Health Dental is the place to go. The entire team is friendly, super courteous, and uses technology to make booking and keeping appointments frictionless. The facilities and tools are modern and like new. One thing I always have dreaded was going to the dentist. In all honesty probably one of my least favorite things to do, lets be real going to the dentist is typically not a fun experience. I did however have a dentist as kid I didnt mind seeing. Sadly he had to close his practice due to health issues. For the next 10 years I bounced from practice to practice and was unable to find a dentist that made the experience tolerable and one I could really make an occurring thing with . Which brings me to my find, Grove Health Dental! When you walk through the doors you get a upbeat, energetic, and caring bunch. From the ladies up front, to the hygienists, and to Dr. Francis, who was a high school rival in football, lone behold (Go Ponies!), made it a very personable experience. I really liked the fact they give you personal feel of their entire staff on the lobby TV, with employee fun facts and pictures. You basically feel like you know them before you even get called back to the chair. My hygienist is great, she was really thorough in her work and made the experience actually a lot of fun. I applaud Dr. Francis and his team as they have a great thing going on here. They have a life long customer in me.

This is my new lifelong dental office!! I was blown away by the facility, attentiveness, and knowledge of the whole team. The front reception team was very friendly, and personable which is a welcome touch for any business (personal text appt confirmations - not automated!!). My hygienist, Nicole, did a great job of making me comfortable and answering any questions. Dr. Holmgren walked me through my treatment and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Look no further for a new Dental Office as I certainly won’t be looking any further. If there is such a description, I would describe Dr. Francis at Grove Health Dental, and his dentistry team, as “heavenly”. This may sound a little overboard but it’s honestly true. This place is the BEST!! Like most people the dentist is not one of my favorite places to go - so much so I lived with a tooth that needed a root canal for more than two years until it just got too painful to ignore.Amanda, my hygienist, put me at ease right away and did not scold me for not coming in sooner. She’s so good, I am now almost looking forward to my cleanings.Besides the one root canal, it ended up I needed quite a bit of work done to get things back in shape. Dr. Francis and his team worked with me and my anxieties to get everything done quickly and with as little pain as possible.I have been to many places that claim to work well with anxious patients but this is the first place that actually does.

I’ve been going to Grove Health Dental for about 1 year and am truly impressed with the service. One of the first times, I had horrible tooth pain the night before and called as soon as they opened the next morning. They saw me before noon and I had a root canal that day; such a relief.I recently had my first crown done early one morning and was a little worried about how I’d feel the rest of the day; usually, I’m in some discomfort after this type of dental work. But this time, I felt good all day, which was fantastic.Dr. Francis and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended!

Whereas I have been to other dentists that try and tell me what is going to happen next without my opinion.

Doctor Francis and his team have been the most pleasant dental office that I have ever been seen at, and Ive been to a lot. Every single day I do everything that I can to hide my teeth from the world so going to the dentist and having people be up close and personal has always been a very emotional, traumatically embarrassing experience for me. But I didnt feel that in his office. Each of doctor Francis assistants/hygienists have made me feel beyond comfortable and each helped me subside my insecurities in their unique own ways. This review has been a long time coming but well deserved. I have to give it to Dr. Francis and Ashley. They did an amazing job though out the process of completing my implant. I was a little nervous because I was unsure if it was going to be painful since I have never had a surgical procedure done before but seriously I didnt feel a thing, not even the anesthetic. They talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. This is an amazing practice and I am so proud to be a part of it!!

My experience here was probably the best Ive had in 10 years (basically since my childhood dentist). The staff is incredibly kind and personable. I have to give my hygienist J.J. I went in for a cleaning and check up with JJ and Dr Francis.She cleaned my teeth so well I though they were brand new again and I didnt have any discomfort like other places I have gone.Dr Francis was so polite and thorough. He notice and item we should keep an eye on (didnt just immediately recommend a procedure).Ireally like going to Grove Health Dental which i suspect is rather unusual when talking about dentists.

I first went in to get a normal teeth cleaning. I didnt have a teeth cleaning in years and need one really bad. One of the ladies is a long time friend so I decided to go there. I am very glad that I did!! I was greeted very quickly by the receptionist. I waited maybe 5 minutes for Jacinta (Sorry for the spelling). One of the problems that I have at my previous dentists were that they seemed to only care about getting you in and out. That would cause them to clean aggressively and cause my teeth to hurt. Jacinta didnt rush through anything and made sure that I comfortable.Dr. Ryan came in and said that I had a couple cracked fillings that needed to be replaced and also a deeper cleaning due to me not being at the dentist for a long time.I received the quote of fixing of the fillings and the deep cleaning but was confused on how much I was going to have to pay after my insurance paid their part. I called back and talked to the receptionist again and she acknowledged that it is confusing on how its written. She walked me through it and after the call, I was very pleased on how much time she took to explain it, even with her staying later after they closed.The day that I had 3 fillings fixed and the deep cleaning taken care of, I waited probably 2 minutes for Ashley to come greet me after I checked in. She explained to me how long it was going to be and what to expect afterwards. It seemed like an hour to take out the broken fillings and put the new ones in. The deep cleaning was about the same amount of time too.Everyone at Grove Health Dental are exceptional and really communicate well. If you are looking for a new dentist, this should be the first place to check out.

First off this place is very clean and polished, they definitely take the time to make sure they leave an impression. The customer service that the staff deliver is so empathetic.I have had my teeth treated at many other dental offices but Grove Health Dental is now my #1 and they deserve more then a five star rating. They remember me every time I come in and that shows me they are sincere. When I first got my teeth cleaned there Dr. Shivan took her time with me and made sure I didnt have any other questions about my treatment. Great first visit. I loved the staff. They were knowledgable and efficient. I went to the same dentist for the first 16 years of my dental visits until my dentist retired. I should have written this review at my first visit which was in March 2014. Today was my 6 month follow-up so Im going to take the opportunity to do it now. I moved from the southern suburbs to Maple Grove 2 years ago. I continued to go to my regular dentist after we moved here, but it was during a huge snowfall in very late spring as I was slowly crawling from Maple Grove to Burnsville on treacherous roads that I vowed I would find a dentist closer to home. I took a chance on Grove Health Dental because it was close to home and there were good reviews. I have not been disappointed. The staff is very friendly, the service is good and the office is clean. There was an insurance issue at my first visit and Grove Health Dental made it right without any fuss. I am happy I found them and Id highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Fantastic! I was so scared about seeing a new dentist when I moved to the Twin Cities but just two days ago, at my second visit to Grove Health, I had to have a root canal, (yikes, right?) but literally, I almost fell asleep during the procedure, an outstanding job done! Dr. Mazhary and the team that worked with me were so amazing, so professional, so helpful, and literally no pain at all! I cant say enough about how happy I am with their practice except that I hope I never have to move again because these people make me WANT to see the dentist... something Ive never experienced before. Office manager very rude. I had a question on a document and she stated Just sign it. I never got my answer to my question. That was a red flag and I should have left. Communication going forward with this office and their lab was a nightmare. I would not recommend this dental office.

Im happy to see that all the reviews for this office reflect my experiences. My sister and her husband go to this location and when I was looking for a place they recommended Grove Health Dental. Pleasant staff, clean, and state of the art tech. First visit was a cleaning with a filling. (The filling being the only reason for me to go. I hadnt been for about 8 years) Everything was normal. I would say that I was happy. If you asked where to go Id mention where I go. No biggy. It wasnt until my second visit recently that it became impressive. I get a notification of my appointment on my phone. Awesome. You ever forget? Happened to me once, so its nice to have that backup. They have my same insurance, and everything is preprinted and ready to go. Filled out and copied from my last visit, they tell me, Go over it and if anything has changed please mark it, if not, sign at the bottom. Im thinking Thank god I dont have to do this all again. What a smart and efficient way to go about it. I get my cleaning and I ask about my old orthodontic work and if the small damage to my teeth (A result of poor brushing as a kid) could be dealt with. I had HSA money to burn and It is something Ive always felt self conscious about. He tells me about a non-invasive method to remove or minimize the visible damage to my teeth. Im interested and they have time to do it right there (AWESOME saving time). Ultraviolet light guns, dental dams, chemical compounds, and tools later I have a happier smile. SO right before he finishes is what I feel is the most important part of the story for anyone choosing their Dentist office. They are basically done and compare the before pictures with what they have now. The assistant and him are in discussion of the improvement and I notice he is half listening and agreeing as he changes his view, moving his head from one side to another to get different angles of the work, I can see he is dissatisfied and tells me hes going to go over it AGAIN. Its that kind of workmanship and pride that separates your good from your great. I look for details like that whenever I make decisions concerning people and places. I know not everyones experience is the same, but if youre looking for a place to start a lifelong relationship, start with this place.

A couple of years ago I had a dental emergency and went to a dentist that was recommended by a co-worker. While they mitigated the emergency issue they immediately told me all of the things I must have and made me feel like I was nothing more than an open checkbook. So I decided to look for a second opinion as my immediate needs required an expensive procedure. After leaving a message with GHD my call was quickly returned by Hope who listened to my concerns and got me in for an evaluation the next day. Even though they confirmed the diagnosis they made me feel comfortable and were sincerely concerned with my immediate needs. As a result I have continued to go there because the entire staff treats you with respect and professionalism from the minute you walk in the door. They take great care in explaining procedures, options, and alternatives amd you are definately involved in your own dental care plan. They not only take care of you - they care about you!

Worst dental experience at the location. They told me they cannot clean my back teeth, because there are pockets over 4, they can only clean my teeth which is 3 or less. No other dentist told me this policy. Also, the moment I came in, they are asking if you used the insurance before, after I said no, they setup me to do everything they can do to exploit the insurance benefit. Wont be there again.
