Never answers the phone and the voice mail is full can’t leave a message and hasn’t responded to a text yet. Disappointing to say the least. Has good reviews for his service, but not being able to get a hold of him is a killer. If I could have given a zero, I would. When you have a service you are trying to sell and promote, accessibility is key, especially for a small home based business. We get being busy, but not even responding is a killer. Guess I will look else where now.

Austin is a treasure trove of knowledge about computers and computer problems. The last computer he built for me had no problems and after about six years we knew we needed to update our windows 7 since the updates will expire next year. He completely updated our computer by installing Windows 10, cleaned out the unnecessary garbage and installed the latest anti virus and malware protection. He even installed a remote control function that when activated, he helped me solve a driver function for my printer that I mistakenly downloaded. I dropped off the computer to his business site and he had everything up and running in afew days.I hope he never moves his business from Maple Grove. He is a service person that you dream about but rarely find. His prices are very reasonable and he will never install any parts that you do not need. He is a rare find. Thanks Austin.

Austin’s computers was the perfect place to take my old Gateway computer (w/windows 95/98) .I needed this old system to run my EGUALLY OLD Alps MD5000 micro dry printer (from Japan) thatI use to print decals for my hobby. I made an appointment and Austin scheduled me in the next day.Austin took the time to check all the components and functions of my old system even as I watchedin AWE. He gave me several options from total restoration to original, some modifications to make it a little better, or replacement to something way much better. Austin informed me that old Alps printersare not very compatable with the new computer architectures and components and could causefurther problems down the line. My old Gateway system was pretty shot and needed most of the majorcomponents replaced. Austin was able to upgrade me into a refurbished system with Windows XPSoftware and ALPS Printer drivers.
