Great service! I came in for an oil change which they finished right away. As the car was being lowered, I asked if they could check out a noise. They raised the car again and strapped a loose metal shield without charging me for it. I really appreciate their work ethic, quality of work and their honesty!

I’ve had great experiences so far trusting my car with Steve’s! I appreciate the attention to detail even just with a simple oil change. They vacuumed, topped off my fluids, checked my tires and even left a bottle of water in my car. I thought the price was incredibly reasonable as well, especially since it came with a car wash code! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I went in for a tire rotation and they informed me that the tread was low and wouldn’t be good for winter. Since the tires are the original ones, I asked what they recommended. What is great about the staff, Mitch first then Logan, is that they review all the recommended tires and compare the results. I asked them what are the top two for the type of driving we do. I was able to choose which ones to go with. They even pointed out what the rebates were on each.They are excellent! That is why we have been going to them for many years.

Was able to diagnose my 2015 Grand Cherokee car right away and provide fast service during busy times everywhere else. Worked with my warranty and gave me reasonable prices. The staff was nice and prompt. Would go back for future needs.

Always go to Steve’s auto world for oil changes, they’re very quick in and out within 20-45 minutes. Had tires done and batteries replaced and they are always giving us the best service.

Have been here twice, and the gentleman up front has been very helpful. I came in once to have the liquids in my car checked before a trip. It was very simple, but he quickly helped me without expecting anything. Another time, I had a flat tire, and they were able to help me with no issues.

Always did me right and affordable in cost. As a car enthusiasts its hard to let someone else touch your ride, I have no issues with the staff working on mine.

I swear these guys have Angel Wings! Nate and the new guy (so very sorry I didnt get his name) rescued me today from an extremely life threatening situation this morning after a competitor Woodys Towing left me stranded and never did respond to the tow request after 5 hours. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER GOOD SHOPS IN THIS AREA. YOU WILL REGRET IT.Dont get fooled by there cheep oil changes.Run from this place, the service writers and mechanics are unethical. They have very little experience. I have used this location three times and my experience was not good. Its to bad it has to feel like SCAM every time you discus the cost and repairs.

Great store with amazing service. Every time I visit I get right in and my car is fixed or ready long before my kids get tired of playing in their kids area. All of my vehicles get serviced here, and Ive only had the most positive experience far better than any other shop Ive used.

Steve’s did great job of diagnosing my vehicle and making the repairs. They kept me informed during the process, advising me of my options. They stand behind their work and provided great service. I will definitely use them for all my vehicles.

I totally recommend this location!! Everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful when Ive been here - especially Nate. Ive had my oil changed a few times and theyre very quick and also do a routine check of other basics on your car (filters, wipers, brake flush, etc), but arent at all pushy to get you to agree to additional services. Its also pretty slick the way they send you a text with a link to the check of your car with suggested services organized in color coordinated order of importance (red - most important, green - not needed) so you can see it for yourself and if you want the services done, you can call and let them know, otherwise they stick with your original service. One of my oil changed I also had them check on a sound that happens when I turn and they easily found the issue (something was loose), quickly fixed it and didnt charge me. Nice bonus: free car wash voucher! They also leave a bottle of water and thank you in your car - and while Im not a plastic water bottle person, it just is an example of the quality and thoughtfulness of this place!

5 Stars for this place. Needed a fix at 8pm on a Friday night. Vince was excellent in getting it done that night, getting parts, and stayed over to make it happen. I was from out of town and they were recommended by a local. So glad I stopped in. Highly recommended for local Maple Grove residents.

I was recommended to this shop to work on my diesel 7.3l power stroke. I had extensive rodent damage and Mike was able to fix it right away. Through the process they were able to fix my truck in ways I didnt know it needed. I was very Happy with the results, my truck drives better than ever. And they even cleaned the interior on top of all that. Can not recommend these guys enough. Mike, Steve, and Terry, thank you very much. 5 star service!

It took a little longer than I anticipated to get my oil changed. The front seat and floor was supposed to be vacuumed but wasn’t. Everything else was good. No pressure to purchase additional issues that were listed on my paperwork.

Great place to get tires and maintenance on my vehicles. The staff is friendly and on top of things. The convenience store has everything a person could be looking for while waiting for your vehicle. There is always a tasty hot sandwich or hot coffee available. To top it off a free car wash is a nice touch after getting some maintenance done. You guys are great and I highly recommend Steves Auto World.

Steves Auto in Maple Grove is simply amazing. I had a pretty terrible day last week where I had a tire blowout on the highway on my way to work. I was able to get my car to Steves Auto and they were able to fit me in on the same day. Jordan and Kyle went above and beyond! I wont be going anywhere else for my car needs. Came out after work to find I had a flat, put on the spare. Stopped at the gas station only to find out the spare went flat as well... I called the only tire place open and I couldnt be happier with the service. I had to leave my car and take an uber with my tire to have it replaced and was expecting to arrive at 8:56 but they close at 9. I spoke with Jordan and he said hed wait for me. Traffic jam occurred on the way and I didnt arrive until 9:10 at which point he greeted me promptly and replaced my tire. I live 30 minutes from here and leaving my car was not really an option so much thanks to Jordan for stepping up and making what was already a pretty rough day a whole lot better!

I recently inherited an old pickup truck from my grandfather and I wanted to have it looked over before I put it on the road so I brought it into Steves Auto World in Maple Grove. The service advisor Vince was awesome to deal with. He was clear about the things that needed to be replaced and the things that I could wait to fix. My technician Mike did an outstanding job of getting the old truck into tip top shape for me. The price was far below what the dealership quoted me and it was completed in just a couple days! (The dealer told me that I couldnt even get in for an appointment for 2 weeks!) Icing on the cake was when I went to climb in to my truck after the repairs, they had vacuumed and washed the truck prior to my arrival! If you want that friendly, informative and honest repair experience I would highly suggest these guys! Im a customer for life. Thanks guys!

Usually I’m very happy with the service on my car. This time however, I was really disappointed in the Covid precautions that weren’t being taken. Every single employee minus the gas station cashier either weren’t wearing masks or had them on half way. And nothing was said to customers in the shop that weren’t wearing them at all.

Being a young woman bringing a vehicle in, Ive had my fair share of this girl doesnt know anything about cars so lets try to get a bunch of random fixes in. Steves Auto World has never done that and has always been exceptional and honest. Ive brought two vehicles in, one relatively new, and one about 20 years old. Theyve done a phenomenal job with oil changes, repairs, and keeping me updated with the condition of both vehicles. They provide a detailed online report you can review at any time, and are just all-around great people. And a free car wash is always a plus! 😊 Highly recommend these guys!

I’m a fan of this gas station and it’s still a great place to fill up on gas, but I’m definitely not a fan of putting up misleading banners about free car washes for any gas fill up when that’s not the case. It seems like a shady ploy to get people to buy your gas before they know the actual truth. Fooled me once, won’t happen again.

Over quoted on uneccessary brake job service. Generally a good location but this experience left me dissatisfied. Saved $400 at another shop for this service

Stopped in with a tire with significant low pressure. They found that I had a screw in the tire, plugged it and for only about $30 I was back on the road within 15 minutes. Always great service and a very reasonable price.

Ive been to this location on a couple of occasions (never for redoing the same thing) and its been excellent service every time. They worked with my budget when I needed to get all new tires, helped when my check engine light came on... The last experience was great - I had a slow leak in my tire, I was able to bring my car in that day and be out in twenty minutes all patched up! The staff has been super nice and helpful each time, and thats the main reason Ill go back if something else is needed.

I had called about a battery replacement for my auto. The desk said I could just show up without an appointment which I did. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The verbal estimate was accurate and the service was courteous and efficient. I even took advantage of the car wash which is a great service too.

They were out of Mac n cheese but got us some from the cooler, it was cold but they asked if we wanted to heat it up in the microwave. Said wed just heat it up at home. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, opened it up to find the lid had melted leaving plastic in the food. Should not have suggested I microwave a non microwavable container.Called and asked them to refund our card and the gentleman on the phone was very dismissive. I get it, its just Mac n cheese, but your customers dont want to eat plastic so we really wanted to give you a heads up that your microwave safe containers arent actually microwave safe so you may want to get some new ones. It seemed a refund would be appropriate but they said we would have to come back because they dont store the cards. We dont live that close. Why cant they log in to their merchant credit card processing site (or software) and refund the transaction? Makes no sense.

Its the only gas station that actually serves good food.

I brought in a pre-owned Dodge Journey that needed a patch and tire-rotation and was completely satisfied 😌. The cost was under $50 and I was able to get an appointment immediately when I needed it. Steves Auto has a great policy with answering the phone and having availability.... the free car wash is a nice touch as well!

Needed a jump start on Sunday. Called Steves Auto World in Maple Grove & talked to Steve. He sent Travis, who arrived in a short while & jump started the car. We followed him to Steves Auto World where he opened the hood, checked the battery & suggested a replacement. Kyle installed the battery while we waited in our car & Steve brought us bottled water. Everything was done within half-an-hour. Very friendly staff! Fast service! I was very impressed! Steve, Travis & Kyle make a great team! Thanks for all your help!

The team at Steve’s is professional, courteous and efficient. They do great work at a fair price. They communicate with me throughout the repair process. Hands down, the best customer service you will ever get from a mechanic shop! They’re so nice, efficiently fast, and will work with you. I was originally quoted from another place that it’ll be +$600 to fix my side view mirror, but when I asked for a quote at Steve’s, it would only be $250! Literally so hospitable and respectful!

In reference to towing/ roadside assistance-It takes them 2 plus hrs to arrive to provide service. They don’t even communicate when they get the service request. I have always received them through my insurance for roadside assistance and never one time have they arrived less than 2hrs. No communication at all and some staff are rude. I have actually had to cancel one time because they took too long the repair shop closed and same case today. Can do WAY better.

My son brought his vehicle in to have an alternator replaced (not a cheap repair). Before bringing it to this shop his remote start worked fine. After the alternator replacement, the remote start did not work at all. My son told the repairman before leaving and the repairman attempted to fix it but could not. He was told to take it to a Kia dealership to get it fixed and that the manager would be on Tuesday to discuss reimbursement. Today is Tuesday and the manager totally blew my son off and told him that he would not be reimbursed for getting the remote start back to the working condition it was in before the repair was done. He told him the repairman was “just being nice” when asked why he would attempt to fix it if they weren’t in the wrong. Way to take money from a kid and not return the other working functions of the vehicle as it was when it was dropped off!!! Not good business etiquette at all.
