They tired to persuade to change all my 4 tires when I only had a puncture on 1 tire which its a new car with good thread. Soon theyll ask me to change my wheel, car, etc. Maybe they could rename it as Discount Cars?

Great service. Honest manager. Very thorough. Offered higher quality tires but respected my wish to with a more affordable choice. I’ve been a long time customer and they even gave me an additional discount. Was able to use my discount tire card for an additional $20 bucks off and 6 months same as cash to repay. Wasn’t condescending or pushy. Also referred me to an alignment store, which seems I may need and they can’t do here. Overall great service and products offered. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service! From purchasing new tires, to repairing a nail hole in a tire to replacing a faulty tire pressure sensor theyve always taken care of me and very reasonable. I have two sets of wheels and when I switch I need to reprogram my sensors and they always take care of me right then and then.

Had some SERIOUS car trouble. Stopped there to see if they could help me figure out the problem. Took Logan 2 minutes to tell me what was wrong. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it there but told me the problem and told me it wasn’t safe to drive on. Brought it then to a local car shop. Logan was super nice and helpful.

Awesome customer service! My husband and I along with our 2 kids under 2 yrs old were just trying to get out of the house and get a quick coffee when we got a flat tire. We drove straight to Discount Tires in Maple Grove. They had us drive in and stay in the car while they took our tire off, repaired it, and put it back on. Turns out there was a giant nail in it. The service was incredibly quick which we especially appreciated with our 2 kids in the car. We will absolutely remain loyal discount tires customers after this.

Went to Discount Tire today for my car. Set up a start time which was very convenient. Andrew the Assistant Manager was above and beyond helpful. Was very attentive to the needs of every customer. Showed me many options of tires for my truck also. They supplied face masks and hand sanitizer at the door and throughout the store. We were in and out in 30 min. Keep up the great work everyone!

Had warranty service done. No questions asked had my issue fixed quickly with no extra charges. Paid 23$ to renew my warranty instead of the 200$ plus it may have cost. Great service friendly crew love it there will be going back for my service needs. Also reccomend purchase any and all warranties. Totally worth it.

Great experience! Ive never gotten tires by myself before and going for the first time was a bit intimidating. They were very helpful and gave suggestions based on the few things I knew to ask for. They gave great suggestions for safe tires with a good deal. On top of that, it was all ready in less than half an hour. They were so nice and even offered refreshments to all of us waiting in the lobby. Will definitely be going back there.

Wow. Amazing customer service. I arrived without calling ahead because my car notified me that I have low tire pressure. I parked in the parking lot and as I was getting my stroller and baby out of the car I was approached by a service member and they informed me that I could get back in and they could do the check while I was in the car. As a new mom I really appreciate them approaching me before I got all the way out of the the car.

The absolute best tire buying experience Ive ever had, I came to this same store with a flat expecting to need a new tire, they not only fixed the tire, but it was a FREE service they offer. A+

I called at 12:15 today said I wanted a certain tire. They didnt have it in stock, he said he could it today. I told him I get off work at 2:30 pm and wanted to come in around 3pm. He said he could probably get them by that time. I was walking to my car after work and he called me saying that the tires were in. If I remember right these guys dont get a commission there. Thats service people I will get you his name in an update have to look at the receipt. I wish they could do wheel alignments there so I didnt have to go somewhere else. Ive been buying my tires here for years now and will continue. Thank you to all the guys who installed my tires.

Set up appointment and they came out almost knowing it was me, was only getting two tires and wasnt pressured to upsell. Gave me good options and was safe distancing. Couldnt squeeze us in for a rotation on the other car but understandable with how busy they are. Will go back.

Not only did they price match a great deal I found online, but they even got my 37 Toyo tires in the next day and installed them the day after. Putting these tires on my big truck is not an easy task but they handled it without any issues and I only waited 1 hour. Nice job Mitch and crew!

They were able to get me in the next day. Very helpful staff, and quickly put new tires on. Ive used them before. If you got the add on they will rotate and balance your tires for free. This is great. I get my tires rotated on time because of this. The mechanic who worked on my caralso let me know to have my rear brakes looked at. They dont service this, but he was kind enough to let me know.

The guys here are awesome. Great crew that really seems to work well together. While I was there, they were great about being social and keeping up with the customers and the workload.They seemed to have a great eye for detail, and didnt take any shortcuts to get the job done quick. They just work fast.As long as these guys work here, Ill keep going back.

Just this morning I had the most amazing experience with the Maple Grove location and especially with marketing manager Andrew. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago...received some great advice. Decided to do some online comps on pricing and went with Sams Club. A mistake from my point-of-view. The tires took 10 days to arrive at the Sams store in Maple Grove. And they never notified me. I called to see what the hold-up was...and they said they had received them a few days ago but hadnt gotten around yet to calling. Then...they said due to staffing issues we cant install them for 1 1/2 weeks. So...do the math...3 weeks from the day I ordered them.At Discount Tire, Andrew came close to the price, tossed in some added value, and had me out the door in 45 minutes! 45 minutes!!!So, if your money is precious to you...if you value prompt and courteous/professional service, if your time is important...dont over-think your tire decision. Go to Discount Tires...and ask for Andrew!

Great place to get tires. Good location. Very helpful and friendly service with knowledgeable people like Mitch. Best time of year to buy is their annual labor day sale. Gets busy on Saturdays but they move pretty fast. Bought my last 4 sets of tires from them for various vehicles and have had a good experience every time with good prices after factoring in rebates. Im not a fan of store brands credit cards but I do use theirs because of the great deals that come with it like on their Labor Day sales. Just make sure you pay it off in full on the first payment!

Free rotations and balances.Free flat repairs.They clean rust off the mating surfaces before mounting the wheels.They use torque wrenches to ensure proper lug nut tightening.Most places dont do any of that!

Mitch and his team at Discount Tires in Maple Grove did an amazing job fixing my tire that had a slow air leak. Mitch was very welcoming and knowledgeable showing me how much tread I have left on my tires. The team found a nail in my tire and even showed me it. Would go there again for future services.

Had new tires put on and the tech took the time to dismount the rims the way I wanted them handled. And Torqued the lugs to spec instead of just using an impact gun. Always great service here.

First time coming here and was very impressed! I bought a set of 4 new tires else where about 2 years ago and 2 keep I have to keep putting air in weekly. I went to the original place I bought them for a rotation and ask them to look at the 2 low tires which they later advised they didnt have time to look. Called Discount Tire and they said they could look at them right away and free of charge for my first visit. They cleaned the corrosion on my rims and I was good to go. Ill be needing tires in the fall and will be coming here. Great customer service, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I spoke to Mitch (manager), very nice gentleman.

My friend came from Wisconsin and got a flat tire on his motorcycle. They do not replace motorcycle tires but the salesman spent 45 minutes on Memorial weekend Friday trying to help us find a place that could help us. That type of generosity is unheard of in todays world! Well done Discount Tire! We will definitely buy car tires from you when we need them!

These guys are quick and knowledgeable. If you can get in at the right time you can be out of there in 15 minutes easy. I bought my tires through them and they were able to get me a great deal and warranty on the tires. I dont live in that area anymore but still come back for the great customer service and experience I get with the staff here.

This place is AMAZING. Came in because my tire was loosing air 15 minutes they found an old nail, and fixed it for no charge and with a gaurentee to not leak again. I will DEFINITELY come back here. Ive been going to Discount Tires for many years now and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately, my last visit has been a never-ending disappointment. I came in with a blown tire and had made an online appointment with a tire reservation. When it was my turn, I asked if there was a better tire to put on than the ones I chose and was suggested another more expensive brand, which I went with. I also purchased the certificates. I left for a few minutes and came back to find out that they had charged me for the wrong size tire, not even double checking my vehicle before they invoiced me for the 17, when it needed 16. They didnt have that size on hand so sent a guy to another store to get them. About 2 hours later, they were finally done and I left the store with my newly tired vehicle. After driving a few minutes, I noticed the low tire warning. I drove around for about a half hour because I was told it would go off because air needed to get into the sensor. It didnt go off, so I drove a half hour back to the store. After waiting several minutes, they told me the light never came on for them. I get into my vehicle and the light is on. I flagged a tech to come to my vehicle to see that the light was still on. Then I was told that there was no sensor where the tire had blown and I needed to get a new one.They were nice enough to install a new one for no charge after spending almost my entire afternoon there for one reason or another. When I got home, I noticed that they did not put the spare tire where it is supposed to go, but left it in the back of my truck...no biggie, I guess I can do that myself, but would have thought they would do that. This morning, the TPMS light is on...back I go again...

Ive purchased tires here twice before and liked that they gave me tire suggestions on a good-better-best theory. Ive price shopped with other stores and Discount is either within a few dollars, or cheaper for the same tire with install/balance. Today I dropped a flat tire off to see if they could patch it and that Id mount it myself. They called me a couple hours later and said it was fixed and ready. When I asked for the cost, they told me no charge. That was an unexpected bonus!

Best store ever to purchase your next set of new tires. Theyre very professionaloh, they know their tires, they keep a record on file which tires you have purchased glass and also make suggestions on your next set of tires..Friendly return policy if your purchase did not work out the ability to trade them in for something different.. Also a small road hazard warranty take care of free rotation and balance for life for the tires. That alone paid for my tires add its a 110 dollars service fee through my car dealership if they perform that same service.. plus my tires are under warranty to out me on it states if I should have a problem with a road hazard you cant beat that!!

I have used this company for years. They deliver every time I go there. I think the prices they offer are legit. I have been ripped off other places and I am very carefull now. I am not the only one who knows how good this place is. There is always peolpe there. So be prepared to wait a little bit. I give 4 out of 5 stars only cause of the wait. But I will always choose to wait over poor work man ship that other place offer.

Customer service is off the charts and their prices are right. Ive been using them for years. Ive gone to them for tires, flat tire repair, rotations, balance, have tires removed/replaced on my riding mower wheels, and most recently to have an ATV tire replaced. Service is always stellar and the work is done quickly and correctly. I received similar service levels from another Discount Tire location I used to live near which is why I started going to this location when I moved. They seem to be clean and well run. Plus you can watch them work if youd like which isnt the case at most other places. I like that transparency. I also like that the out the door price is just that - the out the door price.

I stopped in Saturday morning without an appointment because I had just found that a bolt was lodged into my tire. These guys were AMAZING! Told me itd take about an hour to get my truck in and the tire off and the bolt out - hopefully the hole was small enough to plug. It was. They plugged it, got it all back together and me back on the road, all within about an hour as quoted. Best part, NO CHARGE! I didnt even buy the tires from them. I was very surprised. I wanted to pay them something for their time and great service. I guess this review will have to do! If you need new tires, wheels, or service on existing, go to Discount Tire! Thanks guys!!!

Fast, friendly and just beyond helpful. Our van needed new tires and we were not only able to get a great deal with them but the service was really fast considering the high volume of people who lined up quickly there. We popped over to Big Lots while we waited and when they were done they sent a text. A couple weeks later my husband hit some discarded blade in the road and we were able to pop in first thing in the morning and their road hazard coverage took care of it. They were friendly and even with 3 kids in tow the operation went way smoother than I hand anticipated.If you also have little ones whod need entertainment while you wait there are a lot of shops near this Discount Tire location. Becker furniture, Big Lots, Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, Cafe Donuts, Jersey Subs and more.Great service! Highly recommend.

I have purchased 3 sets of tires from various Discount Tire branches, and Maple Groves store upheld their reputation of superior service. The two people who helped me (Manager and Associate) were both very helpful in taking care of my purchase. The only reason for dropping the fifth star is that the tire swap took an extra 20 minutes even when I had a preset appointment. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for tires! Just give yourself extra time since they have walk-in customers.
