These people are the absolute worst. They undercut their competition with sales reps that promise all inclusive packages and then bait and switch you into a pay per service contract from now until the end of time. Want a tech to come out and program the device to scan to a folder? That’ll be $400. Want toner? That’s extra. Want anyone to return you calls for service? HAHAHAHAHHAHA. That’s never gonna happen. Can’t wait to be out of this ridiculous contact my moron of an admin roped me into two years ago. Absolutely hate these people.
