Of course it was another tree trimming for power lines they did it on our property over the fence and left branches on our yard and all kinds of small branches along with all the shavings did not come to ask to clean up there mess that they left in the yard just left it there and drove away.

Xcell energy rep came to the house and told my wife it was obvious that the tree was extremely slow growing and there be no reason to do a lot of cutting on the tree and we will prune and trim it and make it look nicer then the last time it was trimmed. So as we watched then begin to trim they Trimmed it and then the butchered the tree. The very Idea they call themselves a service is quite ridiculous. They are definitely a tree disservice and should stick to cutting trees down rather then trimming. Since the St Peter Tornado they have had a poor reputation and that reputation has not been cleared up. The 2 stars was generous because they definitely were professional and responsive but Value and quality were big zeros. They truly took something beautiful and turned it into something very ugly. A vehicle with a Wright Tree Service trailer nearly caused an accident. Its like they got tired of waiting to turn and just decided to go regardless of traffic. Fortunately I was paying attention or theyd have ended up T-Boned at 40 mph.

These guys came on behalf of Xcel Energy and completely and unnecessarily mutilated our oak trees. They cut way more branches than were needed including many that were nowhere near any wires nor were they even growing in that direction. They clearly lacked any sensibility even when confronted about their errors. How this inept company got a contract with Xcel is beyond me.

Guys were super nice and did a great job.
