I was not greeted when I walked in. Waited around for about 10 minutes for someone and no one ever came. While there I noticed that most products displayed on the shelf are for devices 4+ years old. Judging from other reviews this seems to be a place to avoid, I just wish I would have checked reviews before wasting a trip there.

When I went in to Network Logic on Monday ( 10/21/13) afternoon, I was in distress and they were on it immediately. Yes, there is an initial fee, but that is a normal in these situations. In some businesses it is called a bench fee. Without all the long details, I was beyond pleased. My computer could not be saved but my data was. Ive been dealing with computers for a long time, so I am a realist as to what is possible with repairs. The staff was very professionsl....Linda Strickland

Dont go here! Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. I had a PC that had already been looked at by another local firm and when they couldnt do anything with it, they waived their $50 fee. Then someone told me to take it to Network Logic for a second opinion. They required $75 up front when I dropped it off and then called me just a short while later and said, Yep, its broken -- we cant do anything with it. Of course, they kept my $75. Man, did I feel like a sucker! So then I bring them a little $125 netbook that I cant get to connect to wi-fi for some reason. Im thinking maybe theyll give me some consideration since I just gave them $75 for something I already knew. Nope! $75 up front or we wont even talk to you. They seem very corporate and not designed for the individual customer who just needs a little help with their (not very expensive) computer.

Couldnt ask for better service. My macbook pro had an encryption failure while installing Yosemite for the first time. It took Network Logic a couple days to fix my laptop due b/c of apple but I was called in the morning and evening from Zac each day that they had my laptop with updates on their progress.

I love Network Logic. Theyre so easy to get a hold of and theyre prompt with their service. I dont know what I would do without them. Network Logic has a very friendly staff and always willing to help in anyway they can.

Ive been a client of Network Logic for the past several years and cant say enough good things about Collin and his team. I honestly cant remember ever waiting more than 30 mins for a response for anything from something trivial to extremely complex. Collin and his teams expertise is unmatched!
