We have previously had great experiences here. Today, I called at 1:30pm to check they were open and the phone rang long enough for a not available message to play. After checking their Facebook page, we decided to just go since they are open until 3pm. We walked in at 1:45pm and was told they were closing at 2pm. I commented that it would have been helpful if someone would have answered the phone and the stylist lied to me saying she had answered every call. I will no longer be supporting this location and will advise friends andneighbors to avoid this location as well.

Affordable and fast, plus the stylist listened when I said how I wanted my raggedy mane cut. DEFINITELY going back.

As usual, Stephanie was great and quick. I was blessed to walk in as her last customer was finished. By the time I left there were three waiting on her. She was the only one there until noon and it is walk in and I dont think these were regular customers. This Covid stinks but Im so glad beauty salons are open again.

They made me wait for 2 hours+ and then when my name came up they called me... I did not answer for I was running an errand, that they said I had time for when I checked in after an hour and half of waiting. I called them back after 1 minute of the missed call and she said we gave ur slot to someone else because you were not here when we called... then I had to wait in person for another 15 minutes when I was there in 30 secs after the call. Steph ran the store when this happened today.

They take forever to get through customers. Was told a 30 minute wait and waited almost 2 hours

I really did like the way that the lady cut my hair. But it really wasnt the way that I wanted it cut even though I showed her a picture of the style that I wanted. Still everybody was very polite I didnt have to wait long at all the store is clean the service is nice, the bathrooms are clean and well-kept. The prices are reasonable and I would use them again if I lived over there in that area or was over there again in that area and needed to get a haircut.

Ive been going there for years, and have always gotten a good cut. They are professional in attitude and work the sign in sheet well. And the wait is always what it looks like it will be when I walk in.

I have been trying to get someone to understand how I want my hair cut for over a year now. I finally found a place where they cut my hair the way I want it, not the way they think it will look good. Real nice waiting area. Wish I knew the young girls name, will call later and update when I find out.

Of course this is a Supercuts, not what youd call a beauty salon. But for being a Supercuts its my favorite one. The people there really know what theyre doing. Of course I like some of the workers better than others but the people are good and friendly. I have another Supercuts closer to me, but I go out of my way to this one.

Stephanie was so rude. She took the joy out of my sons first hair cut. The carpet in waiting area was nasty, I almost left before even getting seated. Because Stephanie was so rude we did leave before getting hair cut. Go to Cuts Plus down the road, its way cleaner and has a nice staff.

In and out haircuts for only $20 bucks. You cant really beat that. I came on a slower day and took maybe 30 minutes to get in and get out. Nice stylists and good prices.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I asked for nice side swipe bangs and even showed a picture and she chopped my hair and it looks terrible. It’s an obvious length difference .. it doesn’t start short and get long .. it goes from really short to really long. It’s aweful!! 😖... I hate this place. And she was trying to argue with me ! (The customer) saying it looks good and that if I style it and use product it will look good .. like NO .. it looks bad ! I want it this way .. and she just kept saying oh your not used to it . Screw this place

Please update your website to reflect the actual times you are open. Tried to get my son a last minute hair cut tonight (for JrROTC inspection tomorrow), and per the website yours was the only place open till 8 pm. We pulled up at 7:30 surprised to see the lights out and even further surprised (or more like angry) that the hours listed on your door say till 7 pm.

Came to the Mandeville Super Cuts for the first time. Normally go to Covington, but had a BAD experience there earlier. Holly at Mandeville did a GREAT JOB and I will always ask for her when I need a cut.

I normal dont do reviews but with the experience my daughter and I had I feel I need to. If this helps at least one person not get a messed up haircut than this is worth it. I took my daughter to get her hair cut for locks for love and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. First the lady washed her hair twice. Come on I think once is enough. My poor baby girls neck was starting to hurt. when she put the hair tie in my daughters hair to cut it she cut it all uneven. So we had to come up with some cut that would work with the hair that was left. We decided to go with short in the back and long in the front. Well it is short in the back then it goes to a little long and then its a little short in the front. Now I did not notice this until we got home. I am so upset with the job that was performed I was going to go back up their but my daughter is embarrassed about the way it looks and doesnt want to go back up there. I dont understand what is so hard about cutting someones hair the way they want it.There was also some drama going on between employees while our visit. Two were talking about another and one in the back on the work phone crying. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to get a hair cut. NEVER

The barber did not listen and cut way to much hair off. She was preoccupied the entire time.They use to have a great employee named Ros.I will not be going back!

Went out of my way to go here for a haircut on Sunday because they open at 10 according to the website. When I arrived they had a piece of paper taped to the door stating they didnt open until 11. Super inconvenient. Supercuts
