I dropped my Pc off this morning. Brendan was very nice and took the time to look at the PC with me to diagnose the issue and get the process rolling on getting the replacement part.UPDATE: Waiting on the part still, communication has been slow but I am hopeful the issue will be resolved without any problems still.

My fiance took his iPad here to get the screen repaired. Nothing else was wrong with the iPad, whatsoever. The repair was only supposed to take a couple of days, however that is not what happened. Brendan went ghost on my fiance for over 3 weeks. Once my fiance finally got a hold of him, Brendan said he was waiting on another part to come in and then it would be fixed promptly. Well, come to find out, Brendan called shortly after saying it would be fixed soon, just to tell my fiance that he was not able to fix it. My fiance went to pick up his iPad and found that it was in worse condition than when he dropped it off. He explained to Brendan his frustration, as his iPad has many files that he is not able to recover because of this. Brendan didnt seem to care and told him it was not profitable for him to fix any further, even though he is the one who broke it beyond repair. My fiance has since brought it to two other places to see if there is any hope of it being fixed by someone who is competent in their line of work. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done. My fiance regrets taking it anywhere at all since the only thing that was broken was the screen, and now the iPad wont even turn on. If you made it to the bottom of this lengthly ans factual rant, please DO NOT give this man your business. He showed nothing but poor customer service and clearly doesnt know how replace an iPad screen, but he sure knows how to make them stop working permanently!

Ghosted for three weeks, the iPad was returned more broken and wouldnt even power up any longer.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Unresponsive when inquiring for an update regarding a device. Left without the device being fixed after it being left at the store for three weeks.

Brendan is the best computer specialist Ive ever come across in my life. His technical skills surpass EVERYONE. My computer broke down at one the most important times of my life, I NEEDED MY COMPUTER ! Brendan was so understanding, he went above and beyond, to get my computer back up and running for me as quickly as possible. He understood that I know nothing about computers and was able to gently guide me on how to transition to all the new - fantastic changes he made for me. Do yourself a favor, call Brendan if you need anything, he really is the BEST around, hes a diamond in the ruff. Youll be glad you did.

I was so happy with the quick service that Branden provided! I called in the morning, dropped off my pc a little after noon and was told that he would get back to me today and hopefully have it ready by tomorrow. He called me by 5:15 the same day with great news that it was fixed. I got my pc back the same day!!! He didnt talk over my head with computer speak and took the time to explain his findings and made sure I was happy with the result, allowing me to look at my apps and helping me reset things the way I like. I found him to be very helpful and personable and highly recommend his service.

Broke my working ipad while replacing the screen. A month later When he gave up trying to fix it he told me it was no longer worth trying to fix what he broke in the first place

Brendan explained everything very thoroughly to me that was going on with my computer so that I could make decisions that were best suited for me without breaking the bank. I was also out of the country for a portion of the time while he was running diagnostics on my computer and he was super patient about my means of communication while I tried to sort everything out from abroad. Simply a genius ! I was speechless when I got my computer fixed within 2 hours when places like Best Buy told me it would take 2 weeks and 4x the cost to repair for a spill damage. Used Quickpro Computers to custom build my beast gaming desktop. It flawlessly runs every game I play (playerunknown battlegrounds, final fantasy 14 arr, starcraft 2, diablo 3, league of legends) at 4k+/UHD resolution with maxed out graphic options at 120+Hz. 2 months in and PC has never crashed, overheated, or had any other issues. Quickpro tested pc for 12+ hours to ensure this quality. PC was build quick and ready to use (all necessary drivers installed.) Got a great deal considering ordering a similar high end desktop through ibuypower, newegg, amazon, or kaplan computers would have cost me hundreds of dollars more and would not have been tested and guaranteed quality. Also used Quickpro to fix my broken laptop. Told them that my screen was broken. They had me bring it in to look at so that they could tell me whether or not it would be worth fixing, (value of laptop vs price of repair) The screen was severely damaged and Quickpro was able to order and install a new screen quickly and for a great price. Now the laptop looks and displays like new. Highly recommend them for PC building and repairs.

I was visiting family for a week and my macbook stopped working. I took my computer to quickpro computers and they had my computer fixed within a few days. They told me it was a simple hard drive issue. The manager backed up my information and replaced the drive and I havent had an issue since. Great store. I recommend it to anyone nearby.
