New owner 😔My ten year old daughter and I went in to get an oil change. The receptionist thought it was appropriate to blast audio. I cant imagine a business that would approve of thef bomb.I had to ask her to turn it off and she didnt even apologize. 😡

I would highly recommend not using this business if you are not familiar with cars, luckily I am. Anyways upon getting my clutch repaired (in which they charged me $600+ in labor for a $230 clutch which took 8 days to repair) I was informed that my transmission was cracked and needed it replaced. I have been driving my vehicle for 3 years after the fact and not once has my transmission went out. Please be carefully when coming here, who knows what they would’ve charged to replace a perfectly fine transmission. Also if you don’t want to be ridiculously overcharge I would advise you to not go here. The only good thing I can say is the staff is friendly other than that be CAREFUL!

Had an excellent experience this morning. Very professional. As a woman I often hate going to get my oil changed because I know they will tell me 50 other things wrong with my vehicle. Today I got exactly what I asked for at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back.

Great honest service. Broke down on highway heading to Florida. Limped into town and Auto Zone referred us to them. They dropped other jobs and took care of us as we waited. A Husband & Wife are the owners. The wife was no nice to us as we waited. It was a shop that you could tell was very honest. We were at thier mercy so they could have taken advantage of us. I highly recommend them if you need service.

Was just passing through while on a trip and they helped us get back on the road ASAP! They came highly recommended from the Autozone there in town and we found out they were everything I was told – professional, fair and very nice. Thank you so much for helping us!

My car has had an intermittent problem with the gear shifter getting stuck, so I took it to Interstate today 2/1/2021 to have them look at it to see if they could fix the problem. When I returned to get the car, they said that they could not get the problem to replicate itself, so they did nothing to fix the problem. I expected that there would be a small fee for looking for the problem, but their bill was $109+. I told them that I would not likely be returning to their business which they let me know had been newly purchased by the Hulletts from the previous owner with whom I had been a customer. They let me know that they could have charged me more, but that they were giving me a break on the price. I do not recommend this business. They were not helpful. My car still has the problem.

Did not wait long. Pleased with oil change and tire rotation. Prices somewhat competitive.

Broke down on I-24 on my way to work. Even though they were very busy, they replaced fuel pump and filter and had me on my way. Very friendly and explained repairs (and price) beforehand. No surprises! Great place to have your vehicle serviced.

Awesome people, I called them in the morning with an issue with my vehicle and they had me come in to drop it off and they got on it pretty quick and they let me leave it overnight until I could come back the next morning to pick it up!

I was working out of town and traveling back home when I had problem with my truck. I had to get a hotel room that night and was making arrangements to get my vehicle towed the next day. I called Interstate Auto and spoke with Josh. I let him know my situation and he said he would do everything to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Customer service means a lot and you were the best. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly. I wish your shop was here in Georgia :)

They not only fixed my heat, it wasnt getting hot at all!! But fixed my check engine light that ended up being a crack in a hose. My car is running so much better and Im warm thanks to the guys that work here. I would recommend to anyone!! ❤👍

We where on a trip from Denvers to miami and my friends car broke down in the middle of the highway. We had to have it towed. We asked the driver what place he would take his car to and he said interstate auto. He could not have been more right!!! They didnt gouge us and fixed it with in a few hours of us getting it there. Very fast and friendly!!

My husband and I own a 92 F150 XLT and have had extensive work done on it here. We also had a key fob programmed here for our 2008 Chevy van at a fraction of the cost anywhere else. We are very pleased with Josh and his team. From the way they treated our vehicles to the way they treated us as customers, we have no complaints. We will be using them for all our future automotive needs and would highly recommend them to others.

I was in town last week when I realized I needed an oil change and this place was the closest thing to me because I was on lunch break and couldn’t go far. I normally go to John Roberts but I needed something quick. I went up there and had the fastest service of my life. I will be giving them my business for now on

I ended up going in because I had no hot air blowing out of my car. They then fixed it outstandingly quick and pretty cheap too. I will be recommending my mom and dad to these people

I had to get my fuel pump and gas tank replaced. Josh was very helpful and understanding with my problem with my car. The technicians finish the job on time and at a great price and now im back on the road. He didnt try to sell me anything i didnt need he listened to what was going on with my car and offered solutions. He solved the problem and fixed my vehicle right the first time. This is my go to Auto Mechanic. I will drive or have my vehicle towed from Eagleville Tn to this shop if I want anyone to work on any of my vehicles! I typically have very good intuition about people and nothing but good vibes from this place.

I went to this business in a hurry because my ac stopped working in the middle of the Tennessee heat. The owner josh greeted me kindly then proceeded to work on my vehicle himself. I was in and out in 30 ish minutes. Overall great service and wonderful people I’ll be back

Price for Oil change on wall in Lobby NOT the price you pay at check out. Said my car had to have synthetic oil was $30.00 More. I told him he was the Highest in town. Called me a liar and called Goodyear Tire. There price was $35.00 Less... Other Auto Parts store Confirmed my Dealings with Him. Buyer Beware !

The friendly staff is always waiting to help get you in and out when getting your oil changed. I recently had to have my truck worked on and let me say Josh went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve the issue I have been occurring for over a year. He was able to fix my truck and now I dont have to worry about it going into safe mode anymore. I cant thank no them enough for giving me piece of mind when I take off in it. Worst place ever total rip off oil change 20 bucks for oil change and not replace oil filter never going back again. Hullets is only 17 bucks and they change everything will give a 0 star if I could.
