Not being paid hazard pay because the company feels that they already take a precautions, yet, people have had COVID and folks were still expected to go to work. People don’t wear masks, and there is no cleaning ritual done. The company highly favors office workers and allows them to work from home yet, production workers are overlooked. If it’s dangerous enough for office personnel to work from home, why is the production staff not receiving hazard pay? Your plant manager Robert Villegas (?) has a health concern that puts him in the high risk category so he feels he’s too good to come in, but so does some people that work in production. The people who are the most important are still working and this company simply doesn’t care about them. Let’s see what they think when everyone does a company walk out and stuff isn’t being made. You need us! We do not need you! Most of us can get on unemployment and make more than what we do at your company. And even before this epidemic, your company paid on the lower end of the scale than anyone else in your field!Everyone in this company was screwed over on their raises. There are many people still doing more than they should and not being compensated for it. It’s sad that the Mexicans, blacks, and “lower” class of white people are the only ones that have to go to work everyday. My brother works for this company and can’t speak out for himself because Robert and this company is known to fire people if they have an opinion. Enough is enough! I’m sure this will get deleted, but I will keep posting it all over social media. Your company would be NO WHERE without the people still going in and meeting their numbers. These workers deserve better than this company gives them.I am hearing my brothers co-workers talking about arranging a walk out. I am encouraging this and willing to put this together and formally arrange this for everyone. Message me! Essential Lives Matter!
Great company good people
