Decided that I liked my tub but hated the color. Multiple people recommended I use a glazing service. I wasnt convinced until I met someone who spoke highly of their glazed tub and showed me theirs. I called the local Miracle Method company and the owner was out quickly for an estimate and when it was time to have the tub refinished I was able to make the appointment quickly.My technician was prompt, clean, friendly and very respectful. He was happy to answer all my questions and was never put out as I popped my head in to see how it was going.I would do it all over again if I had another bathtub to remodel. I trust that the glaze will hold up for years to come.

After Miracle Method Fairfax completed my tub and tile refinish, many of the grout lines were not filled. I spoke to Brent about the poor appearance and he told me it is a common problem when the grout is imperfect. He said they cannot tell it will be an issue until they spray it. The solution is for the customer to purchase a special caulk and fill in the cracks as best they can. I also have to repaint because their masking tape pulled paint off the wall. Lastly, I have to reinstall the faucet because they left a large gap that would allow water to flow into my wall. I paid $1900, but my results do not match the pictures on their website.

Blake was fantastic and Miracle Method is a miracle. My tub had a damaged, rusty corner and a rusty bottom. Blake made it look brand new with minimal disruption and took great care to keep the odor vented out of the house to protect my dogs! I would totally use them again!

Nice work, my tub, tiles and countertops look great. Rich was professional, respected my home and got the work done without delay. My tub looks brand new and I am pleased with the work.Not a deal breaker, but it would have been ideal if they applied a finished touch, specifically filling in caulk spacing, then I would have posted photos to show off the work.I am dating myself, however, I miss the days when the company/owner gave a follow up call to inquire if the customer was satisfied with the service/work, or just to say thank you for trusting our company to service your home. Even a personal note in the mail would show customer appreciation. Ugh, when customer service was king :).Nowadays, the companys interest is in getting a review posted or likes on Facebook.

Would recommend this company, They explained the process, answered all of our questions, and after installation came out promptly to attend to a very minor issue. They basically transformed a 1970 yellow tub with yellow tile sides to a modern white tub, with light grey tile. The process covered all the old imperfections quite effectively. One thing I really like is there are no longer any grout lines to deal with. The final result was better than expected, my wife and I are very pleased with the job. In the future we are going to have them do our aging kitchen counter tops. One other thing to consider is the cost, much cheaper than most other remodels, and a lot cleaner, no demolition. Our jetted tub surface was damaged by a plumber and it stood out like a sore thumb! The plumber attempted to fix it, but it looked even worse! We thought we were going to have to replace the tub completely just to hide the damage. We found Miracle Method and they promised they could return my tub to new. I was skeptical, at best, but when the work was finished, boy! We were blown away! The tub sparkles and it looks better than before it was even damaged. THANK YOU! Highly recommend this service.

We had two bathrooms done several years ago and are pleased with how it looks. I highly recommend Miracle Method.

We scheduled Miracle Method to do a relatively big job:: refinish 3 bathtubs, 1 shower basin and, replace a shower door. Brent was very friendly when I first contacted him. The bathtub refinishing went well and we were happy with the results. I wish I could say the same thing about the shower door. Brent recommended I go with Cardinal, a well known large supplier of shower enclosures. I went with his recommendation and paid extra for the upgrade. Although we were told that it would take between 10- 14 days to get the door, it took almost 3 weeks. Finally the day came for them to install the door only to find out that the supplier sent incorrect parts. I was clearly unhappy about the whole situation especially when Brent said that it would take another 5 days for the supplier to put the new parts on a truck to ship it over. Brent made no attempt to take any responsibility or apologize even though I am the customer and this is his supplier. We waited another full week for them to come install the door. They spent more than 8 hours trying to install it. I went to inspect it after they said t was done, and I discovered that the door was not installed properly, one of the seals was loose and the silicone caulking was extremely sloppy and smeared all over the glass. It took them another one hour and a half to try to remedy the situation only for me to find out that the way the silicone was applied was a complete mess. Brent’s wife, who was there assisting and seems to be a very nice person, didn’t teally seem to fully understand why I was unhappy. She finally said that they would come back again and remove the caulking and re-apply it. Another huge inconvenience especially because we have not been able to use that shower for over 3 weeks.As a side note, they left a mess on the bathroom countertops, instead of cleaning after themselves. I don’t even understand how the countertop became so dirty considering they were only working in the shower area.Bottom line, this outfit may be good at refinishing bathtubs, and seem to be very nice people at first, but I would definitely not recommend them for shower doors; and customer service seems to degrade quickly when things go wrong.By the way, we have yet to receive an apology, let alone any kind of compensation for all the trouble.
