Poor leadership from both the CEO and DOM and, additionally, the cult of personality created and held by them both is and will continue to be the greatest downfall of this company. They have lost more great talent than they have been able to replace and yet, the source of this attrition is never a consideration from upper management - it defies logic and standard business practices.
