Been going to this place for years. Theyve always had what I needed as well as made a couple recommendations. Theyve let me use tools way before the loaner program was started. Lately, like everywhere else, they need help. The wait was a little longer than I was used to, which is why I gave 4 stars. It was totally worth it though for piece of mind.

Just came in to get an aux battery replaced. Called O’Reily’s and Advanced and they both told me they wouldn’t help swap out the battery. A Man named Julio at AutoZone said no problem. He confirmed the correct parts and helped us swap it out in less than 15 minutes - the other places said it would take 45. Really appreciate how professional and helpful Julio was - he was the difference for us today.

I went in to get a fuel treatment for my diesel. Just quick in and out, or so I thought. Got my product and went to the cashier that was just standing around. I was told I had to wait in line behind several people in line to get help at the parts counter and would be there for an extended period of time. Yet again, he was just standing around doing nothing. Customer service like that is unacceptable. Go to OReilly. Much more knowledgeable and Customer Service is great.I will not be going back to Auto Zone, ever. And I will be detouring everyone I know away from Auto Zone, and this store in particular.7245 West 3500 South in West Valley, Utah.

Stopped in AutoZone to get new wipers. The staff was really friendly and helped me get the correct size. Jesse (the employee who helped me) even volunteered to install the new wipers for me at no charge. Top notch service. Highly recommend!He also recommended a wiper brand that was cheaper than the expensive ones but was best suited to my car and needs. Thats awesome!

You know it still amazes me how people can get a job a really not know that much about cars. I hate going into a place and asking questions and then getting this look like umm I dont know... (scratch there head). I hope in the future people that work in jobs like these can definitely be more informative and knowledgeable about what they are doing for a living...

Very helpful, I had to go back because I couldnt get my old wiper blades off. They came right out and helped me. It took the employee some time to get them off, because they were both stuck on.

AutoZone is always been my go-to store I noticed theyre cheaper than OReillys plus every time you spend $20 you get a point five points get you a extra 20 bucks if youre a autohead its the only way to go

Autozone is one of the best auto parts retailer in the area Usually gets me the right part the first time and prices are fair

Very bad, we need something quick and we go in there and pick up what we need and there is just an cashier just sitting at the stand not doing anything and making us go to the other line.

I been to different Autozones in the valley and this is by far the one with the best customer service. The sales associate was super helpful the whole time and patient to find all the parts I needed.

I will never use autozone again! They said they would help me replace a light bulb, I made sure before I purchased, then the manager came out and said he couldnt get it done. I was upset but waited a couple days and I decided to return the bulbs. They gave me absolute HELL trying to return them EVEN THOUGH the manager remembered me and remembered the day, over 20 bucks. No thank you, Ill go somewhere friendlier, like maybe their competition across the street. I work with law enforcement and its not like Im going to be dishonest and to treat me that way was ridiculous.

Ben Martinez and Jesse P. were a huge help! They helped me replace the bolt on the battery terminal. They didnt give up until we got it taken care of.

I went to the AutoZone in Magna, Utah and the service was outstanding. The young man who helped us was extremely patient,helpful, and professional. I think his name was Jessie and I do apologise if I am wrong. I was the woman with the 2003 Impala. I could have not gotten better service.

Hit or miss if the employees can actually assist. Some are very knowledgeable and some are not. More difficult to get parts for cars designed outside of the us and almost just better to look up parts online based off vin number.

Randy is the best store manager that has worked at this location!! i have shopped at this location since the 90s when it first opened. I like that they care about their customers, most of the staff calls me by name and they treat me with respect. good job team

Wait in line for 20 minutes just to check out then they just help the random people that walk in the store after you, you guys need to have a person at the check out register at all times the store is a joke

So I went to this location on Aug 10 to buy brake parts for my jeep after getting parts on the counter I go to pay for them and I was 55 cents short so I tell my daughter to run out to our car to get my phone and I would transfer more money to my account, the worker decided to clear the transaction which placed over 150 dollars on hold,then they decided to try again with the rest of my available saving and again somehow cleared the transaction which placed the rest of my available funds on hold, then after all that they couldnt give me my parts or release my funds, so now nearly 300 on hold for 7 days and no answers from the store manager or corporate office.

This autozone seems fine. The story had the part I needed. I have no complaints

I give respect for anyone who has to deal with the public face to face like myself. Just dont be rude until they give you a reason. My cashier was rude at first but I turn her frown upside down. Then she went the extra mile to make sure my Jeep was taken care ofThank you Auto zone lady. Keep fighting the good fight.

This store is busy, that can be double sided as the new employees can struggle. The manager is knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend him for top auto parts guy I have ever worked with (I do many repairs for me and several feiends).

It is a Friday night and I get you are busy... I asked a question as Im 60 miles from home and my headlight went out. I asked if we had time and the guy in the red shirt started naming off everything he couldnt do including the things on the window yall offer help with . Apparently you guys have horrible customer service skills and employees who do not show for work .So I took my business to O Riley next door where they were JUST AS SLAMMED . They were kind and helpful and came out in the dark and cold while we replaced both headlights. I will return to them and NEVER give you guys service EVER!! Your employees are mean and rude. Especially the man working Friday in the red shirt.

This is a fairly new location. Service seems as good as any AutoZone. However Ive only come to this location for oil changes so far.

I had to have them check and replace my battery. They were so efficient and very nice. And fast.

Not only do they lie about what parts they actually keep on hand, they are to incompetent to realize they ordered the same side part, it took me 17 days to get my part I talked to countless people told all of them what I was told about the parts and what I was waiting on, not one of them in that store caught they ordered the same side part I already had in my possession. Never ever go to this location its worth the drive to go else where

My favorite auto parts store. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are about what you expect for auto parts. It does get really busy sometimes and the wait time for parts assistance can be a little long.

Beware of the quality of replacement parts.Shop around before you buy.This location is usually stocked descent enough for most basic models.

The person who finished checking me out was unprofessional and did not have very good customer service skills. He knew that I was going to give him my AutoZone reward card and he rang me up before I could hand it to him. I told him that he knew I was getting it out for him and he gave a smirk then told me to call and give the main number the receipt number and the sale would take up to 4 days. However if he would have waited for my card I would have saved $20.00 right then.

I walked into the store to dispose of some oil and refused to take it because I had it in a gas container. even after explaining there was no fuel mixed in with the used oil I was mad and threw the can in their dumpster.

Andrew is not a very informative employee & has little to no customer service. He was unable to give me any information in the type of oil I need for my A/C compressor or tell me how much. Luckily the store manager saved the day and was able to help me.However Ill be avoiding this location like the pleg!

I really hate that autozone biggest reason for is because of the black a hole manager crappiest manager there and he rude and ignorant and racist sometimes. Ill be next in line for checkout or to get a part and he will be the one to help u next and he will doze off or ignor u for a while after his current customer and he acts like a smart a$$ when u talk to him as well I cant wait for o riles to open next door they will def have my business over them anyway because of just him and a few other a hole guys I dont recommend going There very bad customer service.

My car had problems And they fixed it for free. Really awesome.

Walked in at 10 pm on Sunday night (9-3-2017), as they were closing, but hadnt locked the doors. The manager told me they were closed as I was already half way to their tools aisle. I informed her I only needed one specialty socket. As she was helping the two guys at her computer, she told me that she couldnt help me at that I needed to leave. I asked, are you serious? She looked at me with little regard and said yes. As I left I told her that Autozone had just lost my business forever. I will gladly pay dealership prices than to ever set foot in this location. Good thing OReilly is next door.

They let me use the bathroom. Saved my life
