We spent a ton of time looking around for the perfect living room set and the staff were amazing and very helpful. We got a great price and they delivered on time and very professional. Highly recommended!

I have used the Sergenians Commercial department for several large projects over the last few years and they have all been wonderful experiences. The process starts for me working by with Lori looking for the products I want to use, she is very knowledgeable and she is always ready to help me dig for that prefect carpet. The install teams are extremely detail orientated and work very hard to ensure that the end product is perfect. If an issue arises the entire team puts their heads together to get it solved so that the project can keep moving forward. One of my go to vendors in Madison!

She provided great options for carpet at our church, communicated on a timely basis, and made sure that we were happy with our choice.

Excellent experience in these uncertain times. Masks were given to us when we arrived. Their designer let us review the sample books and made sure to help us from a safe distance. I felt comfortable because it was evident they are providing a safe environment for their employees and customers.FYI-We selected something they had on stock and picked it up the next day.

We bought our floor coverings from Scott Wang at Sergenians. He was able to show us many different products and the differences between them. After we explained we had a 2 year old, he was very open to the idea of going with a more inexpensive product due to spills and things 2 year olds do. We are very happy with the install and will go back when its time to upgrade. Thanks again Scott!

Our experience with Sergenians was pretty great. Carman helped us pick out carpet for our living room and basement, as well as flooring for our kitchen. We made many trips into the store, trying to decide what was going to coordinate with the features already in the house, and she was so patient and honest with us on what would look great and fit into our budget. There was a slight wait period to get the flooring installed (about 6 weeks) but the installation staff was always on time (if not a little early), worked quickly and professionally, and were able to answer all our questions. I was really glad that they could recycle the old carpet for us, too. My only complaint is that the installers did knock off some fresh (but dry) paint from some of our trim and a pole in our basement, which we had to re-do. But overall we are so happy with how the flooring turned out in our new house -- Sergenians has helped us transform the house into a home!

Do not buy from these guys. Their mark up on flooring is 50% more than other locations Ive researched. We purchased our wood flooring from them on our last project. We found out later that the flooring could have been purchased elsewhere for far cheaper.

We moved into a home and wanted to match carpet that was put in a couple months earlier. They advised Serginians had put it in. I had them quote me and found it for half the price at another store. same pad, same carpet, half the price. they tried to rip me off. Do not trust this pave. Much better places to do business
