Don’t waste your time coming here. My family recommended me this place and gave it a try. The lady that helped me happened to be a seasonal tax preparer & she didn’t even know what she was doing. She did our tax refund wrong & had us all excited with the amount we were Receiving back but turned out to be only $125. This is not acceptable. Kept calling them about the issue but their response is always “we will give you a call back @ this day. We are busy.” DIDN’T EVEN call back. I had to call them MANY times & their answers is always the same. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. WASTE OF MY TIME ! If I could give a 0 star I would.

Today I had my taxes prepared by Ceilia M. in the Wisconsin location. Cecilia was very efficient, had excellent customer service, and personable! She made my experience enjoyable and the process as smooth as possible. I will be returning to Ramos Services next year because of this positive experience with her. Good help but lack of expert tax advice. Friend recommended this place for taxes since I had some questions this year and was given an appointment with what looked to be a seasonal tax preparer. I had already done a draft on turbo taxes but wanted to see if i would get any different of a refund. I would have happened to pay $600 dollars here for federal taxes because of being uninsured for most of the year, but they failed to advise me there are breaks if you couldnt afford it or meet certain requirements. I ended up doing them a a different location on the east side any I didnt end up having to pay anything. Nice people but you should really only hire experienced individuals with knowledge on tax breaks in different areas. My only worry was others might not be getting the right help since majority of the people seem to be Spanish speaking so kind of seemed like a con place in a way.

It really was not my year, I had a very bad experience, maybe the lady who took care of me was not very prepared to do the taxes she gave me a different number than what they returned to me in a check, also she had given my account number and the bank that would be deposited, but, it happened and I send it to another bank, then the bank rejected it and ended up receiving the checks,., I just do not recommend this place ...
