A company not worth their weight in former pissed off customers. Go here to get your taxes done only if you wish to be treated subparly; have mistakes arise on your taxes, have preparers falsely give you their word that they will contact you, and generally be ignored. If the purpose of having someone else do your taxes is to alleviate the stress associated with the burden of doing them yourself, this company fails substantially.
