A $10,000 mistake was made in my tax return. IRS picked it up. Upon review by another CPA, several additional items were not compiled as required by IRS for my business. Called to speak to someone other than the CPA who made the mistake. Was told someone would call . No call. Wrote letter expressing my concerns. No response from anyone. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM TO CORRECTLY PROCESS YOUR TAXES. DO NOT EXPECT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism! The CPA assigned to our account, Michelle Coder, does not return emails or calls. And when we finally got to talk to someone, they couldnt find our tax file! Which meant they hadnt even started the job! Weve been in business for over 25 years and are a small business, whos previous accounting firm was acquired by KMA. They have made us feel so insignificant. We cant wait to switch to our new accountant firm. If youre a small company, forget KMA!

I used this company some time ago. They charged me $100 for some IT expense which they havent disclosed when I agreed to use their services. They would not agree to waive the charge, claiming that it is standard and they dont need to disclose it when you hire them. This is very unprofessional.
